Abstract
Cette invention concerne la composition d'un produit alimentaire animal-végétal qui comprend un composant végétal, un mélange comprenant de la viande ou des produits à base de viande et/ou du poisson ou des produits à base de poisson découpés de manière fine ou mince, ainsi que des oeufs crus. Le composant végétal consiste en du pain finement découpé, les composants étant pris dans les proportions suivantes: de 10 à 40 % en poids de viande ou de produits à base de viande et/ou de poisson ou de produits à base de poisson découpés de manière fine ou mince, de 20 à 30 % en poids de pain finement découpé, le reste se composant d'oeufs crus. Cette composition peut en outre comprendre d'autres composants finement découpés dans les proportions suivantes: de 5 à 15 % en poids de fromage; de 5 à 15 % en poids de légumes et/ou de fruits; de 1 à 5 % en poids de fenouil; de 1 à 5 % en poids de persil; de 1 à 5 % en poids de céleri; de 1 à 5 % en poids de coriandre; de 1 à 5 % en poids d'oignons verts; de 0,01 à 0,5 % en poids de poivre noir et/ou rouge moulu; et de 1 à 5 % en poids d'ail écrasé et/ou d'oignon finement découpé.
