Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 酸化物層が、金属酸化物相と、少なくとも1つの他の有機成分および/ま たは無機成分とからなること、 金属製品が、バルブ金属またはその合金(金属間相も含む)からなることを特 徴とする薄い多相酸化物層を有する金属製品。 2. 金属製品が、アルミニウム、チタン、タンタル、ジルコニウム、ニオブま たはこれらの合金(金属間相も含む)からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載 の製品。 3. 有機成分が、特に、ポリマー材料および/またはバイオ分子および/また はオリゴマーからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製品。 4. 有機成分が、好ましくは、コラーゲン、S−層、ポリカーボネートまたは フラーレンからなることを特徴とする請求項1および3に記載の製品。 5. 無機成分が、好ましくは、無機繊維構造体またはリン酸カルシウム相から なることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製品。 6. 無機成分が、単独でまたは有機成分と組合せてまたは有機成分との複合体 として酸化物相に組込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1−5の1つに記載の 製品。 7. 有機成分および/または無機成分が、酸化物層に完全に組込まれているこ とを特徴とする請求項1−6の1つに記載の製品。 8. 有機成分および/または無機成分が、酸化物層に完全に組込まれると共に 、上記酸化物層を越えて延びることを特徴とする請求項1−6の1つに記載の製 品。 9. 金属基板材料上に薄い多相酸化物層を形成する方法であって、 有機相および/または無機相が基板表面にまたは表面直近にあるよう、金属基 板材料を酸化物層に組込まれる有機相および/または無機相と接触させること、 次いで、このように処理した基板材料を電解液中で陽極分極することを特徴と する方法。 10. 吸着、沈着、被覆、析出または緊密な機械的接触によってまたは組込む べき相のサスペンジョン中への浸漬または上記サスペンジョンの塗布によって、 酸化物層と組込まれる相との接触を実現することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の 方法。 11. 酸化物層に組込まれる相の基板表面への輸送を電磁場の適用によって実 施または支援することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。 12. 2−200VSCEの生成電位まで陽極分極を行うことを特徴とする請求 項9に記載の方法。 13. 生成電位まで電流的に静的に、電位的に静的にまたは電位的に動的に陽 極分極を行うことを特徴とする請求項9および12に記載の方法。
