Claims (10)
- 음극 활물질을 포함하는 음극 활물질층을 포함하며,
상기 음극 활물질은 코어 및 상기 코어 상에 배치된 코팅층을 포함하며,
상기 코어는 천연흑연 및 비정질 탄소층을 포함하며,
상기 천연흑연의 D50은 10㎛ 내지 14㎛이고,
ONH 분석법을 통해 확인 시, 상기 음극 활물질 내에 1,500ppm중량% 내지 2,000ppm중량%의 산소, 200ppm중량% 내지 300ppm중량%의 질소, 및 200ppm중량% 내지 300ppm중량%의 수소가 포함되며,
상기 코팅층은 탄소 나노 섬유를 포함하는 음극.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 음극 활물질의 기공 부피는 10cm3/g 내지 15cm3/g인 음극.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 천연흑연은 인편상 천연흑연이 뭉쳐서 구형화된 천연흑연인 음극.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 인편상 천연흑연의 D50은 100nm 내지 400nm인 음극.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 천연흑연은 구형화 천연흑연이며,
상기 구형화 천연흑연의 구형화도는 0.92 내지 0.97인 음극.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탄소 나노 섬유의 평균 직경은 200nm 내지 400nm인 음극.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 코팅층은 상기 음극 활물질 내에 3중량% 내지 5중량%로 포함되는 음극.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 코팅층의 두께는 200nm 내지 400nm인 음극.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
기공 저항이 5Ω 내지 10Ω인 음극.
- 청구항 1의 음극을 포함하는 이차 전지.
