Claims (34)
- 雰囲気中の検体をモニタリングする方法であって、
a)少なくとも1つの検出要素を、検体を潜在的に含む雰囲気に所定時間暴露することと、
b)第1の波長範囲の光を前記少なくとも1つの検出要素の上に方向付け、前記少なくとも1つの検出要素から反射される前記第1の波長範囲の光の量を表す第1の信号を得ることと、
c)第2の波長範囲の光を前記少なくとも1つの検出要素の上に方向付け、前記少なくとも1つの検出要素から反射される前記第2の波長範囲の光の量を表す第2の信号を得ることと、
d)前記第1の信号と第2の信号とを比較して比較信号を提供することと、
e)前記比較信号を所定の反応曲線に関連付け、それによって、前記モニターする雰囲気内の前記検体の前記濃度に関連する濃度値を得ることと、を含む、方法。 - 前記検体を潜在的に含む前記雰囲気への前記検出要素の前記暴露の前記所定時間の少なくとも一部にわたり、工程b)、c)、d)及びe)を繰り返すことを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記比較信号が、前記第1の信号及び第2の信号の一方を、前記第1の信号及び第2の信号の他方で割ることによって得られる比率化された信号である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記検体を潜在的に含む雰囲気のモニタリングの前に、前記検出要素が、既知の濃度の検体を含有する較正用ガスに暴露されない、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記検出要素が、波長に対する光の強度の1つ以上のピーク及び谷を含む反射スペクトルを含み、前記第1の波長範囲が前記スペクトルのピークに又はピーク近くにあり、前記第2の波長範囲が前記スペクトルの谷に又は谷近くにある、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、前記検出要素が検体を含まない雰囲気に暴露された状態で初期比較信号を得て、該初期比較信号が許容範囲内であるかを判定する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)及びc)が、その間に少なくとも1ミリ秒の時間遅延を有して行われる逐次工程である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の波長範囲の前記光が、第1の狭帯域光源から向けられ、前記第2の波長範囲の前記光が、第2の狭帯域光源から向けられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の波長範囲の前記少なくとも1つの検出要素から反射される光の量を表す前記第1の信号、及び前記第2の波長範囲の前記少なくとも1つの検出要素から反射される光の量を表す前記第2の信号が、共に、前記検出要素から反射される光を測定する単一広帯域光検出器から得られる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記濃度値を表す通知信号を提供することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記通知信号が、メモリに記録される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の信号及び第2の信号、並びに比較信号もまた、メモリに記憶される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記通知信号が、受信ステーションに送信される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 第3の波長範囲の光を少なくとも1つの検出要素に方向付けて、前記少なくとも1つの検出要素から反射される前記第3の波長範囲の光の量を表す第3の信号を得ることと、該第3の信号を、前記第1の信号及び第2の信号の少なくとも一方と比較することと、を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 雰囲気中の検体をモニタリングするための光電子デバイスであって、
内部空間を少なくとも部分的に画定し、かつ開口部を含むハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの前記内部空間の中又は前記開口部の中に位置決めされる、少なくとも1つの使い捨て検出要素と、
前記内部空間の中にある、光を前記検出要素に向けるように配置された少なくとも1つの光源、及び前記検出要素に反射した光の量を測定するように配置された少なくとも1つの光検出器と、を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの光源及び前記少なくとも1つの光検出器が、前記デバイスの前記内部空間内に含まれる共通プリント基板の上にコプレーナ構造に並んで配置される、デバイス。 - 前記検出要素が垂直軸を含み、前記光検出器が、前記検出要素の該垂直軸と前記プリント基板との交点に配置され;前記光源が、前記検出要素の該垂直軸と前記プリント基板との前記交点から離れて位置付けられ;前記光源から放射される光が前記検出要素に向けられるように、前記光源が、前記プリント基板に対してある角度をなして位置付けられる、請求項15に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスが、光が前記光源から前記光検出器へと直接通過するのを少なくとも部分的に遮断する少なくとも1つの光障壁を、前記少なくとも1つの光源と前記少なくとも1つの光検出器との間に更に含む、請求項15に記載のデバイス。
- 前記光障壁が、前記光源を前記プリント基板の上の適切な位置に保持するのを助けるホルダーを含む、請求項17に記載のデバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの光源及び前記少なくとも1つの検出器が、中心間で測定したときに互いに15mm以内に配置される、請求項15に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスが、重複しない波長範囲の光を放射する第1及び第2の狭帯域LED光源と、単一広帯域光検出器とを含む、請求項15に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1及び第2の光源が、それらの間に少なくとも1ミリ秒の時間遅延を有する別々の時間に、毎分約6回と毎分240回との間の頻度で閃光する間欠光源である、請求項20に記載のデバイス。
- 前記光検出器で測定される前記光が、前記検出要素から鏡面的に反射される、請求項15に記載のデバイス。
- 前記検出要素が、前記デバイスの前記内部空間の中に配置され、前記開口部が、検体が前記内部空間に入り、かつ前記検出要素に到達するのを可能にする、請求項15に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスが、3個以上の狭帯域光源を含む、請求項15に記載のデバイス。
- 前記モニターする雰囲気が空気雰囲気であり、前記検出要素の上に向けられる前記光、及びそこから反射する前記光が、前記デバイスの前記内部空間内の空気を通って伝達される、請求項15に記載のデバイス。
- 雰囲気中の検体をモニタリングするための光電子デバイスであって、
内部空間を少なくとも部分的に画定し、かつ開口部を含むハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの前記開口部の中に固定される少なくとも1つの検出要素と、
前記内部空間の中にある、光を前記検出要素に向けるように配置された少なくとも1つの光源と、前記検出要素に反射した光の量を測定するように配置された少なくとも1つの光検出器と、を含み、
前記検出要素が前記ハウジングの前記開口部の中に固定されると、前記デバイスの前記内部空間が封止された内部空間を構成するように、前記開口部が閉塞される、デバイス。 - 前記検出要素が、検体反応層を備え、かつ、該検体反応層と前記光検出器との間に検体浸透性半反射層を更に備える使い捨て検出要素である、請求項26に記載のデバイス。
- 前記検出要素が、順番に、検体浸透性反射層と、検体反応層と、半反射層と、光学的に透明な検体不浸透性層と、を備え、前記光学的に透明な検体不浸透性層が前記デバイスの前記内部空間に面している、請求項27に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスが、前記検出要素の前記デバイスの前記内部空間とは反対側に、前記検出要素に隣接して配置される、検体浸透性の保護層を備える、請求項26に記載のデバイス。
- 前記検出要素が、機械的取り付け手段によって前記開口部の中に固定される、請求項26に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスが、前記光源及び光検出器を動作させ、前記光検出器からの信号を処理し、かかる信号処理から得た結果をユーザーに通知するように構成された、少なくとも1つのマイクロコントローラを備える、請求項26に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスが、メモリに記憶された反応曲線を更に含み、前記モニターする雰囲気中の前記検体濃度を表す濃度値を得るために、前記マイクロコントローラによって処理された信号が、前記反応曲線に関連付けられることができる、請求項31に記載のデバイス。
- 前記光検出器からの信号の一部又は全て、それらから得られる処理信号、及び濃度値、を記憶することができる記憶装置を更に含む、請求項32に記載のデバイス。
- 送信機を更に含み、前記信号の一部又は全てが外部受信ステーションに送信されることができる、請求項31に記載のデバイス。
