Description

Laundry care appliance with control device
Technical Field
The invention relates to a laundry care appliance with a control device.
Background
In conventional laundry care appliances, the laundry received in the washing drum is spun between the respective treatment steps and/or at the end of the laundry care process, in order to remove the washing liquid at least partially from the laundry. Due to the high rotational speed of the rotating washing drum, mechanical forces act on the laundry received in the washing drum, which can lead to wrinkling of the laundry, in particular in the case of particularly sensitive laundry. The laundry can be at least partially protected from wrinkles at the end of the laundry care process by delivering an anti-wrinkle agent, for example a liquid softener substance.
In WO 2011/138218 a1 a dosing system is disclosed for releasing bleach-containing preparations during the washing process of a washing machine.
DE 69923990T 2 discloses a method for washing sensitive laundry in a washing machine.

The object of the present invention is to provide a laundry care appliance in which the formation of laundry wrinkles is significantly reduced.
This object is achieved by the subject matter having the features according to the independent claims. Advantageous embodiments are the subject matter of the dependent claims, the description and the figures.
According to a first aspect, the object of the invention is achieved by a laundry care appliance having a washing drum for receiving laundry, a supply device designed for supplying an anti-wrinkle agent to the laundry in the washing drum, and a control device for controlling a laundry care process of the laundry care appliance, wherein the control device is designed to carry out a plurality of spin-drying processes during a laundry care process, wherein the control device is designed to activate the supply device during the supply process before and/or during a temporally last spin-drying process and before and/or during at least one spin-drying process temporally preceding the temporally last spin-drying process, respectively, so as to supply an anti-wrinkling agent to the laundry in the washing drum and to protect the laundry from wrinkling during the temporally last spin-drying process and during at least one temporally preceding spin-drying process.
The technical advantage achieved thereby is that the laundry treated during the laundry care process of the laundry care appliance can be effectively protected against wrinkling.
In this case, at least one spin-drying process preceding the temporally last spin-drying process is carried out during the laundry care process in addition to the temporally last spin-drying process. In this way, the laundry care process has at least two spin-drying processes in order to ensure effective removal of the washing liquid from the laundry both at the end of the laundry care process and during the laundry care process, since the washing drum is rotated at a high rotational speed during the respective spin-drying process.
In one embodiment, the control device is designed to activate the supply device during the supply process before the temporally last spin-drying process and/or before the temporally preceding spin-drying process, respectively, in order to supply the wrinkle-reducing agent to the laundry in the washing drum.
In one embodiment, the control device is designed to activate the supply device during the temporally last spin-drying process and/or during the temporally preceding spin-drying process, respectively, during the supply process in order to supply the wrinkle-reducing agent to the laundry in the washing drum.
In one embodiment, the control device is designed to activate the supply device during the supply process before and during the temporally last spin-drying process and/or before and during the temporally preceding spin-drying process, respectively, in order to supply the anti-wrinkling agent to the laundry in the washing drum.
Before and/or during each spin-drying process, an anti-wrinkling agent is delivered by the supply device, which may in particular comprise a softener substance, wherein the substance is in particular selected from the group, but not limited thereto: emulsifiers, surfactants, in particular cationic, anionic and/or amphoteric surfactants, perfumes, fluorescers, in particular brighteners, deodorants, in particular cyclodextrins, impregnating agents and/or mixtures thereof and also textile finishing agents in any form.
Here, the supply device may be activated either before the temporally last spin-drying process, during the temporally last spin-drying process, or both before and during the temporally last spin-drying process. Furthermore, the supply device may be activated either before at least one temporally preceding spin-drying process, during at least one temporally preceding spin-drying process or both before and during at least one temporally preceding spin-drying process.
Thus, a plurality of intermediate spin-drying processes can be performed during the laundry care process in addition to the temporally last spin-drying process, wherein the laundry is protected from wrinkling during the intermediate spin-drying processes by the anti-wrinkling agent. By adding an anti-wrinkle agent, the ironing costs of the laundry after the laundry care process is finished are significantly reduced or avoided.

