Abstract

Description
本发明涉及液体洗涤剂组合物,该组合物含有α-羟基酸助洗剂,阳离子或非离子表面活性剂,蛋白水解酶,辅助酶,及某些连位多羟基化合物与硼酸或其衍生物的混合物。更具体地,硼酸或其衍生物/多羟基化合物反应的平衡常数为:K1在约0.1至400L/mole之间,K2在0至约1000L2/mole2之间。
含蛋白酶的液体洗涤剂经常遇到的问题是由蛋白水解酶引起组合物中辅助酶的降解。辅助酶在成品中的储存稳定性及其对洗涤的作用受到蛋白水解酶的损害。
已知硼酸和含硼酸能够可逆地抑制蛋白水解酶。Philipp,M.和Bender,M.L.在"枯草溶菌素和硫羟枯草溶菌素的动力学"(Molecular& Cellular Biochemistry,Vol.51,PP.5-32(1983))一文中叙述了含硼酸对一种丝氨蛋白酶,即枯草溶菌素的抑制作用。
在欧洲专利申请0 293 881(Kettner等人,公开于1988年12月7日)中叙述了一类含硼酸即肽含硼酸作为类似胰蛋白酶丝氨酸蛋白酶的抑制剂,尤其是在药剂中。
然而,在加有α-羟基酸的液体洗涤剂中,硼酸及其衍生物似乎与助洗剂发生配合,并对蛋白水解酶抑制剂产生不利影响。在这些加助剂的液体洗涤剂组合物中,蛋白水解酶便可以任意降解辅助酶。助洗剂与硼酸配合的程度是随着在组合物中所用的α-羟基酸助洗剂的类型及硼酸衍生物的类型而变化的。例如,在加柠檬酸助洗剂的含蛋白酶液体洗涤剂组合物中,该影响对硼酸是极大的。在该体系中的辅助酶如脂肪酶被蛋白水解酶降解,使脂肪酶不起作用。

其中R1选自C1-C6烷基、芳基、取代的C1-C6烷基、取代的芳基、硝基和卤素;R2、R3和R4独立地选自氢、C1-C6烷基、芳基、取代的C1-C6烷基、取代的芳基、卤素、硝基、酯、胺、胺衍生物、取代的胺、羟基和羟基衍生物;R1和R3可以通过非芳环连接;R5、R6、R7和R8独立地选自氢、C1-C6烷基、芳基、取代的C1-C6烷基、取代的芳基、卤素、硝基、酯、胺、胺衍生物、取代的胺、羟基、取代的羟基、醛、酸、磺酸盐和膦酸盐,并且至少一个R5-R8为R1。优选不包括邻苯二酚,1,2-丙二醇及丙三醇。两个组分的反应的平衡常数是:K1为约0.1-400l/mole,K2为0-约1000l2/mole2。
并非受理论限制,据认为主要形成1∶1硼/多羟基化合物配合物,该配合物能够与蛋白水解酶上的活性位点(丝氨酸)结合。认为更好的是例如1∶2硼/多羟基化合物配合物。认为硼/多羟基化合物混合物不象单独的硼酸及其衍生物那样,它不受α-羟基酸助洗剂的损害。辅助酶不被蛋白水解酶降解,硼/多羟基化合物混合物可逆地抑制了蛋白水解酶。当稀释时,如在一般的洗涤条件下,蛋白水解酶不再受抑制并能发挥作用(如在洗涤中从织物除去蛋白酶敏感的污点)。
在本领域尚未公开或认识到,在包括α-羟基酸助洗剂,阴离子和/或非离子表面活性剂、蛋白水解酶和辅助酶的液体洗涤剂组合物中,低K2值(低于约1000l2/mole2)的蛋白酶抑制作用的重要性和硼∶多羟基化合物混合物为1∶1而形成配合物的重要性。
欧洲专利申请0 381 262(Aronson等人,公开于1990年8月8日)公开了在液体介质中蛋白水解酶和脂解酶的混合物。脂解酶的稳定性可以通过加入稳定剂体系而被改进,该稳定剂体系包括能够互相起反应的硼化合物和多羟基化合物,其中多羟基化合物与硼化合物的一级结合常数至少为500l/mole,二级结合常数至少为1000l2/mole2。
德国专利3918761(Weiss等人,公开于1990年6月28日)公开了液态酶浓缩物,它能用作原料溶液以制备液体洗涤剂等。浓缩物含有水解酶、丙二醇和硼酸或其可溶性盐。
美国专利4,900,475(Ramachandran等人,颁布于1990年2月13日)公开了稳定化的加酶洗涤剂,该洗涤剂含有表面活性洗涤物质,助洗剂盐和有效量的选自含有蛋白酶与α-淀粉酶的酶或酶混合物。该组合物还含有稳定化体系,该体系包括甘油、硼化合物及具有2-8个碳原子的羧酸化合物。
美国专利4,537,707(Severson,Jr.,颁布于1985年8月27日)描述了高效型液体洗涤剂,该洗涤剂含有阴离子表面活性剂、脂肪酸、助洗剂、蛋白水解酶、硼酸、钙离子和甲酸钠。硼酸与甲酸盐的组合改善了组合物中蛋白水解酶的稳定性。
欧洲专利申请0 080 223(Boskamp等人,公开于1983年6月1日)描述了含水的酶洗涤剂组合物,该组合物含有硼酸或碱金属硼酸盐与多官能的氨基化合物或多羟基化合物,以及还原性碱金属盐。
在GB 2079305(Boskamp,公开于1982年1月20日)中类似地公开了在加助剂的液体洗涤剂组合物中,通过加入重量比大于1∶1的硼酸和多羟基化合物混合物及交联中和的聚丙烯酸酯聚合物,能够获得增强的酶稳定性。
用于测定硼/多羟基化合物配合物的热力学常数的方法是根据Dawber等人在Journal of Chemical Society,第1卷,41-56页(1988)中所描述的"Boron NMR方法。某些有意义的化合物的热力学常数被列在上面的文章中。
本发明涉及液体洗涤剂组合物,它包括:
a、含有下面组分的混合物
(1)约0.1至30%组合物重量的结构如下的连位多羟基化合物组分或
其中R1选自C1-C6烷基、芳基、取代的C1-C6烷基、取代的芳基、硝基和卤素;R2、R3和R4独自地选自氢、C1-C6烷基、芳基、取代的C1-C6烷基、取代的芳基、卤素、硝基、酯、胺、胺衍生物、取代的胺、羟基和羟基衍生物;R5、R6、R7和R8独立地选自氢、C1-C6烷基、芳基、取代的C1-C6烷基、取代的芳基、卤素、硝基、酯、胺、胺衍生物、取代的胺、醛、酸、磺酸盐和膦酸盐,至少一个R5-8为R1;和
(2)约0.05至20%组合物重量的硼酸或其衍生物;其中(1)与(2)之间反应的平衡常数是:K1为约0.1-400l/mole,K2为0-约1000l2/mole2;
b、约0.0001至1.0%(重量)的活性蛋白水解酶;
c、性能增强量的洗涤剂相容的辅助酶;
d、约1至80%(重量)的阴离子或非离子表面活性剂;以及
e、约0.1至30%(重量)的α-羟基酸助洗剂。
本发明液体洗涤剂组合物含有某些基本的组分;(a)连位多羟基化合物与硼酸或其衍生物的混合物;(b)蛋白水解酶;(c)洗涤剂相容的辅助酶;(d)阴离子和/或非离子洗涤表面活性剂;和(e)α-羟基酸助洗剂。这些组合物最经常用于洗衣房洗涤织物、纺织品、纤维和硬表面。本发明优选的液体洗涤剂组合物是高效型液体洗衣洗涤剂。
A、多羟基化合物/硼混合物
本发明的液体洗涤剂组合物含有如下通式的连位多羟基化合物和硼酸或其衍生物的混合物(本文称作"多羟基化合物/硼"或"硼/多羟基化合物),或
式中R1选自C1-C6烷基、芳基、取代的C1-C6烷基、取代的芳基、硝基和卤素;R2、R3和R4独立地选自氢、C1-C6烷基、芳基、取代的C1-C6烷基、取代的芳基、卤素、硝基、酯、胺、胺衍生物、取代的胺、羟基和羟基衍生物;其中R5、R6、R7和R8独立地选自氢、C1-C6烷基、芳基、取代的烷基、取代的芳基、卤素、硝基、酯、胺、胺衍生物、取代的胺、羟基、醛、酸、磺酸盐或膦酸盐。
