Abstract
Description
Claims (25)
- 1.材料ボディに潜面マーキングを付与する方法であって、材料を通過する高エ ネルギ密度のビームをボディ面に向けるステップと、面での検出可能な変動を実 質的に伴うことなく電磁気放射に対して増加した非通過性の領域の形式でのマー キングの創成及び材料の局限されたイオン化を起こすようにボディ内で且つ面か ら離隔された位置で焦点にビームを仕向けるステップとを有する方法。
- 2.上記材料ボディは、可視領域内の波長で電磁気放射が通過する、請求項1に 係る方法。
- 3.上記材料ボディは、可視領域内の波長で電磁気放射が通過せず、マーキング は、電磁気スペクトラム内の適当な波長で作動する光学機器のみによって視認さ れ得る、請求項1に係る方法。
- 4.上記ビームの焦点は、マーキングが所定形状を有するように、マーキングさ れるべきボディに対して移動自在である、上記請求項のいずれかに係る方法。
- 5.上記マーキングは、3次元的である、請求項4に係る方法。
- 6.上記マーキングは、1以上の数字、文字若しくはシンボル、又はそれらの組 合せを有する、請求項4又は請求項5に係る方法。
- 7.材料ボディに潜面マーキングを付与する装置であって、材料を通過する高エ ネルギ密度のビームを創成する手段と、面での検出可能な変動を実質的に伴うこ となく電磁気放射に対して増加した非通過性の領域の形式でのマーキングの創成 及び材料の局限されたイオン化を起こすように面から離隔された位置で且つボデ ィ内の位置で焦点にビームを仕向ける手段とを有する装置。
- 8.高エネルギ密度のビームは、焦点合わせ自在の微粒子ビームである、請求項 7に係る装置。
- 9.高エネルギ密度のビームを創成する手段は、レーザである、請求項7に係る 装置。
- 10.上記レーザは、少なくとも10J/cm2の焦点でのピークエネルギ密度 を有する、請求項9に係る装置。
- 11.上記レーザは、少なくとも107W/cm2の焦点での出力密度を有し、 且つ10−6秒より少ないパルス継続期間でパルス発生される、請求項9又は請 求項10に係る装置。
- 12.上記レーザは、Nd−YAGレーザである、請求項9から11のいずれか に係る装置。
- 13.上記マーキングが所定形状を有するようにボディに対してビームの焦点を 移動させる手段が設けられる、請求項9から12のいずれかに係る装置。
- 14.上記ビームの焦点を移動させる手段は、ビーム径路に配置された少なくと も1つの可動ミラーを有する、請求項13に係る装置。
- 15.上記少なくとも1つの可動ミラーの移動は、コンピュータプログラムによ って制御される、請求項14に係る装置。
- 16.上記少なくとも1つの可動ミラーは、検流計ミラーである、請求項14又 は請求項15に係る装置。
- 17.上記ビームを焦点に仕向ける手段は、調整自在な焦点寸法を有するレンズ 要素を有する、請求項9から請求項16に係る装置。
- 18.更に、高エネルギ密度ビームの整列を容易化するための可視レーザ放射の 第2供給源が設けられる、請求項9から17に係る装置。
- 19.マーキングは、局限されたイオン化の結果としてボディ面から離隔された 損傷の中間領域を有する、マーキングされた材料ボデイ。
- 20.材料ボディは、可視領域内の波長で電磁気放射が通過する、請求項19に 係るマーキングされた材料ボディ。
- 21.上記材料ボディは、プラスチック又はガラスから成る、請求項20に係る マーキングされた材料ボディ。
- 22.上記材料ボディは、可視領域内の波長で電磁気放射が通過せず、マーキン グは、電磁気スペクトラム内の適当な波長で作動する光学機器のみによって視認 され得る、請求項19に係るマーキングされた材料ボディ。
- 23.上記マーキングは、3次元である、請求項19から22のいずれかに係る マーキングされた材料ボディ。
- 24.上記マーキングは、1以上の数字、文字若しくはシンボル、又はそれらの 組合せを有する、請求項19から23のいずれかに係るマーキングされた材料ボ ディ。
- 25.上記材料ボディは、容器である、請求項19から24に係るマーキングさ れた材料ボディ。
