Abstract
Description
도 1. 도 1은 제1 및 제2 중합 반응기가 서로 병렬로 배열되고 제1 및 제2 반응기 유래의 병합된 유출물을 수용하는 제3 반응기의 상부에 위치하는 연속 용액 중합 공정을 예시한 것이다.
도 2. 도 2는 제1 및 제2 중합 반응기가 서로 병렬로 배열되고 제3 반응기가 제1 반응기 유래의 유출물을 수용하는 연속 용액 중합 공정을 예시한 것이다.
도 3. 도 3은 제1 및 제2 중합 반응기가 병렬로 배열되고 제3 반응기가 제2 반응기 유래의 유출물을 수용하는 연속 용액 중합 공정을 예시한 것이다.
도 4a는 본 발명에 따라 제조된 폴리에틸렌 생성물 조성물에 대한 푸리에 변환 적외선(GPC-FTIR) 검출로 수득되는 겔 투과 크로마토그래프이다. 1000개 탄소당 단쇄 분지의 수(y축)로 나타낸 공단량체 함량은 공중합체 분자량(x축)에 대비하여 제시된다. 상승 기울기 선(왼쪽부터 오른쪽으로)은 FTIR로 측정된 단쇄 분지도(1000개 탄소 원자당 단쇄 분지)이다. 이 도면에서 관찰할 수 있듯이, 단쇄 분지의 수는 더 높은 분자량에서 증가하고, 따라서 공단량체 혼입은 본 발명의 실시예 2, 4 및 5에서 피크 또는 최대치가 존재하는 "역상(reversed)" 또는 "부분 역상"이라고 한다.

Claims (48)
- 0.875 내지 0.916 g/㎤의 밀도, 0.1 내지 5 dg/min의 용융 지수 I2, 및 1.6 내지 2.4의 분자량 분포 Mw/Mn을 갖는 에틸렌 공중합체인 제1 폴리에틸렌 35 내지 75 wt%;
0.945 내지 0.975 g/㎤의 밀도, 1.0 내지 20 dg/min의 용융 지수 I2, 및 1.6 내지 2.4의 분자량 분포 Mw/Mn을 갖는 에틸렌 공중합체 또는 에틸렌 단독중합체 중에서 선택되는 제2 폴리에틸렌 10 내지 40 wt%; 및
0.880 내지 0.936 g/㎤의 밀도, 0.1 내지 100 dg/min의 용융 지수 I2, 및 상기 제1 또는 제2 에틸렌 중합체 성분의 분자량 분포 Mw/Mn보다 큰 분자량 분포 Mw/Mn를 갖는 에틸렌 공중합체인 제3 폴리에틸렌 10 내지 40 wt%
를 포함하는, 폴리에틸렌 생성물 조성물로서,
상기 폴리에틸렌 생성물 조성물이 ≤0.939 g/㎤의 밀도, 0.1 내지 10 dg/min의 용융 지수 I2, 겔 투과 크로마토그래프(GPC)에서 일봉형(unimodal) 프로파일 및 TREF 분석에서 다중봉형(multimodal) 프로파일을 갖는,
폴리에틸렌 생성물 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물의 적어도 15 중량 퍼센트가 TREF 분석에서 온도 90℃ 내지 100℃에서 용출되는, 폴리에틸렌 생성물 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
다중봉형 DSC 프로파일을 갖는, 폴리에틸렌 생성물 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
TREF 분석에서 삼봉형 프로파일을 갖는, 폴리에틸렌 생성물 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 폴리에틸렌이 상기 제2 폴리에틸렌의 중량평균분자량보다 큰 중량평균분자량을 갖는 것인, 폴리에틸렌 생성물 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 폴리에틸렌 및 상기 제3 폴리에틸렌이 각각 상기 제2 폴리에틸렌의 중량평균분자량보다 큰 중량평균분자량을 갖는 것인, 폴리에틸렌 생성물 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 폴리에틸렌이 50,000 내지 200,000의 중량평균분자량 Mw를 갖는 것이고; 상기 제2 폴리에틸렌이 25,000 내지 100,000의 중량평균분자량 Mw를 갖는 것이며; 상기 제3 폴리에틸렌이 25,000 내지 200,000의 중량평균분자량 Mw를 갖는 것인, 폴리에틸렌 생성물 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 폴리에틸렌 및 상기 제2 폴리에틸렌이 균일 폴리에틸렌인, 폴리에틸렌 생성물 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 폴리에틸렌, 상기 제2 폴리에틸렌 및 상기 제3 폴리에틸렌이 균일 폴리에틸렌인, 폴리에틸렌 생성물 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 폴리에틸렌 및 상기 제2 폴리에틸렌이 단일 부위 촉매계에 의해 제조되는 것인, 폴리에틸렌 생성물 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,

- 제42항에 있어서,
상기 필름이 ≥250 g/mil의 종방향(MD) 인열을 갖는 것인, 필름 층.
- 제43항에 있어서,
상기 필름이 ≥40 MPa의 종방향(MD) 파단 인열 강도를 갖는 것인, 필름 층.
- 제44항에 있어서,
상기 필름이 ≤14%의 헤이즈를 갖는 것인, 필름 층.
- ≥600 g/mil의 다트 충격 강도, ≥170 MPa의 MD 1% 시컨트 모듈러스, ≥65 J/mm의 저속 천공 값, ≥250 g/mil의 종방향(MD) 인열, 및 ≤105℃의 밀봉 개시 온도(SIT)를 갖는, 필름 층.
- 제46항에 있어서,