多羟基化合物/硼反应的平衡常数是K1为约0.1-400l/mole,K2为0-约1000l2/mole2。优选的K2/K1比值≤20,优选约1-5。平衡反应如下: 其中"B"是硼酸或其衍生物,"P"是连位多羟基化合物。K1是一级平衡常数,它表示1∶1硼∶多羟基化合物配合物的形成,K2是二级平衡常数,它表示1∶2硼∶多羟基化合物配合物的形成。已认识到特别大的K2和小的K1导致主要形成1∶2硼/多羟基化合物配合物。相反,通常大的K1和较小的K2将形成1∶1硼/多羟基化合物配合物,这是本发明优选的。例如,在"硼酸与邻苯二酚及取代的邻苯二酚的配位机理"(由Pizer & Babcock出版)一书中已指出,甘露糖醇(K1=237,K2=7424)与硼酸形成2∶1配合物,而邻苯二酚(K1=129,K2=2.4)与硼酸形成1∶1配合物。
在加入到液体洗涤剂中之前,最好将连位多羟基化合物和硼酸/衍生物在几天之内混合在一起。进行混合是通过用不能与硼酸/衍生物形成配合物的无机/有机碱中和。这些碱包括氢氧化钠和氢氧化钾。接着在室温下加入连位多羟基化合物。也可以通过将硼酸或其盐及多羟基化合物直接加入到组合物中,使配合物可在液体洗衣洗涤剂组合物中就地形成。
可以将硼-多羟基化合物预混料加到洗涤剂组合物中。在洗涤剂组合物中的硼酸的最终浓度为约0.05-20%(重量),连位多羟基化合物的最终浓度为约0.1-30%(重量)。组合物中的硼酸或其衍生物的浓度优选为约0.1-10%,最优选约0.5-5%(重量)。组合物中的连位多羟基化合物的浓度优选为0.2-20%,最优选约1-20%(重量)。
K1为约0.1-400l/mole,优选约0.2-200l/mole;K2为约0-1000l2/mole2。优选约0.1-200l2/mole2,较优选约0.2-100l2/mole2。
硼/多羟基化合物摩尔比优选为约20∶1-1∶20,较优选约6∶1-1∶15,最优选3∶1-1∶10。
硼酸衍生物和连位多羟基化合物的这种混合物与α-羟基酸助洗剂的比例优选为10∶1-1∶30,最优选约5∶1-1∶10。
用于该混合物中的硼酸或其衍生物包括硼酸、硼砂、氧化硼、聚硼酸盐、原硼酸盐、焦硼酸盐、偏硼酸盐、或它们的混合物。包括这些化合物的盐。优选的化合物为硼酸的碱金属盐,如硼酸钠。这些盐可以在制剂中,通过用合适的碱就地中和硼酸来形成。
本发明的连位多羟基化合物是具有两个或多个羟基的化合物,至少有两个羟基是在相邻的碳原子上。连位多羟基化合物具有上述通式,正如本文所定义的R1和R3可以通过非芳环(环戊基或环己基)连接。本发明优选不包括邻苯二酚,1,2-丙二醇和丙三醇。
优选的是,连位多羟基化合物上的R1为C1-C6烷基、取代的C1-C6烷基、苯基或取代苯基,并且R2、R3和R4为氢,较优选的连位多羟基化合物是1,2-丁二醇、1,2-己二醇、3-氯-1,2-丙二醇、棓酸丙酯、棓酸、1-苯基-1,2-乙二醇和1-乙氧基-2,3-丙二醇。最优选的是1,2-丁二醇,1,2-己二醇、3-氯-1,2-丙二醇、1-苯基-1,2-乙二醇和棓酸丙酯。
B、蛋白水解酶
本发明液体洗涤剂组合物中的第二个基本组分是约0.0001-1.0%,优选约0.0005-0.3%,最优选约0.002-0.1%(重量)的活性蛋白水解酶。也包括蛋白水解酶的混合物。蛋白水解酶可以来源于动物、植物或微生物(优选)。较优选的是细菌源的丝氨酸蛋白水解酶。可以使用这种酶的纯化或未纯化形成。包括通过化学或遗传学改变的突变体所产生的蛋白水解酶。特别优选的是由Bacillussubtilis和/或Bacillus licheniformis得到的细菌丝氨酸蛋白水解酶。
适宜的蛋白水解酶包括Alcalase_、Esperase_、Savinase_(优选);Maxatase_、Maxacal_、(优选)和Maxapem 15_(设计Maxacal的蛋白质);枯草溶菌素BPN和BPN′(优选);它们可从市场上买到。优选的蛋白水解酶还有改性的细菌丝氨酸蛋白酶,如在欧洲专利申请序列号87303761.8(于1987年4月28日申请)(特别是17、24和98页)中所描述的蛋白酶,本文将其称为"蛋白酶B",及在欧洲专利申请199,404(Venegas,公开于1986年10月29日)中涉及的改性的细菌丝氨酸蛋白水解酶,本文将其称为"蛋白酶A"。那么,优选的蛋白水解酶选自Sayinase_、Maxacal_、BPN′、蛋白酶A和蛋白酶B,及其混合物。最优选的是蛋白酶B。
C、辅助酶
本发明液体组合物中的第三个基本组分是性能增强量的洗涤剂相容的辅助酶。"洗涤剂相容的"是指与液体洗涤剂组合物的其他组分如洗涤表面活性剂和洗涤助洗剂的相容性。这些辅助酶优选地选自脂肪酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶,及其混合物。术语"辅助酶"不包括上述蛋白水解酶,因此本发明的每一组合物含有至少两种酶,其包括至少一种蛋白水解酶。
用于组合物中的辅助酶的量随着酶的类型及预定的用途而变化。通常,按这些辅助酶的活性计,优选用量为约0.0001-1.0%,较优选0.001-0.5%(重量)。
可以使用同类(如脂肪酶)或两类或多类(如纤维素酶和脂肪酶)酶的混合物。可以使用纯化或未纯化形式的酶。
适用于液体洗涤剂组合物中的任何脂肪酶均可用于本发明。用于本发明的适宜的脂肪酶包括细菌和真菌源的那些脂肪酶。包括由化学或遗传学改变的突变体而产生的辅助酶。
适宜的细菌脂肪酶包括由Pseudomonas如Pseudomonas stutzeriATCC 19.154所产生的脂肪酶,正如在英国专利1,372,034中所公开的,其在此引入作为参考。适宜的脂肪酶包括对由微生物Pseudomonas fluorescens IAM 1057所产生的脂肪酶的抗体显示阳性免疫交叉反应的脂肪酶。该脂肪酶及其纯化方法被描述于日本专利申请53-20487(公开于1978年2月24日)中,其在此引入作为参考。该脂肪酶可以商标名Lipase P"Amano"而得到,下文将其称作"Amano-P"。使用根据Ouchterlony(Acta、Med、Scan.,133,76-79页(1950))的标准且已知的免疫扩散方法,这类脂肪酶对Amano-P抗体显示阳性免疫交叉反应。在美国专利4,707,291(Thom等人,颁布于1987年11月17日)中也描述了这些脂肪酶及它们对Amano-P免疫交叉反应的方法,其在此引入作为参考。其典型的实例为Amano-P脂肪酶,Pseudomonas fragi FERM P 1339(可以商标名Amano-B而得到)的脂肪酶,Psuedomonas nitroreducens Var.lipolyticumFERM P 1338(可以商标名Amano-CES而得到)的脂肪酶,ChromobacterViscosum如Chromobacter Viscosum Var.lipolyticum NRRLB 3673的脂肪酶,另外的Chromobacter Viscosum脂肪酶,及Pseudomonasgladioli脂肪酶。其他有意义的脂肪酶有Amano AKG和Bacillis SP脂肪酶。
