Description
Claims (14)
- 입자가 실리카 기초 음이온 입자와 물속에 팽창하는 스멕타이트형 점토의 수화입자이며 점토입자에 대한 실리카 기초입자의 중량비가 20 : 1 내지 1 : 10이고 현탁물의 무수물함량은 5 내지 40중량% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 콜로이드 입자의 안정한 수성현탁물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 점토입자에 대한 실리카 기초입자 중량비가 6 : 1 내지 1 : 3임을 특징으로 하는 현탁물.
- 제1또는 2항에 있어서, 현탁물 무수물함량은 8 내지 30 중량%임을 특징으로 하는 현탁물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리카 기초입자는 8 내지 45% 범위의 S-값과 750 내지 1000㎡/g 비표면적의 실리카 입자를 가진 실리카 기초졸에서 생기며 입자는 2 내지 25%로 알루미늄 변성됨을 특징으로 하는 현탁물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 점토입자가 벤토나이트입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 현탁물.
- 물속에서 팽창하는 스멕타이트형 점토를 실리카 기초입자 졸에 혼합하여 분산시켜 현탁물을 형성하고 점토입자에 대한 실리카 기초입자의 중량비가 20 : 1 내지 1 : 10 이고 현탁물의 무수물함량이 5 내지 40중량% 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜로이드 입자 수성 현탁물 제조방법.
- 입자가 물에 팽창하는 점토입자와 실리카 기초입자이며 실리카 기초입자 대 점토입자의 중량비는 20 : 1 내지 1 : 10 범위이고 현탁물의 무수물함량은 5 내지 40중량% 범위이며 정수용 또한 펄프제조 및 제지 공정에서 양이온 또는 양쪽이온형 고분자와 혼합하여 응집제로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜로이드 입자 수성현탁물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 현탁물이 제지공정에서 보존력 향상과 탈수를 위한 응집제로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 수성현탁물.
- 제7항 또는 8항에 있어서, 현탁물이 양이온 전분 또는 양이온 아크릴아미드와 함께 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 수성현탁물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 현탁물이 양이온 아크릴아미드 기초 고분자와 함께 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 수성현탁물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리카 기초입자가 콜로이드성 실리카, 콜로이드성 알루미늄변성 실리카, 콜로이드성 규산염 또는 폴리규산에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 현탁물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리카 기초 입자가 50 내지 1000㎡/g의 비표면적을 갖는 콜로이드성 실리카로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 현탁물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리카 기초 입자가 1000 내지 1700㎡/g의 비표면적을 갖는 폴리규산에 기초한 졸에서 생성됨을 특징으로 하는 현탁물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 벤토나이트가 나트륨-벤토나이트임을 특징으로 하는 현탁물.
