Referido a un anticuerpo anti-IL-8 que se une a una interleucina-8 humana de manera dependiente de pH, caracterizado porque comprende como minimo una sustitucion de aminoacidos en uno de : a) HVR-H1 que comprende la secuencia de aminoacidos SEC ID NO: 67; b) HVR-H2 que comprende la SEC ID NO: 68; c) HVR-H3 que comprende la SEC ID NO: 69; d) HVR-L1 que comprende la SEC ID NO:70; e) HVR-L2 que comprende la SEC ID NO: 71; y f) HVR-L3 que comprende la SEC ID NO: 72.
