Description
Claims (14)
- 平坦な第1の面と前記第1の面に対して高低差を有する平坦な第2の面とを有する第1の基板と、平坦な底面を有する第2の基板とを有し、
前記第1の基板の第2の面に前記第2の基板の底面が接触し、前記第1の基板の第1の面と前記第2の基板の底面との間に形成される間隙を介して対向する前記第1の基板の前記第1の面の箇所と前記第2の基板の底面の箇所とに同種のプローブが対をなして固定化されており、
前記第1の基板と第2の基板の一方の側から光照射し、反射スペクトルの変化を利用して前記プローブへの生化学物質の結合を検出することを特徴とする生化学分析用セル。 - 請求項1記載の生化学分析用セルにおいて、前記間隙を介して対向する前記第1の基板の前記第1の面と前記第2の基板の底面に複数種類のプローブがそれぞれ対をなして固定化されていることを特徴とする生化学分析用セル。
- 請求項1記載の生化学分析用セルにおいて、前記間隙に当該間隔の厚みを規定する部材が設けられていることを特徴とする生化学分析用セル。
- 請求項1記載の生化学分析用セルにおいて、前記間隙を構成する前記第1の基板の第1の面及び前記第2の基板の底面は親水性であることを特徴とする生化学分析用セル。
- 請求項1記載の生化学分析用セルにおいて、前記第2の基板は光を吸収することを特徴とする生化学分析用セル。
- 平坦な第1の面と前記第1の面に対して高低差を有する平坦な第2の面とを有する第1の基板と、
平坦な底面を有する第2の基板とからなり、
前記第1の基板の第2の面に前記第2の基板の底面を接触させて組み立てられ、前記第1の基板の第1の面と前記第2の基板の底面との間に形成される間隙に試料溶液を導入して、前記第1の基板と第2の基板の一方の側から光照射し、反射スペクトルの変化を利用して生化学物質を検出するのに使用される生化学分析用キット。 - 請求項6記載の生化学分析用キットにおいて、前記第1の基板の前記第1の面に、前記間隙の厚みを規定する部材が設けられていることを特徴とする生化学分析用キット。
- 平坦な第1の面と前記第1の面に対して高低差を有する平坦な第2の面とを有する第1の基板と、平坦な底面を有する第2の基板とを有し、前記第1の基板の第2の面に前記第2の基板の底面が接触し、前記第1の基板の第1の面と前記第2の基板の底面との間に形成される間隙を介して対向する前記第1の基板の前記第1の面の箇所と前記第2の基板の底面の箇所とに同種のプローブが固定化されており、前記プローブへの生化学物質の結合によって反射スペクトルが変化する生化学分析用セルと、
前記生化学分析用セルを固定する固定部と、
光源と、
分光器と、
前記光源からの光を前記生化学分析用セルの前記第1の基板の前記第1の面の下方に導く光学系と、
前記生化学分析用セルからの反射光を前記分光器に導く光学系と、
前記分光器の出力から反射スペクトルの変化を検出する計算部と
を備えることを特徴とする生化学分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の生化学分析用セルにおいて、前記第1の基板の前記第1の面又は前記第
2の基板の底面に、光学薄膜が形成されていることを特徴とする生化学分析用セル。 - 請求項9記載の生化学分析用セルにおいて、前記光学薄膜の光学的厚さが可視光の波長の4分の1またはその奇数倍であることを特徴とする生化学分析用セル。
- 請求項6記載の生化学分析用キットにおいて、前記第1の基板の前記第1の面又は前記第2の基板の底面に、光学薄膜が形成されていることを特徴とする生化学分析用キット。
- 請求項11記載の生化学分析用キットにおいて、前記光学薄膜の光学的厚さが可視光の波長の4分の1またはその奇数倍であることを特徴とする生化学分析用キット。
- 請求項8記載の生化学分析装置において、前記第1の基板の前記第1の面又は前記第2の基板の底面に、光学薄膜が形成されていることを特徴とする生化学分析装置。
- 請求項13記載の生化学分析装置において、前記光学薄膜の光学的厚さが可視光の波長の4分の1またはその奇数倍であることを特徴とする生化学分析装置。