适宜的真菌脂肪酯包括由Humicola lanuginosa和Thermomyceslanuginosus产生的脂肪酶。最优选的是通过无性繁殖来自Humicolalanuginosa的基因并在Aspergillus oryzae中表达该基因所得到的脂肪酶,正如在欧洲专利申请0 258 068中所描述的,其在此引入作为参考,该脂肪酶可以商标名Lipolase_在市场上买到。
在本发明组合物中可以使用每克产品约2-20,000优选约10-6,000脂肪酶单位(LU/g)。脂肪酶单位是在PH稳定计中每分钟产生1μmol可滴定的丁酸的脂肪酶的量,在PH稳定计中PH为7,温度为30℃,酶作用物为三丁酸甘油酯的乳化液及阿拉伯树胶,在磷酸盐缓冲液中存在Ca++和NaCl。
适用于液体洗涤剂组合物的任何纤维素酶均可用于本发明组合物中。用于本发明的适宜的纤维素酶包括细菌和真菌源的纤维素酶。优选的是,它们具有最佳PH范围为5-9.5。按纤维素酶的活性酶计,可以使用的量为约0.0001-1.0%,优选0.001-0.5%(重量)。
适宜的纤维素酶公开在美国专利4,435,307(Barbesgaard等人,颁布于1984年3月6日)中,其在此引入作为参考,该专利公开了由Humicola insolens产生的真菌纤维素酶。适宜的纤维素酶还公开在GB-A-2,075,028、GB-A-2,095,275和DE-OS-2,247,832中。
这类纤维素酶的实例有由Humicola insolens(Humicola griseaVar.thermoidea)菌株,特别是Humicola菌株DSM 1800产生的纤维素酶,和由Bacillus N真菌或属于Aeromonas属而产生纤维素酶212的真菌所产生的纤维素酶,及由海洋软体动物的肝胰腺提取的纤维素酶(Dolabella Auricula Solander)。
适用于液体洗涤剂组合物的任何淀粉酶均可用于本发明组合物。淀粉酶包括例如由特殊的B.licheniforms菌株得到的α-淀粉酶,这被详细描述于英国专利说明书No.1,296,839中。淀粉分解蛋白包括例如RapidaseTM、MaxamylTM和TermamylTM。
按淀粉酶的活性酶计,可以使用的量为约0.0001-1.0%,优选0.0005-0.5%(重量)。
D、洗涤表面活性剂
本发明中第四个基本组分是约1-80%,优选约5-50%,最优选约10-30%(重量)的阴离子或非离子洗涤表面活性剂。活涤表面活性剂可以选自阴离子表面活性和非离子表面活性剂,以及任选的阳离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂,及它们的混合物,优选不包括大量的除阴离子和非离子表面活性剂以外的表面活性剂。
阴离子表面活性剂优选为C12-C20烷基硫酸盐、C12-C20烷基醚硫酸盐和/或C9-C20直链烷基苯磺酸盐。非离子表面活性剂优选为C10-C20醇与每摩尔醇2-20摩尔环氧乙烷的缩合产物,或多羟基C10-20脂肪酸酰胺。
阴离子表面活性剂
可以使用的一类阴离子表面活性剂是烷基酯磺酸盐。这些磺酸盐是理想的,因为它们能由可再生的非石油源来制备。根据已知方法来制备烷基酯磺酸盐表面活性剂组分,上述的方法被公开在所说的技术文献中。例如,根据"The Journal of the American OilChemists Society"(52(1975),PP.323-329),C6-C20羧酸的直链酯可以用气体SO3磺化。合适的起始原料包括由牛脂、棕榈和椰子油等所得到的天然脂肪物质。
优选的特别是对于洗衣用途的烷基酯磺酸盐表面活性剂包括具有如下结构式的烷基酯磺酸盐表面活性剂其中R3为C8-C20烃基,优选烷基,或其组合,R4为C1-C6烃基,优选烷基,或其组合,M为可溶性成盐阳离子。适宜的盐包括金属盐如钠、钾和锂盐,取代或未取代的铵盐,如甲基、二甲基、三甲基铵阳离子和季铵阳离子,如四甲基铵和二甲基哌啶鎓的铵盐,及由链烷醇胺如单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和三乙醇胺衍生的阳离子的铵盐。优选R3为C10-C16烷基,R4为甲基,乙基或异丙基。特别优选的是R3为C14-C16烷基的甲基酯磺酸盐。
烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂是用于本发明的具有重要意义的另一类阴离子表面活性剂。当与多羟基脂肪酸酰胺(见下)混合在一起使用时,除了提供优良的总的清洗能力外,包括在各种温度、洗涤浓度和洗涤时间下的良好的脂/油清洗性能,还能够获得烷基硫酸盐的良好的溶解性,而且改善了在液体洗涤制剂中的配制能力。所说的表面活性剂是通式为ROSO3M的水溶性盐或酸,式中R优选为C10-C24烃基,优选具有C10-C20烷基部分的烷基或羟烷基,较优选C12-C18烷基或羟烷基,且M为H或阳离子,例如碱金属阳离子(如钠、钾、锂),取代或未取代的铵阳离子,如甲基、二甲基和三甲基铵及季铵阳离子,如四甲基铵和二甲基哌啶鎓,以及由链烷醇胺如乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺及其混合物衍生的阳离子,等等。通常,对于较低洗涤温度,(如低于约50℃),优选C12-C16烷基链,而对于较高洗涤温度(如高于约50℃),优选C16-C18烷基链。
烷基烷氧基化硫酸盐表面活性剂是另一类有用的阴离子表面活性剂。这些表面活性剂是通式为RO(A)mSO3M的水溶性盐或酸,式中R为未取代的C10-C24烷基或具有C10-C24烷基部分的羟烷基,优选C10-C20烷基或羟烷基,较优选C12-C18烷基或羟烷基,A为乙氧基或丙氧基单元,m大于0,通常为约0.5至约6,较优选约0.5至约3,且M为H或阳离子,阳离子可以是例如金属阳离子(如钠、钾、锂、钙、镁等),铵或取代的铵阳离子。本发明试图使用烷基乙氧基化硫酸盐以及烷基丙氧基化硫酸盐。取代的铵阳离子的具体实例包括甲基、二甲基、三甲基铵和季铵阳离子,如四甲基铵、二甲基哌啶鎓,及由链烷醇胺如单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和三乙醇胺及其混合物衍生的阳离子。表面活性剂的实例有C12-C18烷基多乙氧基化物(1.0)硫酸盐、C12-C18烷基多乙氧基化物(2.25)硫酸盐C12-C18烷基多乙氧基化物(3.0)硫酸盐,及C12-C18烷基多乙氧基化物(4.0)硫酸盐,其中M通常选自钠和钾。
其他阴离子表面活性剂
