Claims (23)
- 적어도 하나의 양자 재료 및/또는 적어도 하나의 유기 기능성 재료 및 제 1 용매로서 이소소르비드를 함유하는 제형으로서,
상기 적어도 하나의 유기 기능성 재료는 바람직하게는 유기 전도체, 유기 반도체, 유기 형광 재료, 유기 지연 형광 재료, 유기 인광 재료, 유기 광흡수성 재료, 유기 감광성 재료, 유기 광감작 재료, 유기 p-도펀트, 유기 n-도펀트, 전이 금속, 희토류, 란타나이드 및 악티나이드의 유기금속 착물 및 다른 유기 광활성 재료로부터 선택되는, 제형. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 용매는 이중 치환된 이소소르비드인, 제형. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 유기 용매는 하기 식 (I) 에 따른 화합물, 이의 입체 이성질체 또는 입체 이성질체의 혼합물이고
식 중에서
X는 각각의 경우 동일하거나 상이하게 O 또는 N 이고, 바람직하게는 양쪽 모두의 X 는 동일하고 매우 바람직하게는 양쪽 모두의 X는 O 이고;
Y는 각각의 경우 동일하거나 상이하게 S, NR5, O 이고, 바람직하게는 양쪽 모두의 Y 는 동일하고 매우 바람직하게는 양쪽 모두의 Y는 O 이고;
R1 및 R2
는 각각의 경우 동일하거나 상이하고, 1 내지 40 개의 지방족 탄소 원자, 바람직하게는 1 내지 20 개의 지방족 탄소 원자를 갖는 선형, 분지형 또는 환형 지방족 기 (여기서 하나의 CH2 기 또는 더 많은 비인접 CH2 기는 -O-, -S-, -NR5-, -CONR5-, -CO-O-, -C=O-, -R5C=CR5-, -C≡C-, -Si(R5)2, -Ge(R5)2-, -Sn(R5)2-, C=S, C=Se, C=NR5, P(=O)(R5), -SO-, -SO2- 에 의해 대체될 수도 있음), 1 내지 60 개의 방향족 탄소 원자를 갖는 아릴 또는 헤테로아릴 기이며 상기 기들은 하나 이상의 R6 으로 치환될 수도 있고;
R3 및 R4
는 각각의 경우 동일하거나 상이하고, H, D, F, Cl, Br, 1 내지 40 개의 지방족 탄소 원자, 바람직하게는 1 내지 20 개의 지방족 탄소 원자를 갖는 선형, 분지형 또는 환형 지방족 기 (여기서 하나의 CH2 기 또는 더 많은 비인접 CH2 기는 -O-, -S-, -NR5-, -CONR5-, -CO-O-, -C=O-, -R5C=CR5-, -C≡C-, -Si(R5)2, -Ge(R5)2-, -Sn(R5)2-, C=S, C=Se, C=NR5, P(=O)(R5), -SO-, -SO2- 에 의해 대체될 수도 있음), 1 내지 60 개의 방향족 탄소 원자를 갖는 아릴 또는 헤테로아릴 기이며, 상기 기들은 하나 이상의 R6 으로 치환될 수도 있고;

은 각각의 경우 동일하거나 상이하고, H, 1 내지 20 개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 직쇄 알킬 또는 알콕시 기 또는 3 내지 20 개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 분지형 또는 환형 알킬 또는 알콕시 기 (그리고 여기서 하나 이상의 수소 원자는 D, F, Cl, Br, I, CN 또는 NO2 로 대체될 수 있음), 또는 고리 시스템에 2 내지 60 개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 방향족 또는 헤테로방향족 고리 시스템이고, R5 는 하나 이상의 R6 에 의해 치환될 수도 있고;
