On the basis of the above embodiment, a conveying device 127 is added to the food box 119 of the food heater, as shown in fig. 8, and is mainly used for continuously and separately feeding the food into the cooking device according to different consumer demands. The transmission device 127 is electrically connected to the control device 101 and controlled by the control device.
After cooking, in order to facilitate taking out and cleaning of food, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, a through hole 1154 is formed in the bottom of the cooker 115, and a valve 1151 is formed in the through hole, and the valve 1151 may be disposed at the bottom of the cooker 115 or at the side of the cooker, as shown in fig. 12; the valve 1151 is electrically connected to the control device 101 and is controlled by the control device 101 to open or close. The valve 1151 may also be a movable bottom portion of the cooking device, in which case the cooking device includes a movable bottom portion and a fixed portion 1152, the movable bottom portion and the fixed portion being movably connected by a hinge 1153; the movable bottom part and the fixed part can form a complete cooker structure after being closed. In other embodiments, any cooking device structure with empty food is within the scope of the present disclosure.
In view of the continuous release of food during the cooking process and the need to provide food needs of different consumers, the food heater further comprises a dish releasing device 128 and a dish conveying device 130 electrically connected to the control device 101, respectively, as shown in fig. 11, the dish releasing device 128 is disposed on the housing 113, and the dish conveying device 130 is located below the dish releasing device 128 and continuously releases the dishes 109 to the lower side of the cooking device 115.
When food is to be continuously provided, the dish releasing device 128 continuously releases the dishes 109 (e.g., lunch boxes) onto the dish conveying device 130 under the control of the control device 101, the dish conveying device 130 places the dishes 109 under the food poured by the cooker 115, after the food is cooked, the cooker 115 is controlled by the control device 101, the valve 1151 is opened, the food is loaded into the dishes 109, and the food is taken away by the consumer and then the next cooking of the food is performed. Of course, the design of the cooking device 115 and the driving device 107 can also be implemented by using the technical solutions shown in fig. 2, 13, 14, 15, 3, 4, 5 and 6, and the food can be poured as described above, which is not described herein again.
In view of different food demands of consumers, some consumers need large-particle cooked food seasonings such as pork steak, beef steak, chicken nugget steak and the like; therefore, in a further embodiment, the food heater further comprises a large particle seasoning adding device 129 electrically connected to the control device 101, as shown in FIG. 11, disposed on the housing 113 for adding large particle seasoning to the dishes 109. For example, the large particle seasoning adding device 129 may dispense large particle seasoning into the dishes 109 immediately after the dish releasing device 128 releases the dishes 109 onto the dish conveyor 130.
In order to meet the requirement that consumers conveniently carry the tableware containing cooked food, the tableware needs to be sealed and packaged; therefore, in a further embodiment, the food heater further comprises a sealing and packaging device 131 electrically connected to the control device, as shown in fig. 11, for sealing and packaging the tableware 109 containing food; the sealing and packaging device is located above the tableware conveying device 130, and after the tableware 109 is filled with food, the tableware conveying device 130 further conveys the tableware 109 to the sealing and packaging device 131 to seal and package the tableware.
In order to shorten the waiting time for the consumer to cook and increase the cooking speed of the food, the food heater further includes a hot water preheating unit 125, as shown in fig. 8, provided on the housing 113; a first water outlet (not shown) of the hot water preheating device 125 is positioned above the cooker 115, and hot water is injected into the cooker 115 when food is cooked; in addition, a second water outlet 126 is provided outside the housing 113, so that the consumer can add hot water to the food.
In order to facilitate the consumer to understand the consumption list, the food heater further comprises a printer 132 disposed on the housing 113, as shown in fig. 11, wherein the printer 132 is electrically connected to the control device 101 for printing the consumption bill.
In order to facilitate the operation of the consumer, the food heater further comprises a display screen 133 arranged on the housing, as shown in fig. 8, wherein the display screen 133 is electrically connected with the control device 101 for realizing the operation of the man-machine interface. For another example, the display screen may be a touch liquid crystal screen, and a consumer may select food, seasoning, large-particle seasoning, cooking amount, etc. required by the consumer by touching the liquid crystal screen.
In order to facilitate the payment of the consumer, the food heater further comprises a bank card reader 135 disposed on the housing 113 and electrically connected to the control device 101, as shown in fig. 11, wherein the bank card reader 135 can make various bank card payments.
In order to facilitate payment by the consumer, the food heater further comprises a coin acceptance identifier 136 provided on the housing and electrically connected to the control unit 101, as shown in fig. 11, so that the consumer can make payment of coins.
