- The staff were friendly, and there was a separate storage area for luggage inside the counter, so I felt safe. Since I could make reservations online in advance, I didn't have to worry about English, which was great.

- I dropped off my luggage before going to NYC comic con and picked it up afterwards with no issues, it was simple and easy and i didn’t have to worry about my luggage for the day since i was going to leave right after the convention.
