【従来技術】
洋菓子、サンドウィッチ、惣菜、ハンバーガー、詰め合わせ料理ないし弁当等の加工食品用包装容器材として、蝶番状動作部分を共有して連続に成形された器体・蓋体一体型包装容器材が用いられている。従来使用されてきた一体型包装容器材は、器体へ被包装物を入れて蝶番状動作部分で曲げて、器体および蓋体の周辺部のフランジ部分を重ねあわせて繋止することにより閉蓋容器を形成する。しかし、蝶番状動作部分の反発力が強いと、閉蓋容器形成時に容器側面部の蝶番状動作部分に近いフランジ部分が完全に密着せず、保管・運搬時に隙間から昆虫等の異物が混入することがある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のような問題点を解決するために、図5のように器体の周辺部に凸部を設けて虫返しとし、側面部の器体と蓋体の嵌合部分に隙間が空いても凸部の側面が壁となって異物の混入を防ぐように形成された包装容器材も使用されているが、特に、シュークリーム等の洋菓子の包装容器の場合、蝶番状動作部分が長い横長の包装容器を用いる場合が多く、蝶番状動作部分の反発力が強いため、閉蓋容器形成時に、図6のように容器側部の蝶番状動作部分に近い側面部の器体と蓋体の嵌合部分の隙間が大きくなって、器体の周辺部の凸部による異物の混入防止の作用が得られないことがあり、問題となっていた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、器体および蓋体が、蝶番状動作部分を共有して、連続一体に成形されており、器体および蓋体の周辺部を重ね合わせて固定することにより、閉蓋容器が形成される包装容器材において、器体または蓋体の、一方の周辺部分に凸部を、もう一方の周辺部分に該凸部と嵌合する凹部を形成し、該凸部の、蝶番状動作部分から近い方の該凸部の高さh1を、蝶番状動作部分から遠い方の該凸部の高さh2よりも大きくなるようにすると共に、該凸部の高さが蝶番状動作部分に近い方から遠い方へ漸次低くなるように成形し、一方、該凹部の高さをh2以下で均一の高さになるように成形することにより、閉蓋容器形成時に容器外部からの異物混入を防止するようにしたことを特徴とする包装容器材を、さらに好ましくは食品用包装容器材を提供するものである。