In order to facilitate the online payment of the consumer, the food heater further comprises a scanner 134 disposed on the housing, the scanner 134 is electrically connected to the control device 101, as shown in fig. 11, the scanner 134 scans the two-dimensional code of the user client to implement the online consumption transaction.
In order to facilitate the online payment of the consumer, the food heater further includes a sound wave payment device 138 disposed on the housing and electrically connected to the control device 101, as shown in fig. 11, the sound wave payment device obtains payment sound waves emitted by a user client (such as software of a mobile payment device) to perform an online consumption transaction.
The following description will be made by way of example to illustrate the structure of the present invention. For example, a food heater comprises a shell, an inner pot, a cooker, a heating device and a temperature control device; in another example, the cooker is provided with a diversion trench; as another example, the diversion trench can be retractable or foldable to open; in another example, the cooker is provided with a valve which can be opened or closed to pour out food; for another example, the driving device is provided with a turnover structure for turning over the cooker; for another example, the driving device is provided with a lifting structure for lifting the cooking device; for another example, the driving device is provided with a vibration structure for vibrating the cooker; as another example, the driving device is provided with a rotating structure for rotating the cooker; these above-mentioned concrete structures all can adopt current product to realize, what the utility model discloses what claim here is only these concrete structures are in drive arrangement's position and connection, and the relevant drive function that realizes for the cooking ware can overturn, the cooking ware can rise the back upset, the cooking ware can shake, the cooking ware is rotatable. As another example, cookers are provided with stirring baffles; in another example, the shell is provided with at least one food box, and in another example, the shell is also provided with a food weighing instrument, and the food box is arranged above the food weighing instrument. For another example, a water inlet pressurizing air pump and a water inlet liquid flow meter are also arranged at the water inlet. For another example, a fan is arranged in the shell and used for drying the inner pot and the cooking device; for another example, the fan is further provided with an electric heating wire which generates heat when the fan rotates and is used for drying the inner pot and the cooker so as to obtain a better disinfection effect.
Yet another example is a food heater comprising a cooker, a control device, a driving device, a heating device, a temperature detecting device, an outer shell and an inner pot; the outer shell is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet which are communicated with the inner pot; the control device is arranged on the outer shell, and the driving device is fixedly arranged on the edge of the inner pot and is electrically connected with the control device; the cooker is arranged above the inner pot and is fixedly arranged on the driving device; the cooker is provided with a plurality of through holes and baffle switches thereof; the heating device and the temperature detection device are arranged on the inner pot wall, such as an inner wall or an outer wall, and are electrically connected with the control device; the shell is provided with a food box and a conveying device thereof, and an outlet of the food box is arranged above the cooker; the casing still sets up the flavouring agent box, the export of flavouring agent box sets up in the acceptor or the top of cooking ware.
In another example, the inner pot is also fixedly provided with a hot water outlet pipe communicated with the cooker. For example, the flavor cartridge includes a liquid flavor cartridge and a solid powder flavor cartridge; for example, the two are arranged side by side. As another example, the housing is further fixedly provided with a liquid flow meter connected to the liquid flavoring agent box, and a solid flow meter connected to the solid powder flavoring agent box. For another example, the food heater is further provided with a stirring device and a stirring rod; the stirring device is fixedly arranged on the shell; the stirring rod is provided with a fixed end and a free end, the fixed end is installed in the stirring device, and the free end is located in the cooker. A cooling and heating fan is further arranged above the cooker. For example, the heating device is an electric heating device.
One specific example of use is illustrated below: a user puts food such as noodles or rice noodles into a food box, a weight meter of the food box weighs the noodles, a chip of a control panel calculates the amount of water needed according to the weight of the food, water is injected into an inner pot from a water inlet, a heating device is started to heat the food, after a temperature detector detects that the water reaches a certain high temperature, the food such as the noodles of the food box slides into a cooker in the inner pot, the cooker can accelerate the heating of the hot water to the food in a vibration or rotation mode and the like, a stirring rod can also descend to stir the food in the water, the uniform heating of the food is facilitated, under the control of a timing timer, after the food is heated for a certain time, the stirring rod ascends, and the cooker (after the food can ascend) overturns outwards under the action of a driving mechanism (the valve can also be controlled to be opened by the mechanism), and the food such as the noodles. The chip of the control panel calculates the required amount of salt according to the weight of the noodle measured previously, and adds salt under the control of the solid flow meter, and simultaneously the chip also calculates the amount of edible oil and soy sauce, and adds edible oil, soy sauce or other seasonings under the control of the flow meter. Meanwhile, boiling water can be added from the hot water outlet pipe. Thus, the food can be directly eaten after being prepared. For example, one or more food boxes are provided so that multiple servings of food can be made.
