Abstract

본 발명은 이소프렌/부타디엔 공중합체 고무, 3,4-폴리이소프렌 고무, 시스 1,4-폴리부타디엔 고무로부터 선택된 3가지 이상의 고무로 구성되고 또한 시스 1,4-폴리이소프렌 천연 고무를 함유할 수 있는, 실리카 보강트레드를 갖는 타이어에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 고무 100중량부를 기준으로 하여, (A)(ⅰ)약40내지 약60%의 이소프렌을 함유하고 약-40내지 약-50℃의 Tg를 갖는 이소프렌/부타디엔 공중합체 고무 약15내지 약50phr, (ⅱ)약-15내지 약-25℃의 Tg를 갖는 3,4-폴리이소프렌 고무 약10내지 40phr, (ⅲ)시스 1,4-폴리부타디엔 고무 약10내지 약30phr, 및 (ⅳ)시스 1,4-폴리이소프렌 천연 고무 약0내지 약30phr로 구성된 3가지이상의 디엔계 엘라스토머; (B)입상 실리카 약50내지 약110phr; (C)이산화 실리콘과 반응성인 실란 잔기 및 상기 엘라스토머와 반응성인 황 잔기를 갖는 하나이상의 실리카 커플링제(여기서, 실리카대 커플링제의 중량비는 약7/1 내지 약15/1이다); 및 (D)카본 블랙 약0내지 약50phr(이러한 카본블랙이 사용될 경우, 실리카대 카본블랙이 중량비는 2/1이상이고, 실리카와 카본블랙의 총량은 약60내지 약120phr이다)로 구성된 가황된 트레드를 갖는 공기 타이어.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리카가 약100내지 약250의 BET 표면적 및 약200내지 약400의 DBP 흡수치를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 타이어.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트레드가 실리카 및 카본블랙을 둘다 함유하고 실리카대 카본블랙의 중량비가 10/1이상인 타이어.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트레드가 실리카 및 카본블랙을 둘다 함유하고 실리카대 카본블랙의 중량비가 2/1이상인 타이어.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 커플링제가 비스-3-(트리에톡시실릴프로필)테트라설파이드인 타이어.
  6. 고무 100중량부를 기준으로 하여, (A)(ⅰ)약40내지 약60%의 이소프렌을 함유하고 약-40내지 약-50℃의 Tg를 갖는 이소프렌/부타디엔 공중합체 고무 약15내지 약40phr, (ⅱ)약-15내지 약-25℃의 Tg를 갖는 3,4-폴리이소프렌 고무 약10내지 30phr, (ⅲ)시스 1,4-폴리부타디엔 고무 약10내지 약30phr, 및 (ⅳ)시스 1,4-폴리이소프렌 천연 고무 약0내지 약20phr로 구성된 디엔계 엘라스토머; (B)입상 실리카 약60내지 약85phr; (C)이산화 실리콘과 반응성인 실란 잔기 및 상기 엘라스토머와 반응성인 황 잔기를 갖는 하나이상의 실리카 커플링제(여기서, 실리카대 커플링제의 중량비는 약7/1 내지 약15/1이다); 및 (D)카본 블랙 약0내지 약50phr(이러한 카본블랙이 사용될 경우, 실리카대 카본블랙이 중량비는 4/1이상이며, 실리카와 카본블랙의 총량은 약70내지 약120phr이다)로 구성된 가황된 트레드를 갖는 공기 타이어.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리카가 약100내지 약250의 BET 표면적 및 약200내지 약400의 DBP 흡수치를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 타이어.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 커플링제가 비스-3-(트리에톡시릴프로필)테트라설파이드인 타이어.
  9. 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 트레드가 실리카 및 카본 블랙을 둘다 함유하고 실리카대 카본블랙의 비가 4/1이상인 타이어.
  10. 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 트레드가 실리카 및 카본블랙을 둘다 함유하고 실리카대 카본블랙의 중량비가 10/1이상인 타이어.
