Claims (7)
- 기판에 구부러진 나노튜브형상 섬유로 이루어지는 피막을 형성하는 단계와,상기 기판 위에 형성된 상기 피막에 상기 기판에 대하여 수직으로 레이저를 조사하는 단계를 구비하는 전자방출원의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 피막을 형성하는 단계는, 탄소로 이루어지는 상기 나노튜브형상 섬유의 피막을 형성하는 단계를 구비하는 전자방출원의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 피막을 형성하는 단계는, 전착법, 열 CVD법 및 스프레이법에서 선택된 어느 한가지 방법으로 상기 피막을 형성하는 단계를 구비하는 전자방출원의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 피막을 형성하는 단계는, 철 또는 철을 포함하는 합금을 재료로 한 상기 기판에 상기 피막을 형성하는 단계를 구비하는 전자방출원의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 레이저를 조사하는 단계는, 상기 레이저를 에너지 밀도 5~500mJ/cm2로 조사하는 단계를 구비하는 전자방출원의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 레이저를 조사하는 단계는, 상기 레이저로서 엑시머 레이저를 조사하는 단계를 구비하는 전자방출원의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 레이저를 조사하는 단계는, 대기, 가스 및 진공에서 선택된 어느 한가지의 분위기 중에서 상기 레이저를 조사하는 단계를 구비하는 전자방출원의 제조방법.
