(2) When the car stops at a landing due to an abnormality and the door is opened from the inside of the car door
The same as in the case of the normal door opening described above.
(3) When the cage normally runs and stops at the landing and automatically closes the door (normally closed)
Normally, the door is closed, which means that the state shown in fig. 7D is restored to the state shown in fig. 7A.
From the state shown in fig. 7D, the locking mechanism starts to be locked.
The door vane roller 6 moves on the guide plate 7 toward the door closing side until it leaves the guide plate 7. The link 2 is returned to the initial position by the gravity of the door-closing side movable door closer arm 11 and the door-opening side movable door closer arm 12, the latch hook 40 is dropped, and the lock mechanism 4 is locked.
(4) When the car is abnormal and stops at the landing and the door is taken off from the landing side
Fig. 8A, 8B, 8C, and 8D show a process of unlocking the lock mechanism when the car stops at a landing due to an abnormality and the door is opened from the landing side, where the left side in each drawing is a door opening direction and the right side is a door closing direction.
Fig. 8A shows a case where the lock mechanism is in a locked state, in which the dot-dash line on the right side indicates the center of the doorway, and fig. 8D shows a case where the lock mechanism is in an unlocked state.
From the state shown in fig. 8A, the lock mechanism starts unlocking. When an operator applies a force in the door opening direction to the landing door from the landing door side, the landing door lock ball 3 slightly moves in the door opening direction and touches the door opening side movable vane arm 12, the link 2 rotates clockwise, and the door opening side movable vane arm 12 moves upward to the left, and at this time, the spring is compressed (the state of fig. 5). As the door opening side movable door closer arm 12 moves upward, the second unlocking wheel 42 attached to the door opening side movable door closer arm 12 lifts the latch hook 40 to start unlocking the latch mechanism, and when the state shown in fig. 8C is entered through the state shown in fig. 8B, the link 2 rotates clockwise to the horizontal position, the link 2 continues to rotate clockwise, until the door closing side movable door closer arm 11 moves downward to the left as shown in fig. 8C, and the door closer roller 6 passes under the guide plate 7.
(5) When the car is not stopped at a landing or in the car
Since the landing door lock ball 3 does not function, there is no power to move the door-closing side movable vane arm 11 and the door-opening side movable vane arm 12 and to rotate the link, and therefore the lock hook is not lifted and the opening of the car door is restricted.
(6) When the door is not parked at the landing and the side of the landing door is opened
Fig. 9 shows the state of the elevator of the invention when it is parked outside the landing zone (outside the unlocking zone). In this case, the locking mechanism is unlocked by the wire rope 8.
As described above, the car door opening and closing device of an elevator according to the present invention can realize opening and closing control of the car door with a simple structure, and compared with the conventional structure, the number of parts is reduced, the entire weight of the structure is reduced, the structure is simplified, and operations such as installation and adjustment are simplified. Further, by providing the car door locking mechanism, the opening of the car door can be appropriately restricted, and it is possible to prevent passengers from being injured or killed by opening the car door from the inside of the car when the car is located at a non-landing, and it is possible to easily open the car door and rescue passengers trapped in the car even if the elevator is abnormal and the door cannot be normally opened.
The elevator according to the present invention has been described above by way of preferred embodiments, but these embodiments are merely exemplary and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. The new embodiment can be implemented in other various forms, and various omissions, substitutions, and changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. These embodiments and modifications thereof are included in the scope and gist of the invention, and are also included in the scope described in the claims and the equivalent scope thereof.

Claims (14)

1. A car door opening/closing apparatus for an elevator, having a car door motor that provides a driving force for opening/closing a car door and to which a member on a car door side of the car door opening/closing apparatus is attached, comprising:
a vane mechanism (1) mounted on a car door machine, and having a door closing side movable vane arm (11) and a door opening side movable vane arm (12) provided in parallel in the vertical direction in order from the door opening direction of a car door;
a link (2) which is attached to a car door machine via an intermediate point (20) so as to be rotatable about the intermediate point, and both ends of which are connected to the door-closing side movable door knife arm (11) and the door-opening side movable door knife arm (12), respectively;
a landing door lock ball (3) that is fixed to a landing, is located between the door-closing side movable door vane arm (11) and the door-opening side movable door vane arm (12) when the car stops at the landing, and can apply a turning force to the link (2) by abutting against the door-closing side movable door vane arm (11) or the door-opening side movable door vane arm (12); and
and a lock mechanism (4) which is brought into a locked state in which the opening of the car door is restricted or an unlocked state in which the opening of the car door is permitted in conjunction with the rotation of the link (2), and which is set into the locked state in a normal operation state in which the car is ascending and descending and an abnormal stop state in which the car is stopped in a region other than a landing, and which is set into the unlocked state in a state in which the car is stopped at the landing.
2. The car door opening and closing apparatus of an elevator according to claim 1,
the connecting rod (2) comprises:
a first link arm (21) which is connected to the movable door closer arm (11) in a rotatable manner; and
a second link arm (22) rotatably connected to the movable door closer arm (12),
the first link arm (21) and the second link arm (22) form an inverted V shape.
