Abstract

Ce procédé de séchage à l'intérieur d'une enceinte fermée (5) comprend un flux (2) constitué d'un mélange de gaz/vapeur circulant dans un ensemble ventilateur/chauffage (3), de façon à entrer en contact avec des marchandises mises à sécher (1). De là, une première partie du flux (21) est ramenée, via des canaux (6) et avec un effet réfrigérant négligeable, jusqu'à l'ensemble ventilateur/chauffage, tandis qu'une seconde partie du flux (22) est amenée en contact réfrigérant avec l'intérieur de l'enveloppe (5), puis ramenée à l'ensemble ventilateur-chauffage, où les deux flux partiels (21, 22) fusionnent.
