Claims (4)
- 1.水素または水素を含むガスを用い触媒作用によって水素化を行うアントラキ ノン法による過酸化水素の製造方法において、水素または水素を含むガス、およ び作動液が、固体ハニカム部品から組み立てられた固体触媒層を通じて上から下 向きに循環し、前記触媒層が主沈またはリアクターパイプに平行な複数の流路と 、この方向に垂直な複数の流路とを有し、前記複数の流路の壁に触媒作用を有す る材料が固定されており、さらに各触媒層の下方端には混合部、例えば静的混合 機(staticalmixer)があることを特徴とする過酸化水素の製造方 法。
- 2.触媒層が多くの部分に分かれており、異なる部分間の液流が例えば分散板の ような適当な液体分配器を用いて横断方向に再分配されることを特徴とする請求 項1に記載の過酸化水素の製造方法。
- 3.混合部の構成部品全体が触媒活性材料で覆われたことを特徴とする請求項1 に記載の過酸化水素の製造方法。
- 4.リアクター内の気圧が1〜15パール、好ましくは2〜6バールであって、 リアクター内の温度が100℃未満、好ましくは40〜60℃であることを特徴 とする請求項1、2または3に記載の過酸化水素の製造方法。