用于洗涤目的的其他阴离子表面活性剂也可以包含在本发明组合物中。它们可以包括皂盐(包括例如钠、钾、铵及取代的铵盐如单、二及三乙醇胺盐),C9-C20直链烷基苯磺酸盐,C8-C22伯或仲烷基磺酸盐;C8-C24烯属磺酸盐,由碱土金属柠檬酸盐的热解产物的磺化所制备的磺化多羧酸(例如在英国专利说明书1,082,179)中所描述的,烷基甘油磺酸盐,脂肪酰基甘油磺酸盐,脂肪油酰基甘油硫酸盐,烷基酚环氧乙烷醚硫酸盐,链烷磺酸盐,烷基磷酸盐;异硫代硫酸盐如酰基异硫代硫酸盐,N-酰基氨基乙磺酸,甲基氨基乙磺酰胺的脂肪酸酰胺,烷基琥珀酰胺盐和磺基琥珀酸盐,磺基琥珀酸盐单酯(特别是饱和与不饱和的C12-C18单酯),磺基琥珀酸盐二酯(特别是饱和与不饱和的C6-C14二酯),N-酰基肌氨酸盐,烷基多糖的硫酸盐如烷基多葡糖苷硫酸盐(非离子未硫酸化的化合物将描述于下),支链化的伯烷基硫酸盐,烷基聚乙氧基羧酸盐如通式为RO(CH2CH2O)KCH2COO-M+的羧酸盐,式中R为C8-C22烷基,K为0至10的整数,M为可溶性成盐阳离子,用羟乙磺酸酯化并用氢氧化钠中和的脂肪酸。树脂酸和氢化树脂酸也是适宜的,如松香、氢化松香、存在于或由妥尔油得到的树脂酸和氢化树脂酸。另外一些实例列在"表面活性剂和洗涤剂"(Vol.I和II,由Schwartz,Perry和Berch著)一书中。各种这类表面活性剂一般还公开在美国专利3,929,678(于1975年12月30颁布给Laughlin等人)的第23栏58行至第29栏23行中(在此引入作为参考)。
非离子洗涤表面活性剂
适宜的非离子表面活性剂一般公开在美国专利3,929,678(Laughlin等人,颁布于1975年12月30日)第13栏14行至第16栏6行中,其在此引入作为参考。下面列出非限定类的有用的非离子表面活性的实例。
1、烷基酚的聚环氧乙烷、聚环氧丙烷和聚环氧丁烷缩合物。通常优选聚环氧乙烷缩合物。这些化合物包括具有含约6至12个碳原子的直链或支链构型的烷基的烷基酚与烯化氧的缩合产物。在优选实施方案中,环氧乙烷的存在量等于每摩尔烷基酚约5至约25摩尔环氧乙烷。市场上可买到的这类非离子表面活性剂包括IgepalTMCO-630(由GAF Corporation销售),及TritonTMX-45、X-114、X-100和X-102(均由Rohm & Hass Company销售)。这些化合物一般称为烷基酚烷氧基化物(如烷基酚乙氧基化物)。
2、脂族醇与约1至约25摩尔环氧乙烷的缩合产物。脂族醇的烷基链可以是直链或支链,伯或仲,并通常含有约8至约22个碳原子。特别优选的是具有含约10至约20个碳原子的烷基的醇与每摩尔醇约2至约18摩尔环氧乙烷的缩合产物。市场上可买到的这类非离子表面活性剂的实例包括TergitolTM15-S-9(C11-C15直链仲醇与9摩尔环氧乙烷的缩合产物),TergitolTM24-L-6NMW(C12-C14伯醇与6摩尔环氧乙烷的具有窄的分子量分布的缩合产物),上述两者均由Union Carbide Corporation销售,NeodolTM45-9(C14-C15直链醇与9摩尔环氧乙烷的缩合产物),NeodolTM23-6.5(C12-C13直链醇与6.5摩尔环氧乙烷的缩合产物),NeodolTM45-7(C14-C15直链醇与7摩尔环氧乙烷的缩合产物),NeodolTM45-4(C14-C15直链醇与4摩尔环氧乙烷的缩合产物),它们均由Shell Chemical Company销售,以及KyroTMEOB(C13-C15醇与9摩尔环氧乙烷的缩合产物),它由Procter & Gamble Company销售。这类非离子表面活性剂一般称为"烷基乙氧基化物"。
3、环氧乙烷与疏水碱的缩合产物,该疏水碱是由环氧丙烷与丙二醇缩合而形成的。这些化合物的疏水部分优选具有分子量为约1500至约1800,并且具有水不溶性。将聚氧乙烯部分加到这种疏水部分上往往会增加整个分子的水溶性,产物的液体特性被保持在这样的程度,以使聚氧乙烯含量是缩合产物总重量的约50%,这相当于与多至约40摩尔环氧乙烷缩合。这类化合物的实例包括某些市场上可买到的PluronicTM表面活性剂,由BASF销售。
4、环氧乙烷与由环氧丙烷和乙二胺反应所得产物的缩合产物。这些产物的疏水部分由乙二胺和过量环氧丙烷的反应产物组成,通常具有分子量为约2500至约3000。该疏水部分与环氧乙烷缩合达到一定程度,使缩合产物含有约40%至约80%(重量)的聚氧乙烯,并具有分子量为约5,000至约11,000。这类非离子表面活性剂的实例包括某些市场上可买到的TetronicTM化合物,由BASF销售。
5、半极性非离子表面活性剂是特殊的一类非离子表面活性剂,它包括水溶性氧化胺,其含有一个约10至约18个碳原子的烷基部分和二个选自含约1至约3个碳原子的烷基和羟烷基部分;水溶性膦氧化物,此膦氧化物含有一个约10至约18个碳原子的烷基部分和二个选自含约1至约3个碳原子的烷基和羟烷基部分;及水溶性亚砜,其含有一个约10至约18个碳原子的烷基部分和一个选自含约1至约3个碳原子的烷基和羟烷基部分。
半极性非离子洗涤表面活性剂包括具有如下通式的氧化胺表面活性剂:其中R3为含有约8至约22个碳原子的烷基、羟烷基、或烷基苯基或这些基团的组合;R4为含有约2至约3个碳原子的亚烷基或羟基亚烷基或其组合;X为0至约3;且每个R5为含有约1至约3个碳原子的烷基或羟烷基,或含有约1至约3个环氧乙烷基的聚环氧乙烷。R5可以通过例如氧或氮原子而彼此相连形成环结构。
这些氧化胺表面活性剂特别包括C10-C18烷基二甲基胺氧化物和C8-C12烷氧乙基二羟乙基胺氧化物。
6、公开于美国专利4,566,647(Llenado,颁布于1986年1月21日)中的烷基多糖,它具有含约6至约30个碳原子,优选约10至约16个碳原子的疏水基和多糖,例如多葡糖苷亲水基,该亲水基含有约1.3至约10,优选约1.3至约3,最优选约1.3至约2.7个糖单元。可以使用含有5或6个碳原子的任何还原性糖,例如葡萄糖、半乳糖半乳糖基部分可以代替葡萄糖基部分。(疏水基可任意被连在2、3、4等位上,因此得到与葡糖苷或半乳糖苷不同的葡萄糖或半乳糖。)糖之间的键可以处于,例如在附加糖单元的一个位置和前面糖单元上的2、3、4和/或6位之间。
任选且很少需要的是,可存在连接疏水部分和多糖部分的聚烯化氧链。优选的烯化氧为环氧乙烷。典型的疏水基包括饱和或不饱和的、支链化或未支链化的、含有约8至约18、优选约10至约16个碳原子的烷基。优选的烷基为直链饱和烷基。该烷基可以含有多至约3个羟基和/或聚烯化氧链可以含有多至约10,优选小于5个烯化氧部分。合适的烷基多糖有辛基、壬基、癸基、十一烷基、十二烷基、十三烷基、十四烷基、十五烷基、十六烷基、十七烷基和十八烷基的二、三、四、五和六葡糖苷、半乳糖苷、乳糖苷、葡萄糖、果糖苷、果糖和/或半乳糖。适宜的混合物包括椰子烷基的二、三、四和五葡糖苷,及牛脂烷基的四、五和六葡糖苷。
优选的烷基多葡糖苷具有下面的通式
