- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 레피도크로사이트형 티탄산염의 표면 상에, 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 티탄산 알칼리 토금속염이 고착되어 있으며, 상기 티탄산염과 티탄산 알칼리 토금속염과의 몰 비율이 99 내지 30:1 내지 70인 것을 특징으로 하는 티탄산 알칼리 금속염 고착 티탄산염.<화학식 1>(식 중, A 및 M은 서로 다른 1 내지 3가의 금속, □는 Ti의 결함 부위를 나타내고, x는 0<x<1.0을 만족시키는 양의 실수이고, y 및 z는 각각 0<y+z<1.0을 만족시키는 0 또는 양의 실수임)<화학식 2>(식 중, B는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 알칼리 토금속을 나타냄)
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 1로 표시되는 티탄산염이 티탄산리튬칼륨, 또는 티탄산마그네슘칼륨인 티탄산 알칼리 금속염 고착 티탄산염.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식 2로 표시되는 티탄산 알칼리 토금속염이 티탄산칼슘인 티탄산 알칼리 금속염 고착 티탄산염.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 티탄산 알칼리 금속염 고착 티탄산염이 판상 물질인 티탄산 알칼리 금속염 고착 티탄산염.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 티탄산 알칼리 금속염 고착 티탄산염을 결합제에 의해 성형한 것을 특징으로 하는 과립상 티탄산염.
- (a) 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 티탄산 알칼리 금속염 고착 티탄산염과,(b) 화학식 1로 표시되는 티탄산염, 판상 8 티탄산칼륨, 및 복합 판상 티탄산 금속염으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물과,(c) 결합제를 포함하는 혼합물을 성형한 것을 특징으로 하는 과립상 티탄산염.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 티탄산 알칼리 금속염 고착 티탄산염을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,A원, M원, B원 및 Ti원을 함유하는 혼합물을 600 내지 1300℃에서 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 티탄산 알칼리 금속염 고착 티탄산염의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 티탄산 알칼리 금속염 고착 티탄산염을 결합제에 의해 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과립상 티탄산염의 제조 방법.
- (a) 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 티탄산 알칼리 금속염 고착 티탄산염과,(b) 화학식 1로 표시되는 티탄산염, 판상 8 티탄산칼륨, 및 복합 판상 티탄산 금속염으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물과,(c) 결합제를 혼합하고,상기 혼합물을 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과립상 티탄산염의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 티탄산 알칼리 금속염 고착 티탄산염; 또는상기 티탄산 알칼리 금속염 고착 티탄산염을 결합제에 의해 성형한 과립상 티탄산염; 또는(a) 상기 티탄산 알칼리 금속염 고착 티탄산염과, (b) 화학식 1로 표시되는 티탄산염, 판상 8 티탄산칼륨, 및 복합 판상 티탄산 금속염으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물과, (c) 결합제를 포함하는 혼합물을 성형한 과립상 티탄산염을 3 내지 50 중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 티탄산 알칼리 금속염 고착 티탄산염; 또는상기 티탄산 알칼리 금속염 고착 티탄산염을 결합제에 의해 성형한 과립상 티탄산염; 또는(a) 상기 티탄산 알칼리 금속염 고착 티탄산염과, (b) 화학식 1로 표시되는 티탄산염, 판상 8 티탄산칼륨, 및 복합 판상 티탄산 금속염으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물과, (c) 결합제를 포함하는 혼합물을 성형한 과립상 티탄산염을 포함하는 마찰 조정제.
- 제12항에 기재된 마찰 조정제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
- 제13항에 있어서, 마찰 조정제가 3 내지 50 중량% 함유되어 있는 마찰재.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 티탄산 알칼리 금속염 고착 티탄산염; 또는상기 티탄산 알칼리 금속염 고착 티탄산염을 결합제에 의해 성형한 과립상 티탄산염; 또는(a) 상기 티탄산 알칼리 금속염 고착 티탄산염과, (b) 화학식 1로 표시되는 티탄산염, 판상 8 티탄산칼륨, 및 복합 판상 티탄산 금속염으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물과, (c) 결합제를 포함하는 혼합물을 성형한 과립상 티탄산염을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전재.
- 제15항에 기재된 유전재를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전재 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 유전재가 3 내지 50 중량% 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전재 조성물.
