Abstract
즉, 본 발명은 혼 작동시 에어백 모듈이 하강하는 것이 아니라, 에어백 모듈은 고정된 상태에서 혼 작동용 커버만이 하강하여 접점스위치의 스위칭 접촉이 이루어질 수 있도록 함으로써, 혼 작동력을 저감시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 혼이 작동하는 시점에서의 운전자가 혼 작동감을 느낄 수 있도록 한 자동차용 혼 작동 장치를 제공하고자 한 것이다.

도 3은 종래의 혼 작동을 위한 혼 작동력과 래틀 발생율이 반비례 관계임을 나타낸 그래프,
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 자동차용 혼 작동 장치를 도시한 개략도,

Claims (7)
- 스티어링 휠의 프레임에 고정 장착된 에어백 모듈의 상부 및 둘레부를 커버하며 승하강 가능하게 장착되는 혼 작동용 커버;
일단부는 상기 프레임에 고정 장착되고, 타단부는 상기 혼 작동용 커버에 의하여 눌림 가능하게 배치되는 도전성의 판스프링;
상기 판스프링의 아래쪽에 접촉 가능하게 배치되는 도전성의 접촉단;
를 포함하고,
상기 혼 작동용 커버만이 하강하여 판스프링의 타단부를 가압하면, 혼 작동을 위한 판스프링과 접촉단 간의 통전 접촉이 이루어지도록 하되,
상기 판스프링의 중간 부분에는 혼이 작동되는 시점에서 혼 작동감을 제공하기 위한 벤딩부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 혼 작동 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 판스프링의 일단부에는 판스프링의 고정을 위한 장착홀이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 혼 작동 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 판스프링의 일단부에서 장착홀의 인접 위치에는 혼 작동용 배선라인이 도전 가능하게 연결되는 위치고정홀이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 혼 작동 장치.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 판스프링과 접촉단에는 각각 혼 작동용 배선라인이 연결되고, 혼 작동용 배선라인은 프레임에 구비된 커넥터에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 혼 작동 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 혼 작동용 커버의 둘레부에는 슬롯이 형성되고, 프레임의 둘레부에는 혼 작동용 커버의 승하강 직선안내를 위하여 슬롯에 끼워지는 안내돌기가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 혼 작동 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 혼 작동용 커버의 저면과 에어백 모듈의 상면 간에는 혼 작동용 커버의 하강을 위한 갭이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 혼 작동 장치.