R2O(CnH2nO)t(糖基)x其中R2选自烷基、烷基苯基、羟烷基、羟烷基苯基及其组合,其中烷基含有约10至约18,优选约12至约14个碳原子;n为2或3,优选2;t为0至约10,优选0;X为约1.3至约10,优选约1.3至约3,最优选约1.3至约2.7。糖基优选衍生自葡萄糖。为制备这些化合物,首先制备醇或烷基聚乙氧基醇,然后将其与葡萄糖或葡萄糖源反应形成葡糖苷(连在1位)。之后,附加糖基单元可被连在其1位和前面糖基单元的2、3、4和/或6位之间,优选主要为2位。
7、具有下式的脂肪酸酰胺表面活性剂:其中R6为含有约7至约21(优选约9至约17)个碳原子的烷基,每个R7选自氢、C1-C4烷基、C1-C4羟烷基、和-(C2H4O)xH,其中X为约1至约3。
优选的酰胺为C8-C20氨酰胺,单乙醇酰胺、二乙醇酰胺和异丙醇酰胺。
多羟基脂肪酸酰胺非离子表面活性剂
本发明的液体洗涤剂组合的优选含有"酶性能增强量"的多羟基脂肪酸酰胺表面活性剂。所谓"酶增强"指的是组合物的配制者可以选择加入到组合物中的多羟基脂肪酸酰胺的量,以便使其改善洗涤剂组合物的酶洗涤性能。通常,对于常规的酶含量而言,加入约1%(重量)的多羟基脂肪酸酰胺将会增强酶性能。
本发明的洗涤剂组合物一般含有至少约1%(重量)的多羟基脂肪酸酰胺表面活性剂,优选含有约3%至50%,最优选约3%至30%的多羟基脂肪酸酰胺。
多羟基脂肪酸酰胺表面活性剂组分包括结构式如下的化合物:其中:R1为H、C1-C4烃基、2-羟乙基、2-羟丙基、或其组合,优选C1-C4烷基,较优选的C1-C2烷基,最优选的C1烷基(即甲基),R2为C5-C31烃基,优选直链C7-C19烷基或链烯基,较优选直链C9-C17烷基或链烯基,最优选直链C11-C15烷基或链烯基,或这些基团的组合;Z为具有直链烃基链且至少3个羟基直接连在该链上的多羟基烃基,或其烷氧基化(优选乙氧基化或丙氧基化)衍生物。Z优选在还原胺化反应中由还原性糖衍生而来;较优选Z为多羟糖基。适宜的还原性糖包括葡萄糖、果糖、麦芽糖、乳糖、半乳糖、甘露糖和木糖。作为原料,除了可使用上面所列的单个的糖外,还可以使用富葡萄糖玉米糖浆、富果糖玉米糖浆和富麦芽糖玉米糖浆。这些玉米糖浆可以产生对于Z的糖组分的混合体。应当认识到,这并不意味着排除其他合适的原料。优选的是,Z选自-CH2-(CHOH)nCH2OH、-CH(CH2OH)-(CHOH)n-1-CH2OH、-CH2-(CHOH)2(CHOR′)(CHOH)-CH2OH和其烷基化衍生物,其中n为整数3至5(包括3和5在内),R′为H或环状或脂族单糖。最优选的是多羟糖基,其中n为4,特别是-CH2(CHOH)4-CH2OH。
在通式(I)中,R′可以是,例如,N-甲基、N-乙基、N-丙基、N-异丙基、N-丁基、N-2-羟乙基或N-2-羟丙基。
R2-CO-N≤可以是,例如,椰子酰胺、硬脂酰胺、油酰胺、月桂酰胺、肉豆蔻酰胺、癸酰胺、棕榈酰胺、牛脂酰胺,等等。
Z可以是1-脱氧葡糖基、2-脱氧果糖基、1-脱氧麦芽糖基、1-脱氧乳糖基、1-脱氧半乳糖基、1-脱氧甘露糖基、1-脱氧麦芽三糖基,等等。
制备多羟基脂肪酸酰胺的方法是本技术领域已知的方法。通常,它们的制备是通过烷基胺与还原性糖在还原胺化反应中反应,形成相应的N-烷基多羟基胺,然后使N-烷基多羟基胺与脂肪脂族酯或三酸甘油酯在缩合/胺化步骤中反应,形成N-烷基、N-多羟基脂肪酸酰胺产物。制备含多羟基脂肪酸酰胺的组合物的方法已被公开,例如,在英国专利说明书809,060(公开于1959年2月18日)、美国专利2,965,576(于1960年12月20日颁予E.R.Wilson)、美国专利2,703,798(于1955年3月8日颁予Anthony M.Schwartz)和美国专利1,985,424(于1934年12月25日颁予Piggott)中,它们均被引入本文作为参考。
E、α-羟基酸助洗剂
最后一个基本组分为约0.1至30%,优选为约1至20%(重量)的α-羟基酸助洗剂。所谓α-羟基酸助洗剂指的是,该助洗剂的盐具有一个或多个羧基和一个或多个羟基,并且至少一个羟基是在连有羧基的碳的α位碳上。
在本发明中用作助洗剂的特定的一类α-羟基酸包括具有下述通式的那些α-羟基酸:
CH(A)(COOX)-CH(COOX)-O-CH(COOX)-CH(COOX)(B)其中A是羟基;B是氢或-O-CH(COOX)-CH2(COOX);和X是氢或成盐的阳离子。如果B是H,那么,该化合物是酒石酸盐单琥珀酸(TMS)和它的水溶性盐。优选的是,上述α-羟基酸(TMS)与酒石酸丁二酸氢盐(TDS)混合,TDS可用其中A是H而B是-O-CH(COOX)-CH2(COOX)的上述化学结构式表示。特别优选的是TMS和TDS的混合物,且TMS与TDS的重量比为约97∶3至约20∶80,最优选的是80TMS∶20TDS。些助洗剂公开在美国专利4,663,071(于1987年5月5日颁予Bush等人)中。
用于该组合物中的优选的α-羟基酸是柠檬酸、它的盐和其衍生物。柠檬酸盐助洗剂(特别是钠盐)对于本发明的高效型液体洗涤剂制剂具有特殊的重要性。
F、任选组分
其他洗涤助洗剂
除了上述α-羟基酸助洗剂之外,该组合物还可含有0至约50%,较优选为约2至30%(重量)的其他洗涤助洗剂。可使用无机以及有机助洗剂。
无机洗涤助洗剂包括(但不限于此),多磷酸盐(作为例子说明的有三聚磷酸盐、焦磷酸盐和玻璃状聚合物偏磷酸盐)的碱金属盐、铵盐和链烷醇铵盐,膦酸盐,肌醇六磷酸、硅酸盐、碳酸盐(包括碳酸氢盐和倍半碳酸盐),硫酸盐和硅铝酸盐。也可使用硼酸盐助洗剂以及含有在洗涤剂储存或洗涤条件下能产生硼酸盐的形成硼酸盐物质的助洗剂(下文总称为"硼酸盐助洗剂)。当企图在低于约50℃特别是低于约40℃的洗涤条件下使用时,在本发明的组合物中,最好使用非硼酸盐助洗剂。
硅酸盐助洗剂的实例是碱金属硅酸盐,特别是具有SiO2∶Na2O比例范围在1.6∶1至3.2∶1的那些碱金属硅酸盐,和层状硅酸盐,例如层状硅酸钠,上述硅酸盐描述在美国专利4,664,839(于1987年5月12日颁予H.P.Rieck)中,将其引入本文作为参考。然而,其他硅酸盐如硅酸镁也是可使用的,它可在颗粒制剂中用作松脆剂,用作对于氧漂白的稳定剂,及用作泡沫控制体系的组分。
碳酸盐助洗剂的实例是碱土金属和碱金属碳酸盐,包括碳酸钠和倍半碳酸钠及其与超细碳酸钙的混合物,上述碳酸盐公开在德国专利申请号2,321,001(于1973年11月15日公布)中,它所公开的内容被引入本文作为参考。
硅铝酸盐助洗剂可用于本发明。硅铝酸盐助洗剂在大多数现代市场的高效型颗粒洗涤剂组合物中具有重要的意义,并且在液体洗涤剂制剂中它们也可以是一种重要的助洗剂成分。硅铝酸盐助洗剂包括具有下述实验式的那些硅铝酸盐助洗剂:
Mz(zAlO2·ySiO2)其中M是钠、钾、铵或取代的铵,Z是约0.5至约2;且y是1;每克无水硅铝酸盐的这类物质具有至少约50毫克当量的CaCO3硬度的镁离子交换能力。优选的硅铝酸盐是具有下式的沸石助洗剂:
Naz[(AlO2)z(SiO2)y]·xH2O其中z和y是至少为6的整数,z与y的摩尔比的范围为1.0至约0.5,且X是约15至约264的整数。
