Abstract

Nouvel appareil de catalyse enzymatique formulé, structuré et mis en oeuvre pour produire des radicaux chimiques libres oxygénés en flux, liquides ou gazeux, concentrés, continus et spécifiques à différents usages industriels. L'invention concerne un dispositif comportant une enceinte close pourvue d'au moins un orifice, à l'intérieur de laquelle sont immobilisées, par adsorption, ou par liaison sur un support, des enzymes d'origines végétales, microbiennes et animales, appartenant au groupe des oxydo-réductases. Le dispositif objet de l'invention permet, après introduction dans l'enceinte de diverses compositions chimiques riches en molécules oxygénées et en substrats enzymatiques spécifiques, de générer, au contact des enzymes immobilisées, et selon des conditions définies de pH et de température, un flux concentré et continu de radicaux chimiques libres oxygénés et de substrats oxydés dotés d'activités biocides. Ces produits biocides sont appliqués, sous forme liquide ou gazeuse et selon des concentrations adéquates, dans la décontamination des produits alimentaires (laits et produits laitiers, viandes, fruits et légumes, boissons,...) dans le nettoyage et la désinfection des matériels (récipients, outils, machines, tissus, emballages) et des locaux industriels, dans la détoxication et dans l'assainissement des eaux et de l'air, et dans le traitement destructif des déchets organiques.
