About Offers API

The Offers API retrieves available offers configured in the Offers module on the Management UI within the Antavo Loyalty Engine.

This API provides access to detailed information about various offers, designed to attract new customers, encourage upselling and cross-selling, and foster engagement with existing customers. Offers can be applied across in-store, online, and mobile channels and tailored to specific customer segments, time periods, and tiers.

In contrast, rewards are post-purchase benefits provided after a purchase is made. Offers and rewards complement each other, providing incentives at various points of the transaction lifecycle.

API Principles

The Offers API follows RESTful principles, utilizing standard HTTP methods to interact with resources. All responses are formatted in JSON, ensuring easy integration into user interfaces.

Security and Compliance

All server-to-server calls must comply with the API security protocol and signing procedure and adhere to the defined API rate limits.
