Description
Claims (15)
- 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LLDPE) 및 사이클로올레핀/에틸렌 공중합체, 여기서 사이클로올레핀 공중합체는 약 5 중량% 내지 약 45 중량%의 양으로 존재하는,를 포함하는 시트로부터 제조되는 열성형품에 있어서,상기 시트는 약 3 mil 내지 약 20 mil의 두께를 가지고, 시트 내 LLDPE와 비교할 때 2 이상의 상대적 기계방향(MD) 강도와 시트 내 LLDPE와 비교할 때 0.5 이상의 상대적 MD 인장 신도를 갖고,상기 열성형품은 상기 열성형품을 성형하는 시트에 대하여 1.5 이상의 면적 드로우 비율(areal draw ratio)을 갖는 열성형품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 열성형품은 상기 열성형품을 성형하는 상기 시트에 대하여 2.5 이상의 면적 드로우 비율(areal draw ratio))을 갖는 열성형품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 열성형품은 상기 열성형품을 성형하는 시트에 대하여 1.5 내지 5의 면적 드로우 비율(areal draw ratio))을 갖는 열성형품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시트는 10 중량% 내지 40중량%의 사이클로올레핀/에틸렌 공중합체 함량을 포함하는 열성형품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시트는 15 중량% 내지 35 중량%의 사이클로올레핀/에틸렌 공중합체 함량을 포함하는 열성형품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시트는 시트 내 LLDPE와 비교할 때 3 이상의 상대적 기계방향(MD) 강도를 갖는 열성형품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시트는 시트 내 LLDPE와 비교할 때 4 이상의 상대적 기계방향(MD) 강도를 갖는 열성형품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 열성형품은 성형품 내 LLDPE로 성형된 유사 성형품에 대하여 2 이상의 압축저항(압축강도)을 갖는 열성형품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 열성형품은 100% 이상의 하부 천공 유지도(puncture retention)을 갖는 열성형품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 열성형품은 시트 내 LLDPE로 성형된 성형품과 비교하여 1.5 이상의 상대적 코너 천공저항성을 갖는 열성형품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 열성형품은 98% 이상의 보유부피(retained volume)을 갖는 열성형품.
- (a) 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌 (LLDPE) 및 사이클로올레핀/에틸렌 공중합체, 여기서 사이클로올레핀 공중합체는 약 5 중량% 내지 약 45 중량%의 양으로 존재하는,를 포함하는 시트를 준비하는 단계,상기 시트는 약 3 mil 내지 약 20 mil의 두께를 가지고, 시트내 LLDPE와 비교할 때 2 이상의 상대적 기계방향 강도와 시트 내 LLDPE와 비교할 때 0.5 이상의 상대적 기계방향 인장 신도를 갖고,(b) 상기 시트를 1.5 이상의 면적 드로우 비율(areal draw ratio) 에서 열성형품으로 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 열성형품 제조방법.
- 상기 시트는 3개 이상의 분리층을 갖는 제 12 항에 따른 다층, 열성형품.
- 상기 시트는 5개 이상의 분리층을 갖는 제 12 항에 따른 다층, 열성형품.
- 주로 LLDPE인 적어도 하나 이상의 분리층, 주로 사이클로올레핀/에틸렌 공중합체인 적어도 하나 이상의 분리층과 근접한 층, 시트 내 LLDPE와 비교할 때 2 이상의 상대적 기계방향(MD) 강도를 갖는 시트, 및 약 2중량% 내지 약 60중량%의 제 2 중합물질을 포함하는 시트를 포함하는 다층 시트인 약 3 mil 내지 약 20 mil의 두께를 갖는 다층 열성형가능한 시트.
