Description
本発明の1つの有利な形態によれば、作用通路カニューレ20の長さは、椎骨の薄膜と皮膚の表面との間の距離L(図24)に対し制限されなければならないことが判明した。脊柱の腰椎領域において、この距離は、約65乃至75mmである。その結果、本発明の1つの実施の形態において、作用通路カニューレ20は、解剖学的部分の距離よりも僅かに短いその長さの第一の部分を有している。1つの特定の実施の形態において、この第一の部分の長さは、末端21から取り付けブラケット27まで約66mmである。幾つかの外科手術の適用例において、取り付けブラケット27は、実際に、患者の皮膚に対し休止することができ、このため、作用通路カニューレの末端21は、外科手術部位に対しより接近させることができる。

Claims (7)
- 円筒状の内面を有するカニューレを通じて経皮的外科手術に使用される組織リトラクターにおいて、
前記組織リトラクターが組織を通じて操作されるとき、組織を非外傷的に変位させる形態とされた作用先端と、
基端の第一の端部と、前記作用先端と一体とされた末端の第二の端部を有し、前記カニューレ内に回転可能に受け入れられる寸法とされ、前記第一の端部から前記第二の端部までの長さであって、前記本体が前記カニューレ内にあるとき、前記第一の端部及び前記作用先端が前記カニューレの外側となるようにするのに十分である長さを有する、本体であって、前記本体及び前記作用先端が前記カニューレ内に配置されたとき、前記カニューレの円筒状内面に適合する形態とされた凸面を有する、本体とを備え、
前記本体が、
第一の凸面とその反対側の第一の凹面とを画成し、前記本体の前記長さに対して略平行に延びる第一の両端縁を有する第一の板部分であって、前記第一の両端縁間に180°以下の角度を画成する第一の円弧を画成する第一の板部分と、
前記第一の板部分と一体化され且つ前記第一の板部分と前記作用先端との間に配置された第二の板部分であって、第二の凸面とその反対側の第二の凹面とを画成し、前記本体の前記長さに対して略平行に延びる第二の両端縁を有し、180°以上の角度を画成する第二の円弧であって、前記第二の両端縁間にて前記第一の円弧と異なる前記第二の円弧を画成する、第二の板部分とを備える、組織リトラクター。 - 請求項1に記載の組織リトラクターにおいて、前記本体の凸面が前記本体の少なくとも一部の長手方向に沿って延びている、組織リトラクター。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の記載の組織リトラクターにおいて、前記作用先端が、鋭角でない湾曲端部を有する、組織リトラクター。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の組織リトラクターにおいて、前記第一の円弧が約90°の角度を画成し、前記第二の円弧が約270°の角度を画成する、組織リトラクター。
- 請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の組織リトラクターにおいて、前記本体の前記凸面がカニューレの円筒状内面の直径よりも大きい直径であり、前記本体の前記凸面がカニューレの円筒状内面と接触した状態にてカニューレ内に挿入可能であるように弾性的に変形可能である、組織リトラクター。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の組織リトラクターにおいて、前記本体の前記基端の第一の端部に取り付けられたアームを更に備え、該アームが前記組織リトラクターの操作を容易にし得るように把持面を有する、組織リトラクター。
- 請求項6に記載の組織リトラクターにおいて、前記アームが前記本体の前記長さに対して略垂直である、組織リトラクター。
