Abstract

본 발명은 트레드가 용액 중합반응으로 제조된 스티렌/부타디엔 고무, 시스 1,4-폴리부타디엔 고무 및 고비닐 폴리부타디엔 고무의 3가지 기본 탄성중합체로 이루어진, 실리카로 정량적으로 보강된 트레드를 갖는 타이어에 관한 것이다. 임의적으로, 상기 기본 탄성중합체 조성물은 시스 1,4-폴리이소프렌 천연 고무 소량을 또한 함유할 수 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 고무 100중량부를 기준으로 하여, (A) (ⅰ) 용액 중합반응으로 제조된 스티렌/부타디엔 공중합체 고무 약 15 내지 약 40phr, (ⅱ) (a) 시스 1,4-폴리부타디엔 고무 약 10 내지 약 30phr 및 (b) 약 50 내지 90중량%의 비닐 함량을 갖는 고비닐 폴리부타디엔 고무 약 30 내지 약 60phr을 필수 구성성분으로 하는 2개의 디엔-기재의 탄성중합체 약 60 내지 약 85phr로 구성되는 탄성중합체; (B) 입상 실리카 약 55 내지 약 90phr: (C) 상기 실리카 표면과 반응성인 실란 잔기 및 상기 탄성중합체와 상호작용성인 황 잔기를 갖는 1종 이상의 실리카 커플링제(이때, 실리카 대 커플링제의 중량비는 약 7/1 내지 약 15/1임); 및 (D) 카본블랙 약 0 내지 약 50phr (이 때, 카본블랙이 사용된다면 실리카 대 카본블랙의 중량비는 약 2/1이상이고, 실리카와 카본 블랙의 총량은 약 40 내지 약 110phr임)을 포함하는 트레드를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 타이어.
  2. 고무 100중량부를 기준으로 하여, (A) (ⅰ) 용액 중합반응으로 제조된 스티렌/부타디엔 공중합체 고무 약 15 내지 약 30phr, (ⅱ) (a) 시스 1,4-폴리부타디엔 고무 약 15 내지 약 25phr 및 (b) 약 55 내지 약 75중량%의 비닐 함량을 갖는 고비닐 폴리부타디엔 고무 약 40 내지 약 60phr을 필수 구성성분으로 하는 2개의 디엔-기재의 탄성중합체 약 70 내지 약 85phr로 구성되는 탄성중합체; (B) 입상 실리카 약 55 내지 약 90phr; (C) 상기 실리카 표면과 반응성인 실란 잔기 및 상기 탄성중합체와 상호작용성인 황 잔기를 갖는 1종 이상의 실리카 커플링제(이때, 실리카 대 커플링제의 중량비는 약 7/1 내지 약 15/1임); 및 (D) 카본블랙 약 5 내지 약 25phr(이 때, 실리카 대 카본블랙의 중량비는 약 2/1 이상이고, 실리카와 카본블랙의 총량은 약 60 내지 약 110phr임)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트레드를 갖는 공기 타이어.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 실리카의 BET 표면적이 약 100 내지 약 250이고 디부틸프탈레이트(DBP) 흡수값이 약 200 내지 약 400인 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실리카 대 카본블랙의 중량비가 약 10/1 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 커플링제가 비스-3-(트리에톡시실릴프로필)테트라설파이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 트레드가 시스 1,4-폴리이소프렌 천연 고무 약 5 내지 약 20phr을 더욱 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 트레드가 시스 1,4-폴리이소프렌 천연고무, 3,4-폴리이소프렌 고무, 이소프렌/부타디엔 공중합체 탄성중합체, 스티렌/이소프렌 공중합체 탄성중합체, 에멀젼 중합반응으로 제조된 스티렌/부타디엔 공중합체 고무, 스티렌/이소프렌/부타디엔 3원공중합체 탄성중합체 및 약 40 내지 약 50%의 비닐 함량을 갖는 중간 비닐 폴리부타디엔 고무로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 탄성중합체 약 5 내지 약 20phr을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이머.
