Abstract

La présente invention concerne de l'ADN qui code une enzyme présentant une activité phytase, qu'on a isolé à partir de Penicillium, Fusarium, Humicola et Emericella. Cette invention concerne également une méthode qui permet d'isoler de l'ADN codant une enzyme ayant une activité phytase, à partir d'organismes possédant un tel ADN, de transformer l'ADN en un organisme hôte approprié, d'exprimer l'ADN transformé et d'utiliser, en tant que supplément incorporé dans des aliments pour animaux, la protéine phytase exprimée.
