Abstract

L'invention porte sur un dispositif d'assemblage bout à bout de portions de tubes (1) comportant des tubes à emboîtement (2, 3). Le raccord comporte une partie conique (5) destinée à recevoir un ruban extérieur (6) de blocage, ladite partie conique (5) comportant une partie d'un matériau isolant s'étendant vers l'intérieur au-delà d'un tube extérieure (3) et pénétrant dans un espace isolant compris entre lesdits tubes (2, 3). Des moyens séparés (15, 16, 19) de support desdits matériaux isolants sont associés à ladite partie conique (5). L'invention porte également sur un procédé assurant la stabilité des tubes emboîtés (2, 3) en relation avec un système de tubes composé de parties modulaires de tubes (1) comportant chacune un tube intérieur (2), un tube extérieur (3) ainsi qu'une pièce d'extrémité au moins partiellement conique placée aux extrémités desdits tubes et comportant à ce titre une partie isolante. Un anneau de support séparé (19) est disposé sur la partie isolante desdites pièces d'extrémité, et ledit tube extérieur (3) est fixé à l'aide d'un élément de fixation (18) s'étendant jusque derrière un plan formé par une extension dudit anneau de support (19).
