Claims (16)
- 약물 전달 디바이스용 투여량 설정 기구로서,
외부 하우징과;
외부 홈을 갖고, 상기 투여량 설정 기구에 의해 설정된 투여량을 분배하기 위해 드라이버를 안내하도록 구성된 내부 하우징; 및
상기 외부 하우징과 상기 내부 하우징 사이에 배치되고, 상기 내부 하우징의 상기 외부 홈과 회전 가능하게 결합되는 다이얼 슬리브를 포함하고,
상기 다이얼 슬리브는 투여량 설정 중에 상기 외부 하우징 및 상기 내부 하우징의 모두에 대해 회전하도록 구성되고, 상기 외부 하우징 및 상기 내부 하우징의 모두로부터 이격하여 병진하도록 구성되는 약물 전달 디바이스용 투여량 설정 기구에 있어서,
상기 내부 하우징은 내부 나선형 스플라인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투여량 설정 기구. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 나선형 스플라인은 투여량 분배 중에 나선형 운동으로 상기 드라이버를 안내하도록 구성되는 투여량 설정 기구.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 드라이버는 제 1 드라이버부 및 제 2 드라이버부를 포함하고, 상기 제 1 또는 상기 제 2 드라이버부는 복수의 드라이버 구성 요소를 포함하는 투여량 설정 기구.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 투여량 리미터를 추가로 포함하고, 상기 투여량 리미터는 상기 내부 하우징의 상기 나선형 스플라인에 스플라인 결합되는 투여량 설정 기구.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 투여량 리미터는 상기 드라이버 상에 제공된 나선형 홈에 작동적으로 결합되는 내부 나선형 홈을 포함하는 투여량 설정 기구.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 클릭커를 추가로 포함하는 투여량 설정 기구.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 클릭커는 나선형 운동으로 상기 드라이버를 안내하고, 상기 클릭커는 상기 내부 하우징 내에 위치하는 투여량 설정 기구.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 클릭커는 제 1 클릭커부 및 제 2 클릭커부를 포함하고, 상기 제 1 클릭커부는 상기 제 2 클릭커부의 제 2 세트의 클릭커 치형부에 결합하기 위해 구성된 제 1 세트의 클릭커 치형부를 포함하는 투여량 설정 기구.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 클릭커 또는 상기 제 1 클릭커부는 상기 내부 하우징의 상기 나선형 스플라인에 결합하도록 구성된 적어도 하나의 스플라인을 포함하는 투여량 설정 기구.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 클릭커는 클러치와 회전식으로 결합되는 제 1 세트의 클릭커 치형부를 포함하는 투여량 설정 기구.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 클릭커는 상기 드라이버에 축방향으로 고정되는 투여량 설정 기구.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 클릭커는 투여량 설정 단계 중에 회전하고 그리고/또는 투여 단계 중에 회전하도록 구성되고, 그리고/또는 상기 투여량 설정 기구는 재설정 단계 중에 회전하기 위해 재설정 투여량 설정 기구를 포함하는 투여량 설정 기구.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 스핀들을 추가로 포함하고,
상기 스핀들은 상기 드라이버에 작동적으로 결합되어, 상기 내부 하우징이 상기 투여량 설정 기구에 의해 설정된 상기 투여량을 분배하도록 상기 드라이버를 안내할 때, 상기 드라이버가 카트리지 마개 상에 작용하도록 상기 스핀들을 압박하는 한편, 상기 스핀들은 카트리지로부터 상기 투여량을 축출하기 위해 원위 방향으로 병진하는 투여량 설정 기구. - 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 스핀들은 제 1 및 제 2 나선형 홈을 포함하는 투여량 설정 기구.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 스핀들은 투여량 설정 단계 중에 회전하지 않고 그리고/또는 투여 단계 중에 회전하고 그리고/또는 재설정 단계 중에 회전하도록 구성되는 투여량 설정 기구.
- 약물 전달 디바이스용 투여량 설정 기구로서,
외부 하우징과;
외부 홈 및 나선형 스플라인을 갖는 내부 하우징으로서, 상기 내부 하우징의 상기 나선형 스플라인은 상기 내부 하우징의 내부면 상에 위치되는, 상기 내부 하우징과;
상기 내부 하우징의 상기 외부 홈에 결합된 다이얼 슬리브와;
투여량 설정 단계 동안 상기 다이얼 슬리브에 회전식으로 결합되는 드라이버와;
상기 내부 하우징의 상기 나선형 스플라인에 회전식으로 결합되는 적어도 하나의 리브를 포함하는 결합 부재를 포함하고,
상기 투여량 설정 단계 중에 상기 다이얼 슬리브와 상기 드라이버가 모두 회전될 때, 상기 다이얼 슬리브는 상기 내부 하우징 상의 상기 외부 홈을 따르고, 커플러가 상기 나선형 스플라인 상으로 회전하고 상기 다이얼 슬리브 및 드라이버에 대해 회전하도록 허용되고,
투여량 분배 단계 중에, 상기 드라이버는 상기 다이얼 슬리브로부터 회전식으로 결합 해제되고 상기 커플러와 회전식으로 결합되는 약물 전달 디바이스용 투여량 설정 기구에 있어서,
상기 커플러는 상기 투여량 설정 기구가 상기 투여량 설정 단계와 상기 투여량 분배 단계 사이 또는 상기 투여량 분배 단계와 상기 투여량 설정 단계 사이로 이동할 때 상기 내부 하우징에 대해 축방향으로 회전하지 않고 상기 드라이버를 회전시키지 않도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투여량 설정 기구.
