Claims (16)
- 원하는 부위(area)에서 새로운 골 성장을 일으키기 위한 내부 재료; 및 상기 내부 재료를 코팅하는 폴리머를 포함하는, 골 증강 및 보존을 수행하는 펠렛.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 펠렛은 원통형인 것을 특징으로 하는 펠렛. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 내부 재료는 바이오세라믹 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 펠렛. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 코팅은 생체분해성 폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 펠렛. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 펠렛이 무치 융선(edentulous ridge)에 장착되었을 때, 상기 펠렛이 융선 보존을 촉진하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펠렛. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 펠렛이 무치 융선에 장착되었을 때, 상기 펠렛이 융선 증강을 촉진하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펠렛. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 내부 재료는 제1 재료 및 제2 재료를 포함하는 복합 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펠렛. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 재료는 바이오세라믹 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펠렛. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 재료는 골 형성 단백질 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펠렛. - 제1항에 있어서,

제 1 재료 및 폴리머 코팅을 포함하는 펠렛을 형성하는 것;
발치 지점(extraction site)에 상기 펠렛을 삽입하는 것; 및
상기 발치 지점에서 골통합된(osteointegrated) 골 구조를 형성하는 것;을 포함하는 방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
골 공간(void)를 형성하기 위해 상기 골통합된 골 구조를 코어링하는(coring) 것; 및
상기 골 공간에 임플란트 장치를 삽입하는 것;을 더 포함하는 방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 골 공간에서 상기 임플란트 장치를 고정시키는(securing) 것을 더 포함하는 방법. - 턱뼈의 치조 융선(alveolar ridge)에서 융선 증강을 수행하는 방법으로, 상기 방법은
턱뼈의 치조 융선의 치은 조직(gingival tissue)에서 절개를 만드는 것;
펠렛을 절개로 증강을 원하는 부위(area)에 삽입하는 것;
닫힌 절개를 봉합하는 것; 및
그 부위에서 골통합된(osteointegrated) 골 구조를 형성하는 것;을 포함하는 방법. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 골통합된 골 구조가 형성된 후에, 상기 부위로 오프닝(opening)을 코어링하는(coring) 것;
상기 오프닝에서 임플란트를 장착하는 것; 및
상기 임플란트를 치조 융선에 고정시키는(securing) 것;을 더 포함하는 방법. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 골통합된 골 구조가 형성된 후에, 상기 부위에 인공 보철물(prosthesis)을 장착하는 것을 더 포함하는 방법.
