Abstract
Die offenbarte Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine modular aufgebaute Kompaktanlage zur Teilaufbereitung von Altglas, wobei den farbgemischten Flaschen und Gläsern gewollt oder ungewollt beigefügte Stör- und Fremdstoffe wie Bruchglas oder zur Bruchvermeidung beigemischte Kunststoff- und Metalldosen mit dem Siebmodul Typ VS das Bruchglas und dem Windsichtermodul Typ WS spezifisch leichtere Fraktionen wie Dosen und Kunststoffe aus dem verbleibenden Ganzglas ausgesondert werden und die so gewonnenen Glas-Hohlkörper bestimmter Größe auf dem Sortiermodul Typ FSA die jeweilige Glasfarbe mit einem optosensorischen Meßsystem ermittelt, ausgewertet und anschließend auf Längsfördereinrichtungen zur Seite in Austragungsschächten nach beliebigen Farben, vorzugsweise aber weiß, grün und braun entsprechend den Reinheitsanforderungen der deutschen Glashütte, ausgetragen werden. Nichttransparente Gegenstände wie Keramik, Porzellan, Stein, unerwünschte Glasfarben oder Metalldosen werden am stirnseitigen Auswurf gesondert ausgetragen.