有用的硅铝酸盐离子交换物质是市场上可买到的。这些硅铝酸盐在结构上可以是晶形的或非晶形的,并且可以是天然存在的硅铝酸盐或合成衍生得到的硅铝酸盐。生产硅铝酸盐离子交换物质的方法公开在美国专利3,985,669(于1976年10月12日颁予Krummel等人)中,将其引入本文作为参考。本发明使用的优选的合成晶形硅铝酸盐离子交换物质可以以商品名沸石A、沸石P(B)和沸石X买到。在特别优选的实施方案中,晶形硅铝酸盐离子交换物质具有下式:
Na12[(AlO2)12(SiO2)12]·XH2O其中X为约20至约30,特别为约27。这种物质被称为沸石A,优选的硅铝酸盐具有粒度为约0.1-10微米直径。
多磷酸盐的具体的实例是碱金属的三聚磷酸盐,钠、钾和铵的焦磷酸盐,钠、钾和铵的焦磷酸盐,钠和钾的正磷酸盐,钠和聚偏磷酸盐(其中的聚合度为约6至约21),以及肌醇六磷酸的盐。
膦酸盐助洗剂盐的实例是乙烷1-羟基-1,1-二膦酸盐的水溶性盐,特别是钠和钾盐,亚甲基二膦酸的水溶性盐,例如三钠和三钾盐及取代的亚甲基二膦酸的水溶性盐,例如亚乙基、亚异丙基、苄基亚甲基和卤代亚甲基膦酸三钠和三钾盐。上述膦酸盐助洗剂盐公开在下述专利中:美国专利3,159,581和3,213,030(1964年12月1日和1965年10月19日颁予Diehl)、美国专利3,422,021(1969年1月14日颁予Roy)和美国专利3,400,148,和3,422,137(1968年9月3日和1969年1月14日颁予Quirnby)。上述专利所公开的内容被引入本文作为参考。
本发明优选的有机洗涤剂助洗剂包括多种多羧酸盐化合物。本文所用的"多羧酸盐"指的是具有多元羧酸盐基团的化合物,优选具有至少二元羧酸盐基团的化合物。
多羧酸盐助洗剂通常可以以酸的形式加入到该组合物中。但也可以以中性盐的形式加入。当以盐的形式使用时,碱金属如钠、钾和锂盐或链烷醇铵盐是优选的。
多种有用的物质都包括在多羧酸盐助洗剂之中。一种重要的多羧酸盐助洗剂包括醚多羧酸盐。一些醚多羧酸盐已被公开用作洗涤剂助洗剂。有用的醚多羧酸盐的实例包括氧联二琥珀酸盐,它被公开在美国专利3,128,287(于1964年4月7日颁予Berg)和美国专利3,635,830(于1972年1月18日颁予Lamberti等人)中,这两篇专利被引入本文作为参考。
其他醚多羧酸盐还包括马来酐与乙烯或乙烯基·甲基醚、1,3,5-三羟基苯-2,4,6-三磺酸及羧甲基羟丁二酸的共聚物。
有机多羧酸盐助洗剂也包括多乙酸的各种碱金属盐、铵盐和取代的铵盐。其实例包括乙二胺四乙酸和次氮基三乙酸的钠盐、钾盐、锂盐、铵盐和取代的铵盐。
多羧酸盐还包括例如苯六甲酸、琥珀酸、氧联二琥珀酸、多马来酸、苯的1,3,5-三羧酸和羧甲基羟丁二酸及其可溶性的盐。
其他的羧酸盐助洗剂包括羧基化的糖类,它们被公开在美国专利3,723,322(于1973年3月28日颁予Diehl)中,在此引入作为参考。
在本发明的洗涤剂组合物中同样适合的助洗剂是3,3-二羧基4-氧杂-1,6-己二酸盐和相关的化合物,它们被公开在美国专利4,566,984(于1986年1月28日颁予Bush)中,在此引入作为参考。有用的琥珀酸助洗剂包括C5-C20烷基琥珀酸和其盐。这类特别优选的化合物是十二碳烯基琥珀酸。烷基琥珀酸通常具有通式R-CH(COOH)CH2(COOH),即琥珀酸的衍生物,在上式中,R是烃基,例如C10-C20烷基或链烯基,优选的是C12-C16的烃基,或其中R可以是用羟基、磺基、磺氧基或砜取代基取代的烃基。所有这些都描述在上述专利中。
琥珀酸盐助洗剂通常以它们的水溶性盐的形式使用,包括钠盐、钾盐、铵盐和链烷醇铵盐。
琥珀酸盐助洗剂的具体实例包括:月桂基琥珀酸盐、肉豆蔻基琥珀酸盐、棕榈基琥珀酸盐、2-十二碳烯基琥珀酸盐(优选)、2-十五碳烯基琥珀酸盐等。月桂基琥珀酸盐是这类助洗剂中优选的助洗剂,并且被描述在欧洲专利申请86200690.5/0,200,263(于1986年11月5日公开)中。
有用的助洗剂的实例还包括钠和钾的羧甲基羟丙二酸盐、羧甲基羟丁二酸盐、顺式-环己烷-六羧酸盐、顺式-环戊烷-四羧酸盐、水溶性聚丙烯酸盐(这些具有分子量达约2,000以上的聚丙烯酸盐也可有效地用作分散剂)和马来酐与乙烯基·甲基醚或乙烯的共聚物。
其他适合的多羧酸盐是聚缩醛羧酸盐,它们被公开在美国专利4,144,226(于1979年3月13日颁予Crutchfield等人)中,它被引入本文作为参考。这些聚缩醛羧酸盐可在聚合条件下,通过将二羟乙酸的酯和聚合引发剂聚集在一起来制备。将所得聚缩醛羧酸盐的酯连接到化学上稳定的端基上,以便稳定聚缩醛羧酸盐,使之抗在碱溶液中的快速解聚作用,将聚缩醛羧酸盐的酯转化成相应的盐,并加入到表面活性剂中。
多羧酸盐助洗剂也公开在美国专利3,308,067(于1967年3月7日颁予Diehl)中,它被引入本文作为参考。这类物质包括脂族羧酸如马来酸、衣康酸、中康酸、富马酸、乌头酸、柠康酸和亚甲基丙二酸的均聚物和共聚物的水溶性盐。
也可使用在本技术领域中已知的其他有机助洗剂。例如可使用具有长链烃基的一元羧酸和其可溶性的盐,这些盐通常包括称为"皂类"的物质。一般使用C10-C20链长的烃基。烃基可是饱和的或不饱和的。
去污剂
在本发明的实施中,可以使用为本技术领域中熟练的技术人员已知的任何去污剂。优选的聚合型去污剂的特征在于它既具有亲水部分又具有疏水部分,亲水部分使疏水纤维如聚酯和锦纶的表面亲水,疏水部分则在疏水纤维上沉积并通过洗涤和漂洗循环的完成保持粘附在疏水纤维上,因此,疏水部分可作为亲水部分的结合剂。这可以使在用去污剂处理之后所存在的污斑在以后的洗涤工序中更容易地被清洗掉。
尽管在本发明的任何洗涤剂组合物中使用聚合型去污剂可能是有益的,特别是这些组合物用于洗衣或需要从疏水表面除去脂和油的其他应用,但在同样含有阴离子表面活性剂的洗涤剂组合物中的多羟基脂肪酸酰胺的存在能够提高许多更通用型的聚合型去污剂的性能。阴离子表面活性剂影响某些去污剂沉积和粘附在疏水表面上的能力。这些聚合型去污剂具有非离子的亲水部分或疏水部分,该聚合去污剂是相互作用的阴离子表面活性剂。
用于本发明的典型的聚合型去污剂包括下述成分:(a)一种或多种非离子亲水成分,主要由下述物质组成:(i)具有聚合度至少为2的聚氧乙烯部分,或(ii)具有聚合度为2至10的氧化丙烯或聚氧丙烯部分,其中所说的亲水部分不包括任何氧化丙烯单元,除非它是通过醚键来键合到每端的相邻部分,或(iii)含有氧化乙烯和1至约30个氧化丙烯单元的氧化烯单元的混合物,其中所说的混合物含有足够量的氧化乙烯单元,以使亲水成分具有足够强的亲水性,以便当去污剂在这样的表面上沉积时,提高常用的聚酯合成纤维表面的亲水性。优选的是,所说的亲水部分含有至少约25%氧化乙烯单元,更优选的是,特别是对于具有约20至30个氧化丙烯单元的成分而言,至少含有约50%氧化乙烯单元;或(b)一种或多种疏水成分,包括:(i)C3氧化烯对苯二甲酸盐部分,其中,如果所说的疏水成分也含有氧化乙烯对苯二甲酸盐,那么,氧化乙烯对苯二甲酸盐与C3氧化烯对苯二甲酸盐之比为约2∶1或更低,(ii)C4-C6烯烃或氧化C4-C6烯烃部分或其混合物,(iii)聚(乙烯基酯)部分,最好是聚(乙酸乙烯基酯),其聚合度至少为2,或(iv)C1-C4烷基醚或C4羟烷基醚取代物,或其混合物,其中所说的取代物是以C1-C4烷基醚或C4羟烷基醚纤维素衍生物或其混合物的形式存在的,并且这类纤维素衍生物是两亲的,因此,它们具有足够量的C1-C4烷基醚和/或C4羟烷基醚单元,以便使之沉积在常用的聚酯合成纤维的表面上,并保持足够量的羟基,一旦粘附到这类常用的合成纤维表面,便会提高纤维表面的亲水性,或(a)和(b)相结合。

