Claims (25)
- 바이오센서로서,
후면 조명 상보형 금속-산화물-반도체(CMOS) 이미지 센서 ― 상기 후면 조명 상보형 금속-산화물-반도체(CMOS) 이미지 센서는, 전자 회로 층 및 상기 전자 회로 층 위의 포토 감지 층을 포함하며, 상기 포토 감지 층은, 복수의 포토다이오드들을 포함함 ―;
상기 포토 감지 층 위의 금속 또는 금속 산화물 층;
상기 금속 또는 금속 산화물 층 내 복수의 보이드들;
제1 커버링 층을 형성하는 상기 금속 또는 금속 산화물 층의 상단 표면 위의 제1 재료;
상기 복수의 포토다이오드들 위, 그리고 상기 금속 또는 금속 산화물 층 아래의 투명한 패시베이션 층을 포함하며,
상기 금속 또는 금속 산화물 층 내 상기 복수의 보이드들은 부분적으로 복수의 웰(well)들을 형성하고, 각각의 웰의 벽(들)은 상기 금속 또는 금속 산화물 층으로부터 형성되며;
각각의 웰의 바닥은 제2 커버링 층을 형성하도록 제2 재료로 코팅되거나 처리되며;
상기 제1 재료는 상기 제2 재료와 상이하며; 그리고
상기 바이오센서는 상기 복수의 웰들을 점유하는 고분자 분석물들을 분석하도록 구성되고, 상기 고분자 분석물들은 발광원들로 라벨링된 핵산들 또는 항체들을 포함하고, 상기 포토다이오드들은 상기 고분자 분석물들에 의해 방출된 빛을 감지하도록 구성된, 바이오센서. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 재료는 포스페이트 또는 포스폰산 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 바이오센서. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 재료는 실란을 포함하는, 바이오센서. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 웰들은 상기 고분자 분석물들을 수용하도록 기능화되는, 바이오센서. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 분석물들은 상기 제2 재료보다 상기 제1 재료에 결합될 가능성이 적은, 바이오센서. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제2 재료는 상기 고분자 분석물들을 결합하도록 구성되고, 상기 제1 재료는 상기 고분자 분석물들에 결합되지 않도록 구성되는, 바이오센서. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제2 재료는 상기 고분자 분석물들을 결합하는 리간드(ligand)를 포함하는, 바이오센서. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 리간드는 올리고뉴클레오티드 또는 항체인, 바이오센서. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 재료는 소수성인, 바이오센서. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 재료는 친수성인, 바이오센서. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 재료는 상기 패시베이션 층에 결합하지 않거나, 부착되지 않거나, 또는 반발되는 물질이고;
상기 제2 재료는 상기 제1 커버링 층에 결합하지 않거나, 부착되지 않는 물질인, 바이오센서. - 후면 조명 상보형 금속-산화물-반도체(CMOS) 이미지 센서를 제공하는 단계 ― 상기 이미지 센서는, 전자 회로 층 및 상기 전자 회로 층 위의 포토 감지 층을 포함하고, 상기 포토 감지 층은 복수의 포토다이오드들을 포함함 ―;
상기 복수의 포토다이오드들 위에 패시베이션 층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 포토 감지 층 위에 금속 또는 금속 산화물 층을 형성하는 단계 ― 상기 형성된 금속 또는 금속 산화물 층은 상기 금속 또는 금속 산화물 층 내의 복수의 보이드들을 포함하며, 상기 금속 또는 금속 산화물 층 내 상기 복수의 보이드들은 부분적으로 복수의 웰들을 형성하고, 각각의 웰의 벽(들)은 상기 금속 또는 금속 산화물 층으로부터 형성됨 ―;
제1 재료를 사용하여 상기 금속 또는 금속 산화물의 상단 표면 위에 제1 커버링 층을 형성하는 단계; 및
제2 커버링 층을 형성하기 위해 제2 재료를 사용하여 각각의 웰의 바닥을 코팅하거나 처리하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 제1 재료는 상기 제2 재료와 상이한, 방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 제1 재료는 포스페이트 또는 포스폰산 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