After the noodles are made, boiling water is discharged from the water outlet, high-pressure water is flushed out from the water inlet on the inner pot to flush the inner pot and the cooker, the inner pot and the cooker are dried by the fan after flushing is completed, and the ultraviolet sterilization device sterilizes the noodles to avoid the growth of bacteria. Therefore, breakfast can be eaten by setting the starting time and getting up in the morning.
Furthermore, the embodiment of the present invention further includes a food heater formed by combining the technical features of the above embodiments.
It should be noted that the preferred embodiments of the present invention are described in the specification and the drawings, but the present invention can be realized in many different forms, and is not limited to the embodiments described in the specification, and these embodiments are not provided as additional limitations to the present invention, and are provided for the purpose of making the understanding of the disclosure of the present invention more thorough and complete. Moreover, the above technical features are combined with each other to form various embodiments which are not listed above, and all the embodiments are regarded as the scope of the present invention; further, modifications and variations will occur to those skilled in the art in light of the foregoing description, and it is intended to cover all such modifications and variations as fall within the true spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (20)
1. A food heater is characterized by comprising a cooker, a control device, a driving device, a heating device, an outer shell and an inner pot;
an inner pot, a driving device and a cooking device are arranged in the shell;
the cooker is arranged on the driving device and is driven by the driving device;
the driving device is controlled by the control device and drives the cooker under the control of the control device;
the heating device is controlled by the control device and heats the food.
2. The food heater as defined in claim 1, wherein a food cartridge is provided in the housing, the food cartridge outlet being disposed above the cooker.
3. The food heater of claim 2, wherein a food weighing instrument is further disposed within the housing, the food weighing instrument being located below the food cartridge.
4. The food heater as defined in claim 2, wherein a conveyor is provided in said food cartridge for feeding food into the cooking chamber in successive portions.
5. The food heater as claimed in claim 3, wherein a temperature detecting means is provided on an inner wall or an outer wall of the inner pan, or a temperature detecting means is provided on an outer wall or an inner wall of the cooker.
6. The food heater as defined in claim 4, wherein a plurality of liquid injecting holes are formed in the cooking chamber.
7. The food heater as defined in claim 3, wherein a valve is provided on the cooking device for controlling the cooking device to be emptied or closed integrally; the valve is controlled by the control device to be opened or closed.
8. The food heater of claim 3, further comprising a utensil release and/or utensil delivery controlled by the control.
9. The food heater as defined in claim 8, further comprising a large particle seasoning adding device controlled by the control device for dispensing large particle seasoning to the dishes.
10. The food heater as defined in claim 9, further comprising a seal packaging device controlled by the control device for seal packaging the dishes with food.
11. The food heater as defined in claim 1, wherein a guide groove is formed at an edge of the cooking device.
12. The food heater as defined in claim 11, wherein the baffle slot is configured to be either extended or retracted under the control of the control means, or the baffle slot is configured to be folded or unfolded under the control of the control means.
13. The food heater as defined in claim 1, wherein said heating means further comprises a hot water preheating means having an outlet positioned above said inner pan.
14. The food heater of claim 1, further comprising a display screen, a bank card reader, a coin acceptance identifier, a scanner, a sonic payment device, and/or a printer controlled by the control device.
15. The food heater as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 12, wherein the control device is electrically or wirelessly connected to a controlled device, the controlled device comprising: the device comprises a driving device, a heating device, a cooker, a tableware releasing device, a tableware conveying device, a large-particle seasoning adding device, a sealing and packaging device, a diversion trench, a display screen, a bank card swiping device, a coin receiving identifier, a scanner, a sound wave payment device and/or a printer.
16. The food heater as defined in claim 1, wherein a flavor cartridge is further disposed within the housing.
17. The food heater as defined in claim 16, wherein the flavor cartridge comprises a liquid flavor cartridge and/or a solid powder flavor cartridge.
18. The food heater as defined in claim 17, wherein a liquid flow meter connected to the liquid flavoring agent box is further fixedly disposed in the housing; and/or a solid flow meter connected with the solid powder flavoring agent box is arranged.
19. The food heater as defined in claim 1, wherein an ultraviolet sterilization device and/or a fan is further provided in the housing.
20. The food heater as defined in claim 1, further comprising a stirring device and a stirring rod;
the stirring device is fixedly arranged in the shell;
the stirring rod is provided with a fixed end and a telescopic free end, the fixed end is installed on the stirring device, and the free end is located in the cooker.
