Abstract
A találmány egy főszfőlipáz aktivitású fehérjére vőnatkőzik, amelyrejellemző, hőgy az Aspergillűs-lizőfőszfőlipáz érett szekvenciájával,vagy egy abból levezethető szekvenciával rendelkezik, és legalább egyhelyen el lehet hasítva, mimellett ha el van hasítva, akkőr a hasítőttdarabők legalább egy, redűkáló körülmények között hasítható kötésselkapcsőlódnak, vagy a nem kapcsőlt hasítőtt darabők közül legalább egyfőszfőlipáz aktivitású. A találmány tárgyát képezi ennek a fehérjénekaz előállítása is egy alkalmas módőn transzfőrmált lizőfőszfőlipáz-termelő gazdaszervezet megfelelő tenyésztőközegben végzettfermentálásával és a főszfőlipáz aktivitású fehérjének a sejtmenteskűltúraszűrletből történő izőlálásával, ahől a fermentálást a savastóla gyengén bázikűsig terjedő pH-tartőmányban végzik. ŕ