如果使用去污剂,通常它占本发明洗涤剂组合物重量的约0.01%至约10.0%,一般为约0.1%至约5%,优选为约0.2%至约3.0%。
螯合剂
本发明的洗涤剂组合物可任意含有一种或多种铁和锰螯合剂作为助洗剂的添加剂物质。这类螯合剂可选自氨基羧酸盐、氨基膦酸盐、多官能取代的芳族螯合剂和其混合物,所有这些螯合剂都被定义在下文。并非受理论约束,可认为这些物质的优点部分地是由于它们具有通过形成可溶性的螯合物而从洗涤溶液中除去铁和锰离子的特殊的能力。
在本发明组合物中用作任选的螯合剂的氨基羧酸盐可含有一个或多个,优选至少两个下式的亚结构单元其中M是氢、碱金属、铵或取代的铵(如乙醇胺),且X是1至约3,优选为1。优选的是,这些氨基羧酸盐不含有多于约6个碳原子的烷基或链烯基。实用的胺羧酸盐包括乙二胺四乙酸盐、N-羟乙基乙二胺三乙酸盐、次氮基三乙酸盐、乙二胺四丙酸盐、三亚乙基四胺六乙酸盐、二亚乙基三胺五乙酸盐和乙醇二甘氨酸、它们的碱金属盐、铵盐和取代铵盐及其混合物。
当在洗涤剂组合物中允许存在至少低含量的总磷量时,氨基膦酸盐也适于用作本发明组合物中的螯合剂。有用的化合物是具有一个或多个,优选至少二个下式亚结构单元:其中M是氢、碱金属、铵或取代的铵,且X为1至约3,优选为1,所说的化合物包括乙二胺四(亚甲基膦酸盐)、次氮基三(亚甲基膦酸盐)和二亚乙基三胺五(亚甲基膦酸盐)。优选的是,这些氨基膦酸盐不含有多于约6个碳原子的烷基或链烯基。链烯基可通过亚结构共有。
多官能取代的芳族螯合剂也可用在本发明的组合物中。这些物质可含有具有下述通式的化合物其中至少一个R是-SO3H或-COOH或其可溶性盐和其混合物。美国专利3,812,044(1974年5月21日颁予Connor等人,该专利被引入本文作为参考)公开了多官能取代的芳族螯合剂和多价螯合剂。以酸形式存在的这类优选化合物是二羟基二磺基苯如1,2-二羟基-3,5-二磺基苯。碱性洗涤剂组合物可含有以碱金属盐、铵盐或取代的铵(例如一或三乙醇胺)盐形式存在的这些物质。
如果使用这些螯合剂,通常它们占本发明洗涤剂组合物重量的约0.1%至约10%,优选的是占这类组合物重量的约0.1%至约3.0%。
粘土去污剂/抗再沉积剂
本发明的组合物也可任意包含具有粘土去污和抗再沉积性能的水溶性乙氧基化胺。含有这些化合物的液体洗涤剂组合物一般含有约0.01%至5%的该化合物。
最优选的去污剂和抗再沉积剂是乙氧基化四亚乙基五胺。典型的乙氧基化胺进一步描述在美国专利4,597,898(1986年7月1日颁予VanderMeer)中,它被引入本文作为参考。另一类优选的粘土去污剂/抗再沉积剂是阳离子化合物,它们被公开在欧洲专利申请111,965(Oh和Gosselink,于1984年6月27日公布)中,它被引入本文作为参考。其他可使用的粘土去污剂/抗再沉积剂包括乙氧基化胺聚合物,被公开在欧洲专利申请111,984(Gosselink,1984年6月27日公布)中;两性离子聚合物,被公开在欧洲专利申请112,592(Gosselink,1984年7月4日公布)中;以及氧化胺,被公开在美国专利4,548,744(1985年10月22日颁予Connor)中,所有这些专利被引入本文作为参考。
在本技术领域中已知的其他粘土去污剂和/或抗再沉积剂也可用于本发明组合物中。另一类优选的抗再沉积剂包括羧甲基纤维素(CMC)物质。这些物质是本技术领域所熟知的。
聚合分散剂
聚合分散剂可有利地使用于本发明组合物中。这些物质可有助于钙和镁硬度的控制。适合的聚合型分散剂包括聚合多羧酸盐和聚乙二醇,不过也可使用本技术领域中已知的其他聚合分散剂。
用于本发明的适合的聚合型分散剂公开在美国专利3,308,067(1967年3月7日颁予Diehl)和欧洲专利申请66915(1982年12月15日公布)中,这两个专利都被引入本文作为参考。
增白剂
本技术领域中已知的任何适合的荧光增白剂或其他增白剂都可加入本发明的洗涤剂组合物中。
可用于本发明的商品荧光增白剂可分成几小类,包括(但不必限于此),芪、吡唑啉、香豆素、羧酸、次甲基花青、二苯并噻吩-5-5-二氧化物、吡咯、5和6员环的杂环的衍生物,和其他杂色剂。这类增白剂的实例公开在"荧光增白剂的制备与应用"[M.Zahradnik,由John Wiley & Sons出版,New York(1982)]一书中,它所公开的内容在此引入作为参考。
抑泡剂
用于减少或抑制泡沫的形成的已知的或将成为已知的化合物都可加入本发明的组合物中。适合的抑泡剂描述在下述文献中:KirkOthmer Fncyclopedia of Chemical Teehnology,第三版,Vol.7,PP.430-447(John Wiley & Sons,Inc.,1979),美国专利2,954,347(1960年9月27日颁予St.John),美国专利4,265,779(1981年5月5日颁予Gandolfo等人),美国专利4,265,779(1981年5月5日颁予Gandolfo等人)和欧洲专利申请89307851.9(1990年2月7日公布),美国专利3,455,839,德国专利申请DOS 2,124,526,美国专利3,933,672(Bartolotta等人)和美国专利4,652,392(1987年3月24日颁予Baginski等人),所有这些文献被引入本文作为参考。
本发明的组合物通常含有0%至约5%的抑泡剂。
其他组分
用于洗涤剂组合物中的各种其他组分都可包含在本发明组合物中,这些组分包括其他活性组分、载体、水溶助长剂、加工助剂、染料或颜料、用于液体制剂的溶剂、漂白剂、漂白活性剂等。
液体洗涤剂组合物可含有水和其他溶剂作为载体。低分子量的伯醇或仲醇例如甲醇、乙醇、丙醇和异丙醇是适合的;一元醇优选用作加溶表面活性剂,但也可使用多元醇,如含有2至约6个碳原子和2至约6个羟基的那些多元醇(例如乙二醇、丙三醇和1,2-丙二醇)。
液体组合物
本发明优选的高效型液体洗衣洗涤剂组合物优选被配制成这样的制剂,使其在用于水洗涤操作过程中,洗涤水具有的PH值在约6.5到11.0之间,优选在约7.0到8.5之间。本发明的组合物于20℃下在10%水溶液中最好具有PH值在约6.5到11.0之间,优选为7.0至8.5,在建议使用的含量下,用于控制PH值的方法包括使用缓冲剂、碱、酸等,这些方法是本技术领域中技术熟练人员所熟知的。
