Abstract

Système de tuyaux isolants comportant des éléments de tuyauterie isolés tels que des tuyaux isolants (1, 2), des clapets coupe-feu, des clapets, des raccords de mesure et des tuyaux d'embranchement. Lesdits éléments de tuyauterie isolés comportent un tuyau intérieur (3), un tuyau extérieur (4) et un espace compris entre les tuyaux et destiné à contenir un matériau isolant (5). Afin de réaliser facilement et rapidement des systèmes de ventilation ou analogue ayant une résistance au feu suffisante, les deux extrémités d'un élément de tuyauterie sont pourvues d'une bride terminale (6) recouvrant sensiblement l'espace compris entre les tuyaux intérieur et extérieur, et étant reliée aux tuyaux intérieur (3) et extérieur (4) de manière à centrer le tuyau intérieur par rapport au tuyau extérieur (4). Ladite bride terminale est reliée indirectement au tuyau extérieur par l'intermédiaire de sa circonférence externe (7) de telle sorte qu'elle soit fixée à un anneau isolant (8) relié à un anneau de bride (9) et prévu à la circonférence du tuyau extérieur afin que la bride terminale n'entre pas en contact direct avec l'enveloppe extérieure de l'élément de tuyauterie.
