Claims (15)
- 핸드헬드형의, 동적으로 이동 가능한 표면 스패터링 장치(9)에 있어서,
타겟 표면(3) 위로의 스패터링 재료(spattering material; 2)의 분출(expelling)을 위한 적어도 하나의 노즐 수단(1),
상기 노즐 수단(1)의 상기 분출의 특징들을 제어하기 위한 노즐 제어 기구(4)를 포함하는, 상기 노즐 제어 기구(4),
스패터링 재료 공급장치(5),
스토리지 상에 기억되는 CAD-모델 또는 디지털 이미지로 미리 규정되고 포함되는 원하는 스패터링데이터(6)를 갖는 스토리지, 공간에서 상기 표면 스패터링 장치(9)를 참조하는 공간 참조 유닛(spatial referencing unit; 7), 및
상기 공간 참조 유닛(7)에 의해 얻어진 정보에 따라 그리고 상기 원하는 스패터링데이터(6)에 따라 상기 노즐 제어 기구(4)에 의해 상기 분출을 자동으로 제어하기 위한 계산 수단(computation means; 8)을 포함하며,
상기 계산 수단(8)은, 상기 타겟 표면(3) 상의 스패터링 가능한 영역으로서의 스패터링 스팟이, 상기 타겟 표면(3)이 상기 원하는 스패터링데이터(6)에 따라 스패터링되는 방식으로 상기 노즐 수단(4)의 분출의 상기 특징들을 변경하여 평가되고 조정되는 방식으로 구성되고,
상기 스팟은,
상기 표면 스패터링 장치(9)의 공간 참조( spatial reference),
상기 노즐 수단(1)의 상기 분출의 특징들의 세트, 및
상기 타겟 표면(3)에 대한 상기 노즐 수단(1)의 측정 및 계산된 거리 및 경사에 따라 변하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 표면 스패터링 장치(9). - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 공간 참조 유닛(7)은,
적어도 5개의 자유도로 상기 표면 스패터링 장치(9)를 참조하거나,
상기 표면 스패터링 장치(9)의 외부에 배치되는 상기 공간 참조 유닛(7)과 상기 표면 스패터링 장치(9)에 포함되는, 참조 마크들로 참조하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 표면 스패터링 장치(9). - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 표면 스패터링 장치(9)는 타겟 표면(3) 특성들, 현재의 스패터링 두께, 현재의 표면 컬러 또는 중력의 방향을 결정하기 위한 추가의 센서 수단(6A)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 표면 스패터링 장치(9). - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 노즐 수단(1)의 분출 방향은, 상기 표면 스패터링 장치(9)의 상기 공간 참조 및 동적 운동(dynamic movement)에 따라, 분출 특징들로서 타겟팅 방향을 미세 조정하기 위해 자동으로 변위 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는, 표면 스패터링 장치(9). - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 타겟 표면(3)은 복수의 컬러들(colours) 또는 재료들(2)에 의해 스패터링되고, 상기 컬러들 또는 재료들(2)은:
- 상기 스패터링 재료 공급장치(5)로부터 상이한 컬러들 또는 재료들(2)의 세트로부터 스패터링 재료의 도트-매트릭스(dot-matrix)의 스팟들을 디더링(dithering) 또는 스패터링하여 혼합되거나,
- 상기 노즐 수단(1)의 온라인(online), 내부 또는 정면에서 또는 상이한 스패터링 재료들(2)의 기초 세트 중에서, 상기 타겟 표면(3) 상에 상이한 스패터링 재료(2)의 스팟들을 중첩하여 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 표면 스패터링 장치(9). - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 표면 스패터링 장치(9)는
- 표시등(indication light),
- 그래픽 디스플레이(graphical display),
- 상기 타겟 표면 위로의 원하는 운동 방향의 프로젝션(projection),
- 증강 현실 디스플레이 또는 프로젝션,
- 음향 안내 신호 또는
- 촉각 안내 신호들(haptic guidance signals)
에 의해 사용자에게 요구되는 운동을 표시하기 위한 수단을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 표면 스패터링 장치(9). - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 스패터링 재료(2)의 건조 조건이 상기 분출 특징들의 제어를 통해 결정되고 통합되는 적어도 하나의 환경 조건을 감지하는 센서 수단(6A)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 표면 스패터링 장치(9). - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 표면 스패터링 장치(9)는,
- 사용자에게 요구되는 운동들을 안내하고 원활(smooth)하게 하거나,
- 장치-중량(device-weight)을 상쇄하는 방식으로 구성되는 지지 유닛(support unit)에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 표면 스패터링 장치(9). - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 계산 수단(8)은, 상기 원하는 스패터링데이터(6)에 따라, 상기 타겟 표면(3)을 스패터링하기 위해 상기 분출의 상기 제어가 상기 타겟 표면(3) 위의 이전에 스패터링된 영역들의 정보 히스토리를 포함하는 방식으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 표면 스패터링 장치(9). - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
복수의 노즐 수단(1)이 하나 이상의 행 또는 라인 배열들(arrangements)로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 표면 스패터링 장치(9). - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 원하는 스패터링데이터(6)는 타겟 표면(3)으로서 이전에 적용된 스패터링 재료(2)를 이용하여 스패터링 재료(2)의 다수의 층들의 후속 분출에 의해 스패터링 재료(2)로 빌트 업(built up)될 3차원 구조들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 표면 스패터링 장치(9). - 제 11 항에 있어서,
스패터링 재료(2)의 상기 3차원 구조들은 상이한 방향들에서 배향되어 적용되는 스패터링 재료(2)의 층들에 의해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 표면 스패터링 장치(9). - 제 11항에 있어서,

타겟 표면(3)에 적용될 원하는 패턴으로서 디지털 이미지 또는 CAD-모델을 포함하는 스토리지를 판독하여 스패터링데이터(6)의 세트를 획득하는 단계,
적어도 하나의 노즐 수단(1)에 의해 상기 타겟 표면(3) 위로 스패터링 재료(2)를 분출시키는 단계,
노즐 제어 기구(4)에 의해 상기 노즐 수단(1)의 상기 분출 특징들을 제어하는 단계, 및
상기 공간적으로 참조하는 단계 및 상기 스패터링데이터(6)를 획득하는 단계에 의해 획득되는 정보에 따라 상기 노즐 제어 기구(4)에 대해 원하는 분출 특징들을 계산하는 단계를 포함하며,
