Abstract
본 발명은, 발포체 기재와, 상기 발포체 기재의 양면에 각각 제 1 점착제층 및 제 2 점착제층을 갖는 양면 점착 테이프로서, 상기 발포체 기재와 상기 제 1 점착제층 사이, 및, 상기 발포체 기재와 상기 제 2 점착제층 사이에, 인장 파단점 응력이 4 ㎫ 이상인 제 1 수지층 및 제 2 수지층을 각각 갖는 양면 점착 테이프이다.

Claims (12)
- 발포체 기재와, 상기 발포체 기재의 양면에 각각 제 1 점착제층 및 제 2 점착제층을 갖는 양면 점착 테이프로서,
상기 발포체 기재와 상기 제 1 점착제층 사이, 및, 상기 발포체 기재와 상기 제 2 점착제층 사이에, 인장 파단점 응력이 4 ㎫ 이상인 제 1 수지층 및 제 2 수지층을 각각 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 점착 테이프. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
제 1 수지층 및 제 2 수지층의 적어도 일방은, 인장 파단점 신장이 200 % 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 점착 테이프. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
제 1 수지층 및 제 2 수지층의 적어도 일방은, 인장 탄성률이 200 ㎫ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 점착 테이프. - 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
제 1 수지층 및 제 2 수지층의 적어도 일방은, 열가소성 엘라스토머로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 점착 테이프. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
열가소성 엘라스토머는, 하드 세그먼트와 소프트 세그먼트를 갖는 블록 공중합체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 점착 테이프. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
열가소성 엘라스토머는, 하드 세그먼트와 소프트 세그먼트를 갖는 트리블록 공중합체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 점착 테이프. - 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,
블록 공중합체 또는 트리블록 공중합체에 있어서의 하드 세그먼트의 비율이 10 중량% 이상, 70 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 점착 테이프. - 제 4 항, 제 5 항, 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,
열가소성 엘라스토머는, 트리블록 공중합체의 비율이 70 중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 점착 테이프. - 제 4 항, 제 5 항, 제 6 항, 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,
열가소성 엘라스토머는, 트리블록 공중합체 및 디블록 공중합체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 점착 테이프. - 제 4 항, 제 5 항, 제 6 항, 제 7 항, 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,
열가소성 엘라스토머는 아크릴계 공중합체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 점착 테이프. - 제 6 항, 제 7 항, 제 8 항, 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,
트리블록 공중합체가 아크릴계 트리블록 공중합체이고, 상기 아크릴계 트리블록 공중합체는, 메타크릴산메틸에서 유래하는 하드 세그먼트와, n-아크릴산부틸에서 유래하는 소프트 세그먼트를 갖고, 상기 아크릴계 트리블록 공중합체 중에 있어서의 상기 메타크릴산메틸에서 유래하는 하드 세그먼트의 비율이 22 중량% 이상, 50 중량% 이하이고, 또한, 상기 아크릴계 트리블록 공중합체의 중량 평균 분자량이 3 만 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 점착 테이프. - 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 3 항, 제 4 항, 제 5 항, 제 6 항, 제 7 항, 제 8 항, 제 9 항, 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서,
발포체 기재는, 폴리우레탄 발포체 또는 폴리올레핀 발포체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 점착 테이프.
