HOMOの位置は電気化学的測定から推定した。光学ギャップはUV/可視光吸収スペクトルから決定した。LUMO位置は、HOMO位置と光学ギャップから概算した。5F8BTは、5%F8BTと95%F8との混合物(重量比)の略記である。

Claims (12)
- アノード電極層と、
前記アノード電極層上に形成されてドープされたPEDOTからなる層と、
前記アノード電極層上に形成され、第1の半導性有機成分を含む第1半導性有機層と、前記第1半導性有機層に隣接して第2の半導性有機成分を含む第2半導性有機層とを有し、且つ前記第1半導性有機層を、ドープされたPEDOTからなる前記層と前記第2半導性有機層の間に配置した半導性領域と、
前記半導性領域上に形成されたカソード電極層と、
を備え、
前記第1半導性有機層は、正孔輸送が可能であり、且つ前記第2半導性有機層が発光し、
前記第1半導性有機層がTFBであることを特徴とするエレクトロルミネッセンス素子。 - 請求項1記載のエレクトロルミネッセンス素子において、前記第2半導性有機層が2以上の有機成分の混合体を含むことを特徴とするエレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 請求項2記載のエレクトロルミネッセンス素子において、前記第2半導性有機層が5F8BTとTFBの混合体を含むことを特徴とするエレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 請求項1記載のエレクトロルミネッセンス素子において、前記第2半導性有機層が2以上の成分を含み、前記成分中の少なくとも1成分は発光が可能な成分であり、且つ残余の前記成分中の少なくとも1成分は正孔輸送又は電子輸送が可能な成分であり、前記2以上の成分は同一分子中に官能基部分として存在することを特徴とするエレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 請求項4記載のエレクトロルミネッセンス素子において、前記第2半導性有機層がF8、F8BT、TFBのターポリマーを含むことを特徴とするエレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のエレクトロルミネッセンス素子において、PEDOTがPSSでドープされていることを特徴とするエレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- アノード電極層を設ける工程と、
前記アノード電極層上に、ドープされたPEDOTからなる層を設ける工程と、
前記アノード電極層上に、第1の半導性有機成分を含む第1半導性有機層と、前記第1半導性有機層に隣接して第2の半導性有機成分を含む第2半導性有機層とを有し、前記第1半導性有機層が、ドープされたPEDOTからなる前記層と前記第2半導性有機層の間に配置された半導性領域を設ける工程と、
前記半導性領域上にカソード電極層を設ける工程と、
を備え、
前記第1半導性有機層は、正孔輸送が可能であり、且つ前記第2半導性有機層が発光し、
前記第1半導性有機層がTFBであることを特徴とするエレクトロルミネッセンス素子の製造方法。 - 請求項7記載の製造方法において、前記第2半導性有機層が2以上の有機成分の混合体を含むことを特徴とするエレクトロルミネッセンス素子の製造方法。
- 請求項8記載の製造方法において、前記第2半導性有機層が5F8BTとTFBの混合体を含むことを特徴とするエレクトロルミネッセンス素子の製造方法。
- 請求項7記載の製造方法において、前記第2半導性有機層が2以上の成分を含み、前記成分中の少なくとも1成分は発光が可能な成分であり、且つ残余の前記成分中の少なくとも1成分は正孔輸送又は電子輸送が可能な成分であり、前記2以上の成分は同一分子中に官能基部分として存在することを特徴とするエレクトロルミネッセンス素子の製造方法。
- 請求項10記載の製造方法において、前記第2半導性有機層がF8、F8BT、TFBのターポリマーを含むことを特徴とするエレクトロルミネッセンス素子の製造方法。
- 請求項7〜11のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法において、PEDOTがPSSでドープされていることを特徴とするエレクトロルミネッセンス素子の製造方法。