Fig. 3 shows different time periods of the laundry care process 127 in relation to the times shown along the time axis 129.
The laundry care process 127 optionally comprises a pre-wash process 131, during which washing liquid is supplied to the laundry in the washing drum 107 in order to effectively wet the laundry and to perform a pre-cleaning of the laundry.
The laundry care process 127 further comprises a main washing process 133, which immediately follows in time a pre-washing process, during which washing liquid is supplied to the laundry in the washing drum 107 in order to effectively clean the laundry.
The laundry care process 127 further comprises a rinsing process 135, in particular a plurality of rinsing processes 135-1, 135-2, 135-3, which follow one another in time, immediately after the main washing process 133, during which water is supplied to the washing liquid in the laundry care appliance 100 in order to reduce the concentration of the laundry care substance in the laundry and thus rinse the laundry.
The laundry care process 127 also comprises a plurality of spin-drying processes 139 during which the washing drum 107 is rotated by the drum drive 111 of the laundry care appliance 100 in order to at least partially remove the washing liquid bound to the laundry from the laundry.
The plurality of spin-drying processes 139 comprises a temporally last spin-drying process 139-1, by means of which washing liquid bound to the laundry can be finally removed from the laundry, wherein the temporally last spin-drying process 139-1 can be followed in particular by an optional drying cycle for drying the laundry, which is not shown in fig. 3.
The plurality of spin processes 139 comprises, in addition to the temporally last spin process 139-1, at least one spin process 139-2 temporally preceding said last spin process 139-1. The at least one temporally preceding spin-drying process 139-2 can be carried out before the at least one rinsing process 135, 135-1, 135-2, 135-3, in particular between the main washing process 133 and the at least one rinsing process 135, 135-1, 135-2, 135-3, can be carried out between rinsing processes 135-1, 135-2, 135-3 which are successive to one another, and/or can be carried out before the main washing process 133, in particular between the pre-washing process 131 and the main washing process 133.
The washing liquid bound to the laundry can advantageously be removed during the laundry care process 127 by at least one temporally preceding spin-drying process 139-2, wherein the drained washing liquid can be supplied again to the laundry in the washing drum 107, in order to be able to ensure effective wetting of the laundry by the laundry care substance received in the washing liquid.
In order to protect the laundry from wrinkling during the multiple spin-drying processes 139, 139-1, 139-2, the wash care process 127 comprises a plurality of supply processes 141, 141-1, 141-2, which are each carried out directly before the respective spin-drying process 139, 139-1, 139-2. Alternatively, the supplying process 141, 141-1, 141-2 may also be performed during the corresponding spinning process 139, 139-1, 139-2. Alternatively, the supplying process 141, 141-1, 141-2 may also be performed before and during the respective spin-drying process 139, 139-1, 139-2.
The plurality of supply processes 141 thus comprises a temporally last supply process 141-1 which is carried out before and/or during the temporally last spin-drying process 139-1, and the plurality of supply processes 141 comprises at least one supply process 141-2 which is temporally before the temporally last supply process 141-1.
During the respective supply process 141, 141-1, 141-2, the control device 121 activates the supply device 112 of the laundry care appliance 100 in order to supply the anti-wrinkling agent to the laundry in the washing drum 107.
The control device 121 can be designed to rotate the washing drum 107 at least half a drum revolution, in particular half or a full drum revolution, during the respective supply process 141, 141-1, 141-2, in order to ensure effective wetting of the laundry with the anti-wrinkling agent.
Mechanical forces are applied to the laundry by the washing drum 107 rotating during the respective spin-drying process 139 which temporally follows the respective supply process 141, 141-1, 141-2, in order to remove the washing liquid from the laundry by the centrifugal force generated thereby. In this case, the washing drum 107 rotates, in particular, at an abutment rotational speed, at which the laundry is brought into abutment with the washing drum 107. Alternatively, the washing drum 107 rotates, in particular, at a reduced rotational speed.
During the pre-wash process 131, during the main wash process 133 and/or during the at least one rinse process 135, 135-1, 135-2, 135-3, the washing liquid thrown off from the washing drum 107 can be re-supplied to the laundry in the washing drum 107 by the circulating pumping system of the laundry care appliance 100. The washing liquid pumped by the lye pump from the lye container 105 into the line 117 is re-supplied to the washing drum 107 via the inlet, so that a continuous circulation of the washing liquid is achieved in the line 117 during the circulation pumping process. In this case, the washing liquid pumped into the washing drum 107 via the inlet 117 is guided, in particular as a jet, mist or steam, onto the laundry portion received in the washing drum 107 in order to effectively wet the textiles. This results in optimum wetting of the laundry and an improved washing performance by effective wetting of the laundry.
The anti-wrinkling agent applied to the laundry reduces the likelihood of the laundry wrinkling during the spin-drying process 139, 139-1, 139-2. This provides the user of the laundry care appliance 100 with an advantageously clean and wrinkle-free laundry after the laundry care process 127, so that a time-consuming laundry ironing process can be dispensed with if appropriate. By eliminating the ironing process it is ensured that the laundry is not damaged. This enables the user of the laundry care appliance 100 to obtain a laundry which is advantageously clean and ready to wear with reduced expenditure of time.
