Claims (24)
- 전이 금속 산화물 입자가 배합된 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름으로서, 상기 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름의 융점이 사용되는 열가소성 수지의 융점보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름.
- 전이 금속 산화물 입자가 배합된 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름으로서, 상기 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름의 시차 주사 열량계(DSC) 측정에서 1차 시도(run)의 융해 열량의 피크 온도(융점 T1) 및 2차 시도(run)의 융해 열량의 피크 온도(융점 T2)의 차가 하기 수학식 1을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름.<수학식 1>2 ℃≤T1-T2≤30 ℃
- 전이 금속 산화물 입자가 배합된 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름으로서, 상기 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름의 융점이 사용되는 열가소성 수지의 융점보다 높고, 상기 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름의 시차 주사 열량계(DSC) 측정에서 1차 시도(run)의 융해 열량의 피크 온도(융점 T1) 및 2차 시도(run)의 융해 열량의 피크 온도(융점 T2)의 차가 하기 수학식 1을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름.<수학식 1>2 ℃≤T1-T2≤30 ℃
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지가 폴리에스테르, 폴리페닐렌술피드, 폴리올레핀, 폴리아미드, 폴리이미드, 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리에테르 에테르케톤 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 주성분으로 하는 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지가 폴리에스테르를 주성분으로 하는 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름.
- 전이 금속 산화물 입자가 배합된 폴리에스테르를 포함하고, 면 배향 계수가 0.120 이상 0.280 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전이 금속 산화물 입자의 평균 일차 입경이 3 내지 120 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전이 금속 산화물 입자의 평균 이차 입경이 3 내지 250 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름.
- 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에틸렌 나프탈레이트를 주성분으로 하는 폴리에스테르에 전이 금속 산화물 입자가 배합되어 이루어지고, 면 배향 계수가 0.210 이상 0.280 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름.
- 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 주성분으로 하는 폴리에스테르에 전이 금속 산화물 입자가 배합되어 이루어지고, 면 배향 계수가 0.165 내지 0.200인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전이 금속 산화물 입자의 함유량이 0.01 내지 5 중량%인 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전이 금속 산화물 입자를 구성하는 주성분이 산화구리인 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름 중 공극의 면적 비율이 0 % 이상 5 % 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름의 길이 방향 및 폭 방향의 영률의 합계가 9 GPa 이상 35 GPa 이하인 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름의 두께가 0.5 ㎛ 이상 300 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름 중에 존재하는 3 ㎛ 이상의 조대 응집물이 30 개/100 cm2이하인 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름의 200 ℃에서의 동적 점탄성 측정에 있어서의 저장 탄성률이 0.4 GPa 이상 1.5 GPa 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름의 100 ℃에서의 열 수축률이 0 % 이상 1.0 % 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름의 150 ℃에서의 열 수축률이 0 % 이상 1.5 % 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제1항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 재료.
- 제1항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 이축 배향 열가소성 수지 필름을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨덴서.
