Claims (9)
- 서로 대향하는 제 1 주면 및 제 2 주면을 갖는 모듈 기판과,
송신 신호를 증폭하는 전력 증폭기와,
제 1 스위치와,
상기 전력 증폭기의 출력 단자와 상기 제 1 스위치 사이에 접속된 제 1 인덕터와,
제 1 송신 필터 및 제 2 송신 필터를 구비하고,
상기 제 1 인덕터는 상기 제 1 주면에 배치되어 있고,
상기 제 1 스위치는 상기 제 2 주면에 배치되어 있고,
상기 제 1 스위치는, 상기 전력 증폭기와 상기 제 1 송신 필터의 접속, 및 상기 전력 증폭기와 상기 제 2 송신 필터의 접속을 스위칭하는 고주파 모듈. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 인덕터는, 상기 전력 증폭기와 상기 제 1 송신 필터의 임피던스 정합을 취하기 위한 회로 소자, 및 상기 전력 증폭기와 상기 제 2 송신 필터의 임피던스 정합을 취하기 위한 회로 소자인 고주파 모듈. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 모듈 기판은 상기 제 1 주면 및 상기 제 2 주면에 평행한 방향을 따라 형성된 그라운드 전극층을 갖고,
상기 모듈 기판을 평면으로 본 경우, 상기 제 1 인덕터와 상기 그라운드 전극층은 적어도 일부 겹쳐져 있고, 또한 상기 제 1 스위치와 상기 그라운드 전극층은 적어도 일부 겹쳐져 있는 고주파 모듈. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 모듈 기판을 평면으로 본 경우, 상기 제 1 인덕터와 상기 제 1 스위치는 적어도 일부 겹쳐져 있는 고주파 모듈. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 주면에 배치된 복수의 외부 접속 단자를 더 구비하는 고주파 모듈. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 전력 증폭기는 상기 제 1 주면에 배치되어 있는 고주파 모듈. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
수신 신호를 증폭하는 저잡음 증폭기를 더 구비하고,
상기 저잡음 증폭기는 상기 제 2 주면에 배치되어 있는 고주파 모듈. - 안테나로 송수신되는 고주파 신호를 처리하는 RF 신호 처리 회로와,
상기 안테나와 상기 RF 신호 처리 회로 사이에서 상기 고주파 신호를 전송하는 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 고주파 모듈을 구비하는 통신 장치. - 삭제