3. The car door opening and closing apparatus of an elevator according to claim 2,
the lock mechanism (4) includes:
a lock hook (40) that is attached to a car door machine via a rotating shaft and can rotate to a falling position at which the lock mechanism is locked and a lifting position at which the lock mechanism is unlocked;
a first unlocking wheel (41) mounted on the door closing side movable door knife arm (11); and
a second unlocking wheel (42) mounted on the door-opening-side movable door knife arm (12);
the first unlocking wheel (41) or the second unlocking wheel (42) abuts against the lock hook (40) to set the lock hook (40) to a raised position.
4. The car door opening and closing apparatus of an elevator according to claim 3,
when the car normally runs and stops at a landing and automatically opens the door, or when the car is abnormal and stops at the landing and lifts the door from the inner side of the car door, the first unlocking wheel (41) is abutted with the locking hook (40) to set the locking hook (40) to a lifted position,
when the car is stopped at a landing due to an abnormality and a door is opened from the landing side, the second unlocking wheel (42) abuts against the lock hook (40) to set the lock hook (40) to a raised position.
5. The car door opening and closing apparatus of an elevator according to claim 4,
when the car is normally operated and stopped at a landing and automatically opened, or when the car is abnormally stopped at the landing and the door is opened from the inner side of the car door,
the landing door lock ball (3) abuts against the movable door closer arm (11), the link (2) rotates counterclockwise, the movable door closer arm (11) moves upward and rightward, the first unlocking wheel (41) attached to the movable door closer arm (11) abuts against the lock hook (40) to set the lock hook (40) to the raised position,
when the car is stopped at a landing due to an abnormality and the door is taken off from the landing side,
the landing door lock ball (3) abuts against the door-opening-side movable door vane arm (12), the link (2) rotates clockwise, the door-opening-side movable door vane arm (12) moves leftward and upward, and the first unlocking wheel (41) attached to the door-opening-side movable door vane arm (12) abuts against the lock hook (40) to set the lock hook (40) to a raised position.
6. The car door opening and closing apparatus of an elevator according to claim 3,
the locking hook (40) has a first opposing portion that opposes the first unlocking wheel (41) when in the lowered position and a second opposing portion that opposes the second unlocking wheel (42) when in the lowered position,
the lock hook (40) is formed with a first protrusion (411) protruding from the periphery at a position closer to the door closing side than the first opposing position,
the latch hook (40) is formed with a second protrusion (412) protruding from the periphery at a position above the second opposing position,
the first protrusion (411) abuts against the first unlocking wheel (41) or the second protrusion (412) abuts against the second unlocking wheel (42) to apply a lifting force to the lock hook (40).
7. The car door opening and closing apparatus of an elevator according to claim 6,
the two side surfaces of the locking hook (40) that sandwich the first protrusion (411) and the two side surfaces that sandwich the second protrusion (412) are formed in an arc shape, respectively, as guide surfaces that guide the rotation of the locking hook (40).
8. The car door opening and closing apparatus of an elevator according to claim 3,
the first unlocking wheel (41) and the second unlocking wheel (42) are rotatably provided.
9. The car door opening and closing apparatus of an elevator according to claim 3,
the lock mechanism (4) further includes:
and a stopper member (43) attached to the car door machine, on which the lower surface of the latch hook (40) is placed when the latch hook (40) is at the falling position, and which defines the falling lowest position of the latch hook (40).
10. The car door opening and closing apparatus of an elevator according to claim 3,
the lock mechanism (4) further comprises a lock state detection switch (44),
the lock state detection switch includes:
a movable end (441) mounted to the front end of the latch hook (40) and moving together with the latch hook (40); and
a fixed end (442) fixed to the car door machine and disposed at a position opposite to the front end of the latch hook (40) at the falling position,
when the lock hook (40) moves to the falling position, the movable end (441) is electrically connected to the fixed end (442), and the lock state detection switch detects an electric signal indicating that the lock mechanism (4) is in the locked state.
11. The car door opening and closing apparatus of an elevator according to claim 1,
the car door opening and closing device further comprises a locking state maintaining mechanism (5) for maintaining the relative position relationship between the door closing side movable door knife arm (11) and the door opening side movable door knife arm (12) in the locking state of the locking mechanism,
the locked state maintaining mechanism includes:
a stopper (51) fixed to the door-opening-side movable door knife arm (12); and
a spring member (52) attached to the car door;
when the locking mechanism (4) is in a locked state, the spring member (52) abuts against the stopper (51),
when the lock mechanism (4) is in an unlocked state, the spring member (52) is separated from the stopper (51).
12. The car door opening and closing apparatus of an elevator according to claim 1,
the car door opening and closing device further includes:
a door vane roller (6) rotatably mounted on the door closing side movable door vane arm (11);
a guide plate (7) fixed to the car door machine and having a horizontal portion and an inclined portion inclined downward from the horizontal portion toward the door closing direction,
the guide plate (7) guides the vane roller (6) so that the vane roller rolls on the guide plate during opening and closing of the car door.
13. The car door opening and closing apparatus of an elevator according to claim 1,
a wire rope (8) is connected to the lower end of the door-opening side movable door knife arm (12) as a manual unlocking mechanism when the car is abnormal and stops at a non-landing area.
14. An elevator is characterized in that the elevator is provided with a lifting device,
the car door opening/closing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 13 is provided.
