Claims (10)
- 차폐 전기 케이블(shielded electrical cable)로서,
케이블의 길이를 따라 연장되고 케이블의 폭을 따라 서로 이격되며, 각각이 하나 이상의 절연 전도체를 포함하는 복수의 전도체 세트;
케이블의 반대면들 상에 배치되고, 커버 부분(cover portion) 및 압착 부분(pinched portion)을 포함하는 제1 및 제2 차폐 필름들 - 상기 커버 부분 및 압착 부분은, 횡단면에서, 제1 및 제2 필름들의 커버 부분들이 조합되어 각각의 전도체 세트를 실질적으로 둘러싸고, 제1 및 제2 필름들의 압착 부분들이 조합되어 각각의 전도체 세트의 각각의 측부에 케이블의 압착 부분을 형성하도록 배열됨 -; 및
케이블의 압착 부분에서 제1 차폐 필름을 제2 차폐 필름에 접합하는 제1 접착제 층을 포함하고,
복수의 전도체 세트는 이웃하는 제1 및 제2 절연 전도체들을 포함하는 제1 전도체 세트를 포함하고, 제1 및 제2 차폐 필름들의 대응하는 제1 커버 부분들, 및 제1 전도체 세트의 일 측부에 제1 압착 케이블 부분을 형성하는 제1 및 제2 차폐 필름들의 대응하는 제1 압착 부분들을 가지며,
절연 전도체들 중 선택된 하나는 24 아메리칸 와이어 게이지(American wire gauge, AWG) 이하의 와이어 직경을 갖고,
최대 2 ㎜의 내측 반경에 걸친 180도 이하의 케이블 위치에서의 케이블의 횡방향 굽힘은 상기 케이블 위치에 인접한 선택된 절연 전도체의 케이블 임피던스가 구부러지지 않은 구성에서 상기 케이블 위치에서 측정된 초기의 케이블 임피던스로부터 2% 이하만큼 변화하게 하는 케이블. - 제1항에 있어서, 선택된 절연 전도체의 와이어 직경은 26 AWG 이하이고, 최대 1 ㎜의 내측 반경에 걸친 180도 이하의 케이블 위치의 횡방향 굽힘은 상기 케이블 위치에 인접한 선택된 절연 전도체의 케이블 임피던스가 초기의 케이블 임피던스로부터 1% 이하만큼 변화하게 하는 케이블.
- 제1항에 있어서, 선택된 절연 전도체는 24 AWG 이하의 와이어 직경 및 100 옴의 공칭 차동 임피던스를 각각 갖는 적어도 2개의 절연 전도체를 포함하는 전도체 세트들 중 선택된 하나의 일부이고, 케이블의 횡방향 굽힘은 상기 케이블 위치에 인접한 선택된 전도체 세트의 차동 케이블 임피던스가 구부러지지 않은 구성에서 상기 케이블 위치에서 측정된 초기의 차동 케이블 임피던스로부터 2 옴 이하만큼 변화하게 하는 케이블.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 케이블은 케이블의 폭에 걸쳐 연장되는 접힘선 둘레에 45도 이상의 굽힘부를 추가로 포함하고, 굽힘부는 최대 5 ㎜의 내측 반경을 갖는 케이블.
- 차폐 전기 케이블로서,
케이블의 길이를 따라 연장되고 케이블의 폭을 따라 서로 이격되며, 각각이 하나 이상의 절연 전도체를 포함하는 복수의 전도체 세트;
케이블의 반대면들 상에 배치되고, 커버 부분 및 압착 부분을 포함하는 제1 및 제2 차폐 필름들 - 상기 커버 부분 및 압착 부분은, 횡단면에서, 제1 및 제2 필름들의 커버 부분들이 조합되어 각각의 전도체 세트를 실질적으로 둘러싸고, 제1 및 제2 필름들의 압착 부분들이 조합되어 각각의 전도체 세트의 각각의 측부에 케이블의 압착 부분을 형성하도록 배열됨 -; 및
케이블의 압착 부분에서 제1 차폐 필름을 제2 차폐 필름에 접합하는 제1 접착제 층을 포함하고,
복수의 전도체 세트는 이웃하는 제1 및 제2 절연 전도체들을 포함하는 제1 전도체 세트를 포함하고, 제1 및 제2 차폐 필름들의 대응하는 제1 커버 부분들, 및 제1 전도체 세트의 일 측부에 제1 압착 케이블 부분을 형성하는 제1 및 제2 차폐 필름들의 대응하는 제1 압착 부분들을 가지며,
절연 전도체들 중 선택된 하나는 24 아메리칸 와이어 게이지(AWG) 이하의 와이어 직경을 갖고,
최대 5 ㎜의 내측 반경에 걸친 180도 이하의 케이블 위치에서의 케이블의 횡방향 굽힘은 상기 케이블 위치에 인접한 선택된 절연 전도체의 삽입 손실이 구부러지지 않은 구성에서 상기 케이블 위치에서 측정된 초기의 삽입 손실로부터 0.5 dB 이하만큼 변화하게 하는 케이블. - 제5항에 있어서, 케이블은 케이블의 폭에 걸쳐 연장되는 접힘선 둘레에 45도 이상의 굽힘부를 추가로 포함하고, 굽힘부는 최대 5 ㎜의 내측 반경을 갖는 케이블.
- 케이블 조립체로서,
차폐 전기 케이블 - 상기 차폐 전기 케이블은,
케이블의 길이를 따라 연장되고 케이블의 폭을 따라 서로 이격되며, 각각이 하나 이상의 절연 전도체를 포함하는 복수의 전도체 세트,
케이블의 반대면들 상에 배치되고, 커버 부분 및 압착 부분을 포함하는 제1 및 제2 차폐 필름들 - 상기 커버 부분 및 압착 부분은, 횡단면에서, 제1 및 제2 필름들의 커버 부분들이 조합되어 각각의 전도체 세트를 실질적으로 둘러싸고, 제1 및 제2 필름들의 압착 부분들이 조합되어 각각의 전도체 세트의 각각의 측부에 케이블의 압착 부분을 형성하도록 배열됨 -,

케이블의 폭에 걸쳐 연장되는 접힘선 둘레의 45도 이상의 케이블 내 굽힘부 - 여기서, 상기 굽힘부는 최대 5 ㎜의 내측 반경을 가짐 - 를 포함하고,

- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 케이블은 전기 커넥터에 의해 둘러싸이지 않는 제2 굽힘부를 추가로 포함하고, 제2 굽힘부는 케이블의 폭에 걸쳐 연장되는 제2 접힘선 둘레에 45도 이상이며, 제2 굽힘부는 최대 5 ㎜의 내측 반경을 갖는 케이블 조립체.
