Claims (13)

1. Postupak priprave flokuliranih čestica punila koji se sastoji u koracima a) osiguravanja najmanje dvije vodene suspenzije, od kojih svaka sadrži najmanje jedan materijal za ispunu, naznačen time što i) prva vodena suspenzija S1 sadrži najmanje jedan flokulirajući aditiv A, ii) druga vodena suspenzija S2 sadrži najmanje jedan flokulirajući aditiv B, različit od flokulirajućeg aditiva A, i iii) najmanje jedan materijal za ispunu u prvoj vodenoj suspenziji S1 i drugoj vodenoj suspenziji S2 je uglavnom isti, i b) kombiniranja najmanje dvije vodene suspenzije osigurane u koraku a) tako što ih se stavi istodobno zajedno kako bi tvorile vodenu suspenziju SM flokuliranih čestica punila, gdje se maseni omjer između najmanje jednog materijala za ispunu u prvoj vodenoj suspenziji i drugoj vodenoj suspenziji S1:S2 kreće od 1:100 do 100:1, te gdje je najmanje jedan materijal za ispunu materijal koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je viskoznost prema Brookfieldu prve vodene suspenzije S1 i/ili druge vodene suspenzije S2 i/ili vodene suspenzije SM manja od 5000 mPa·s na 25 °C, po mogućnosti manja od 1 000 mPa·s na 25 °C, a poželjnije između 10 i 200 mPa·s na 25 °C.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je najmanje jedan flokulirajući aditiv A kationski polimer, kojeg se bira iz skupine koju čine kationski škrob, poliamini, polietilenimini, poliakrilamidi, kationski amin-amid, epiklorhidrinske smole, polidialildimetilamonijev klorid, kationski guar i/ili njihove smjese, po mogućnosti je najmanje jedan flokulirajući aditiv A kationski škrob.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je najmanje jedan flokulirajući aditiv B anionski polimer, kojeg se bira iz skupine koju čine karboksimetilceluloza, anionski škrob, anionski guar, anionska ksantanska guma i/ili njihove smjese, po mogućnosti je najmanje jedan flokulirajući aditiv B anionska karboksimetilceluloza.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se vodenu suspenziju SM smica tijekom i/ili nakon koraka b) postupka, po mogućnosti u najmanje dva koraka uz različite stope smicanja, a poželjnije u najmanje dva koraka uz različite stope smicanja, gdje je prva stopa smicanja niža od druge stope smicanja.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se sadržaj najmanje jednog flokulirajućeg aditiva A u prvoj vodenoj suspenziji S1 kreće od 0,001 do 20 %, težinski, poželjnije se kreće od 0,5 do 10 %, težinski, a najpoželjnije od 3 do 5 %, težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine prve vodene suspenzije S1, i/ili se sadržaj najmanje jednog flokulirajućeg aditiva B u drugoj vodenoj suspenziji S2 kreće od 0,001 do 20 %, težinski, poželjnije se kreće od 0,1 do 10 %, težinski, a najpoželjnije od 0,2 do 0,8 %, težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine druge vodene suspenzije S2.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se sadržaj najmanje jednog materijala za ispunu u prvoj vodenoj suspenziji S1 kreće od 1 do 85 %, težinski, po mogućnosti od 15 do 65 %, težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine prve vodene suspenzije S1, a sadržaj najmanje jednog materijala za ispunu u drugoj vodenoj suspenziji S2 se kreće od 1 do 85 %, težinski, po mogućnosti od 15 do 65 %, težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine druge vodene suspenzije S2.
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se sadržaj krutina u vodenoj suspenziji SM dobivenoj nakon koraka b) postupka kreće od 1 do 75 %, težinski, po mogućnosti od 2 do 60 %, težinski, a najpoželjnije od 5 do 35 %, težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine vodene suspenzije SM.
9. Postupak priprave runa koji se sastoji u koracima a) i b) postupka u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što se vodenu suspenziju SM flokuliranih čestica punila dobivena nakon koraka b) postupka kombinira dodatnom koraku c) sa sintetskim i/ili prirodnim vlaknima, a dobivenu suspenziju SMF se podvrgava koraku d) uklanjanja vode kako bi se dobilo runo.
10. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačen time što se korak d) uklanjanja vode provodi na situ, po mogućnosti kroz glavu kutije stroja za pravljenje papira.
11. Suspenzija flokuliranih čestica punila, naznačena time što čestice punila imaju jednomodnu raspodjelu veličine čestica i volumno definiranu polidisperznost veličine čestica izraženu kao punu širinu kod polumaksimalne visine (FWHM) od manje od 40 µm i volumno određenu srednju veličinu čestica (d50) u rasponu od 5 do 50 µm, gdje čestice punila sadrže materijal koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat.
12. Runo, po mogućnosti list papira, naznačeno time što se dobiva postupkom u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9 ili 10.
13. Upotreba suspenzije flokuliranih čestica punila u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačena time što se navedenu suspenziju upotrebljava u primjenama za papirnu oblogu i/ili vlažan papir, po mogućnosti u primjenama za vlažan papir bogat punilom ili za cigaretni papir.
