Claims (17)
- (A-1) 트랜스/시스 아이소머 비율이 2.5 이상인 지환족 디올을 포함하는 제1 폴리에스테르 수지;
(A-2) 트랜스/시스 아이소머 비율이 2.5 미만인 지환족 디올을 포함하는 제2 폴리에스테르 수지;
(B) 백색안료; 및
(C) 적어도 1종의 무기필러를 포함하고,
상기 제1 폴리에스테르 수지(A-1) 및 상기 제2 폴리에스테르 수지(A-2)는 1:4 내지 4:1의 중량비로 포함되며,
DSC를 이용하여 -100℃/min의 냉각속도로 냉각시키면서 측정한 결정화 온도(Tc)가 230 내지 250℃인 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
충격보강제 (D)를 더 포함하는 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 폴리에스테르 수지(A-1)는 트랜스/시스 아이소머 비율이 2.5 이상 3.0 이하이고, 상기 제2 폴리에스테르 수지(A-2)는 트랜스/시스 아이소머 비율이 1.8 이상 2.5 미만인 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 폴리에스테르 수지(A-1) 10 내지 40중량%;
상기 제2 폴리에스테르 수지(A-2) 10 내지 40중량%;
상기 백색안료(B) 10 내지 60중량%; 및
상기 적어도 1종의 무기필러(C) 5 내지 40중량%를 포함하는 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 폴리에스테르 수지(A-1) 및 상기 제2 폴리에스테르 수지(A-2)의 총합은 (A), (B) 및 (C) 100중량%를 기준하였을 때, 30 내지 70중량%를 포함하는 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 폴리에스테르 수지(A-1) 및 상기 제2 폴리에스테르 수지(A-2)는 25℃의 o-클로로페놀 용액에서 측정한 고유점도[η]가 0.4 내지 1.5㎗/g인 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 백색안료(B)는 산화티탄, 산화아연, 황화아연, 연백, 황산아연, 황산바륨, 탄산칼슘, 산화 알루미늄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 백색안료(B)는 산화티탄이고, 상기 산화티탄의 평균 입경은 0.05 내지 2.0㎛인 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 무기필러(C)는 제1 무기필러(C-1)와 제2 무기필러(C-2)를 포함하고, 상기 제1 무기필러(C-1)는 유리섬유, 상기 제2 무기필러(C-2)는 규회석(wollastonite)인 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 제1 무기필러(C-1)와 상기 제2 무기필러(C-2)를 1:3 내지 3:1의 중량비로 포함하는 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물은 산화방지제, 형광증백제, 대전방지제, 이형제, 염료, 무기물 첨가제, 핵제, 가소제, 혼화제, 착색제, 안정제, 활제, 안료, 방염제 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 첨가제를 더 포함하는 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물. - 제1항, 제3항 내지 제6항, 및 제8항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항의 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물을 이용하여 제조된 성형품.
- 제15항에 있어서,
상기 성형품은 LED용 리플렉터인 성형품. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 성형품은, ASTM D256에 준하여 1/8” 두께의 아이조드(Izod) 시편을 언노치(unnotched)로 측정한 충격강도가 15 내지 20kgf·㎝/㎝이고, 85℃ 및 상대습도 85% 조건의 항온 항습 오븐에서 색차계로 450nm 파장에서 측정한 최초 반사율이 90% 이상이고, 1,000시간 동안 광을 조사한 후 반사율을 측정하였을 때의 반사율 유지율이 85 내지 99%인 성형품.
