Description
Claims (15)
- 다음식(XXV)을 갖는 환상아민화합물 및 약리학적으로 허용되는 그의 염.상기식에서 J는 : (a) (1) 페닐, (2) 피리딜, (3) 피라질, (4) 퀴놀릴, (5) 시클로헥실, (6) 퀴녹살릴 및 (7) 푸릴로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 치환 또는 비치환된 기; (b) (1) 인다닐, (2) 인다노닐, (3) 인데닐, (4) 인데노닐, (5) 인단디오닐, (6) 테트라로닐, (7) 벤조수베로닐, (8) 인다놀일 및 (9) C6H5-CO-CH(CH3)-로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 여기서 페닐은 치환기를 가질수도 있는 1가 또는 2가지; (c) 환상아미드 화합물로부터 유도된 1가지; (b) 저급알킬 또는 (e) R21은 수소 또는 저급 알콕시카르보닐인 R21-CH=CH-기이며; B는 -(CHR22)r-CO-(CH22)r-, -NR4-(CH22)r-, R4는 수소, 저급알킬, 아실, 저급알킬 술포닐, 페닐, 치환된 페닐, 벤질 또는 치환된 벤질이며, -CO-NR5-(CHR22)r-, R5는 수소, 저급알킬 또는 페닐이며, -CH=CH-(CHR22)r-, -OCOO-(CHR22)r-, -OOC -NH-(CHR22)r-, -NH-CO-(CHR22)r-, -CH2-CO-NH-(CHR2)r, (-CH2-)CO-NH-(CHR22)r-(CH2)2-CO-NH-(CHR22)r-, CH(OH)-(CHR22)r-, r은 제로또는 1내지 10의 정수이며, R22는 알킬렌기가 메틸 분기를 갖지않거나 또는 1또는 그 이상의 메틸분기를 갖도록 수소 또는 메틸이며, =(CH-CH=CH)b-, b는 1내지 3의 정수이며, =CH-(CH2)c-, C는 제로 또는 1내지 9의 정수이며, =(CH-CH)d=, d는 제로 또는 1내지 9의 정수이며, -CO-CH=CH-CH2-, -CO-CH2-CH(OH)-CH2-, -CH-(CH3)-CO-NH-CH2-, -CH=CH-CO-NH-(CH2)2-, NH-, -O-, -S-, 디알킬아미노 알킬카르보닐 또는 저급 알콕시 카르보닐이며; T는 질소 또는 탄소이고; Q는 질소, 탄소 또는이며; q는 1내지 3의 정수이고; K는 수소, 페닐, 치환된 페닐, 페닐이 치환기를 가질 수도 있는 아릴알킬, 신나밀, 저급알킬, 피리딜메틸, 시클로알킬알킬, 아다만탄메틸, 푸릴메틸, 시클ㄹ알킬, 저급알콕시 카르보닐 또는 아실이며;는 단일결합 또는 이중 결합을 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, J는 (a) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 환상아민 화합물 및 약리학적으로 허용되는 그의 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, J는 (b)인 것을 특징으로 하는 환상이만 화합물 및 약리학적으로 허용되는 그의 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, J는 (2), (3) 및 (5)의 1가지와 (2)의 2가지로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 (b)인 것을 특징으로 하는 환상아민 화합물 및 약리학적으로 허용되는 그의 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, J는 (b)이고 B는 (CHR22)r-, =(CH-CH=CH) b-, =CH-(CH2)c- 또는 =(CH-CH)d=인 것을 특징으로 하는 환상아민 화합물 및 약리학적으로 허용되는 그의염.
- 제1항에 있어서, J는 (b)의 (2)이고 B는 (CHR22)r-, =(CH-CH=CH)b-, =CH-(CH2)c-또는 =(CH-CH)d=인 것을 특징으로 하는 환상아민 화합물 및 약리학적으로 허용되는 그의염.
- 제5항에 있어서, Q는 질소이고, T는 탄소 또는 질소이며 n은 2이고; Q는 탄소, T는 질소이고 n은 2이고; Q는 탄소, T는 질소이고 n은 2인 것을 특징으로 하는 환상아민 화합물 및 약리학적으로 허용되는 그의염.
- 제1항에 있어서, Q는 질소이고, T는 탄소이며 n은 2인 것을 특징으로 하는 환상아민 화합물 및 약리학적으로 허용되는 그의염.
- 제7항에 있어서, K는 페닐알킬 또는 페닐상에 치환기를 갖는 페닐알킬인 것을 특징으로 하는 환상아민 화합물 및 약리학적으로 허용되는 그의 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1-벤질-4-((5,6-디메톡시-1-인다논)-2-일)메틸피페리딘인 것 특징으로 하는 환상아민 화합물 및 약리학적으로 허용되는 그의 염.
- 1-벤질-4-((5,6-디메톡시-1-인다논)-2-일리데닐)메틸피페리딘, 1-벤질-4-((5-메톡시-1-인다논)-2-일)메틸피페리딘, 1-벤질-4-((5,6-디메톡시-1-인다논)-2-일)메틸피페리딘-1-벤질-4-((5-메틸렌디옥시-1-인다논)-2-일)메틸피페리딘, 1-(m-니트로벤질)-4-((5,6-디메톡시-1-인다논)-2-일)메틸피페리딘, 1-시클로헥실메틸-4-((5,6-디메톡시-1-인다논)-2-일)메틸피페리딘, 1-(m-플로로벤질)-4-((5,6-디메톡시-1-인다논)-2-일)메틸피페리딘, 1-벤질-4-((5,6-디메톡시-1-인다논)-2-일)프로필피페리딘, 1-벤질-4-((5-이소프로폭시-6-메톡시-1-인다논)-2-일)메틸피페리딘 및 1-벤질-4-(5,6-디메톡시-1-옥소인다논)-2-일)프로페닐피페리딘을 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환상아민 화합물 및 약리학적으로 허용되는 그의 염.
- 약리학적 유료량의 제1항에 정의된 환상 아민 화합물 또는 약리학적으로 허용되는 그의 염과 약리학적으로 허용되는 담체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 치료 조성물.
- 제1항에 정의된 한상 아민 화합물 또는 약리학적으로 허용되는 그의염을 사람 환자에게 투여함으로써 에스테라제 활성으로 인한 질병을 예방 및 치료하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 질병은 노년성 치매인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
