Bounce luggage storage made very easy for day travelers to secure there luggage while exploring newyork

This is a great service to those who arrive (very) early to NY and can't check into their AirBNB or hotel. Safe place to store your luggage or backpacks so you don't have to haul your personal belongings around NY. We didn't know such thing existed. Anthony (owner) was top notch and very accommodating.

So grateful to have this service, especially on a high humidity, hot rainy day. We were able to go to the museum, shops & Central Park without dragging our bags along with us. The customer service was great.

Very convenient for our needs, but just a small storefront, no real bag security, just drop in an open space, then point-and-go pickup.

Convenient, friendly, easy. Lile others mentioned, you leave your luggage just inside the entry, and there’s no method for tracking whose luggage is whose. It’s the honor system. It worked out well for us, though, so all good!

Easy drop off and pick up for my stored luggage while I went to the MET!

This was very convenient to the upper east side, the met, and Central Park. Super easy to find and drop off. The luggage was in the front of the store so I do wish there was more security. There was a cross check process at the end to check out our bags.

Very close to the Guggenheim and Met. It was perfect for us to store our luggage. It’s a small neighborhood dry cleaner and it just sits in the lobby, but there’s always an attendant at the desk. I was not worried and everything was fine when we got back. If you’re concerned about something being very secure, I would suggest taking it with you or finding another place.

I used it to visit the Metropolitan Museum of Art and found it to be a convenient and reliable service.

Was quick. Literally just walked in, showed the qr code, and left the bags in front of the door. I wish we would've been allowed to watch someone put them behind the door so we had a little peace of mind that they were secure. After our visit to the Met, we came back to our luggages being untouched and safe, so it turned out being fine.

Friendly and easy. Especially while visiting the met

Nice staff. Location is around 10 mins walk to the Met. Very convenient since the Met doesn't accept suitcases at the coat/bag check. Easy in, easy out as the shop was not very busy on a Saturday afternoon. Bag was locked in an "Employees Only" room so was quite safe.
