Claims (5)
- 섬유 상태에서의 중량 평균 분자량이 300,000 이하, 중량 평균 분자량과 수평균 분자량의 비(Mw/Mn)가 3.0 이하이고, 탄소수 5 이상의 분지쇄가 주쇄 1000 탄소당 0.01 내지 3.0개인 폴리에틸렌을 용융 압출하고, 아래 식으로 정의되는 드래프트비가 100 이상이 되도록 방사한 미연신사를 강도 15 cN/dtex 이상 또는 탄성율 500 cN/dtex 이상이 되도록 다단으로 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 폴리에틸렌 섬유의 제조 방법:드래프트비(Ψ)= 방사 속도(Vs)/토출 선속도(V)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다단 연신이 섬유의 결정 분산 온도 이하의 온도에서 연신을 행하는 공정, 상기 섬유의 결정 분산 온도 이상 융점 이하의 온도에서 추가로 연신을 행하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 폴리에틸렌 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 방법에 의해 제조된, 강도 15 cN/dtex 이상인 고강도 폴리에틸렌 섬유.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 방법에 의해 제조된, 탄성율이 500 cN/dtex 이상인 고강도 폴리에틸렌 섬유.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 방법에 의해 제조된, 컷트 파이버로 만들었을 때의 분산 불량사의 비율이 2.0 % 이하인 고강도 폴리에틸렌 섬유.