本发明进一步提供了一种用于洗涤载污体如纤维、织物、硬表面、皮革等的方法,该方法是将所说的载污体与液体洗涤剂组合物接触,该液体洗涤剂组合物含有上述洗涤表面活性剂、蛋白水解酶、洗涤剂相容的辅助酶和硼酸与多羟基化合物的混合物。为了提高洗涤效果,最好进行搅拌。用于进行搅拌的适合方法包括用手或最好使用刷子、海绵状物、织物、拖布来擦搓,或使用其他洗涤设备,如自动洗衣机、自动洗餐具机等。
本发明优选的是浓缩液体洗涤剂组合物。所谓"浓缩"指的是在减少用量的情况下,这些组合物对洗涤将提供相同量活性洗涤组分。高效型液体洗涤剂的一般常规用量在美国为118毫升(约1/2杯),而在欧洲为180毫升。
本发明的浓缩高效型液体洗涤剂含有比常规的高效型液体洗涤剂多约10至100%(重量)的活性洗涤组分,而且其用量少于1/2杯,这要取决于它们的活性组分的含量。在浓缩制剂中本发明变得更加有效,因为本发明洗涤剂组合物具有更大的影响酶的性能的活性。优选的高效型液体洗涤剂组合物含有活性洗涤组分为约30至90%(重量),优选为40至80%,最优选为50至60%。
下述实施例用来举例说明本发明的组合物。其中使用的所有的份数、百分数和比例都是以重量计的,除非另有说明。

测量残余脂肪酶活性所使用的方法
起始脂肪酶活性的测量是使用PH稳定计算机辅助滴定计。在PH值为8.5-8.8下,使用10mM氯化钙(CaCl2)、20mM氯化钠(NaCl)和5mM缓血酸胺缓冲剂来制备滴定混合物。使用含有5.0%(重量)橄榄油的商品脂肪酶底物和乳化剂。将100微升洗涤剂组合物加到该混合物中。用标准氢氧化钠溶液滴定由脂肪酶催化水解形成的脂肪酸。把滴定曲线的斜率作为脂肪酶活性的测量值。在该组合物被制备后立即测量起始活性。然后,将该样品于90°F(32.2℃)下阵化,并且在90°F下贮存二至三周后测量残余活性。下面表1中的残余活性是以起始活性的百分数记录的。用"B N.M.R测量的热力学常数K1和K2也已列入表中。

结论:可以看出,在含有蛋白水解酶的高效型液体组合物中,硼酸或多羟基化合物本身对脂肪酶不提供足够的稳定性。该稳定性是通过使用硼酸和1,2-丙二醇的混合物(实施例4)而得到改善的。现已惊奇地发现,使用如本文所述的(实施例5-8)硼酸和多羟基化合物的混合物比单独使用硼酸,丙二醇(或其加合)获得了更高的脂肪酶稳定性。可得出结论,为得到良好的脂肪酶稳定性,多羟基化合物与硼酸的配位反应应该具有K1在约0.1至400l/mole之间,和K2在0至1000l2/mole2之间。如果这些值超出上述范围(实施例9-11),就会得到不良的脂肪酶稳定性。当蛋白酶B用其他蛋白酶如Savinase_和BPN′代替和/或脂肪酶用其他辅助酶如淀粉酶代替时,可得到本发明的其他组合物。

Claims (19)
1.一种液体洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于所说的组合物包括:
a.下述组分的混合物
(1)0.1至30%组合物重量的2,3-二羟基苯甲醛或下述结构的连位多羟基化合物其中R1选自C1-C6烷基,取代的C1-C6烷基、苯基或取代的苯基;R2、R3和R4为氢;
(2)0.05至20%组合物重量的硼酸或其衍生物;
其中(1)和(2)之间反应的平衡常数是:K1在0.1至400升/摩尔之间,K2在0.1-200升2/摩尔2之间;
b.0.0001至1.0%(重量)的活性蛋白水解酶;
c.性能增强量的洗涤剂相容性辅助酶;
d.1至80%(重量)的阴离子或非离子表面活性剂;
e.0.1至30%(重量)的α-羟基酸助洗剂。
2.根据权利要求1的液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所说的连位多羟基化合物不是1,2-丙二醇或丙三醇,并且其他洗涤表面活性剂不包括在所说的组合物中。
3.根据权利要求1的液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所说的辅助酶选自脂肪酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶及其混合物。
4.根据权利要求3的液体洗涤剂组合物,其中K2/K1的比值≤20。
5.根据权利要求4的液体组合物,其中所说的连位多羟基化合物选自1,2-丁二醇、1,2-己二醇、3-氯-1,2-丙二醇、棓酸丙酯、棓酸、1-苯基-1,2-乙二醇和1-乙氧基-2,3-丙二醇。
6.根据权利要求5的液体洗涤剂组合物,它包括0.0005至0.2%(重量)的选自Savinase_、Maxacal_、BPN′、蛋白酶A、蛋白酶B和其混合物的活性蛋白水解酶。
7.根据权利要求5的液体洗涤剂组合物,它包括0.2至20%(重量)的所说的连位多羟基化合物和0.1至10%(重量)的硼酸。
8.根据权利要求7的液体洗涤剂组合物,其中硼/多羟基化合物的摩尔比是在20∶1至1∶20之间。
9.根据权利要求7的液体洗涤剂组合物,它包括5至50%(重量)的所说的阴离子和非离子表面活性剂。
10.根据权利要求9的液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所说的辅助酶是一种每克2至20,000脂肪酶单位的脂肪酶。
11.根据权利要求10的液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所说的蛋白水解酶是蛋白酶B。
12.根据权利要求11的液体洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中(a)与(e)之比是在10∶1至1∶10之间。
13.根据权利要求12的液体洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中所说的表面活性剂包括酶性能增强量的多羟基脂肪酸酰胺表面活性剂。
14.根据权利要求13的液体洗衣洗涤剂组合物,它包括每克10至6,000脂肪酶单位的脂肪酶,所说的脂肪酶是通过克隆来自拟腐质霉的基因并在米曲霉中表达该基因而得到的。
15.根据权利要求5的液体洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中所说的阴离子表面活性剂是C12至C20烷基硫酸盐、C12至C20烷基醚硫酸盐或C9至C20直链烷基苯磺酸盐,所说的非离子表面活性剂是C10-C20醇与每摩尔醇2至20摩尔环氧乙烷的缩合产物,或多羟基C10-C20脂肪酸酰胺。
16.根据权利要求1的液体洗衣洗涤剂组合物,它于20℃下在10%水溶液中的pH值在6.5至11.0之间。
17.根据权利要求14的液体洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中所说的辅助酶包括以活性酶计0.0001至1.0%(重量)的纤维素酶。
18.根据权利要求17的液体洗衣洗涤剂组合物,它于20℃下在10%水溶液中的pH值在7.0至8.5之间。
19.根据权利要求18的高效型液体洗衣洗涤剂组合物,它含有30至90%(重量)的活性洗涤剂成分。
