Abstract
La présente invention concerne de nouveaux sites de phosphorylation identifiés dans des protéines de transduction de signal et dans des voies de tendance de carcinome humain et, fournit des anticorps spécifiques de sites de phosphorylation et des peptides étiquetés par des isotopes lourds (peptides AQUA) pour la détection et la quantification sélective de ces sites/protéines phosphorylés, ainsi que des techniques d'utilisation de ces réactifs à cet effet. Parmi les sites de phosphorylation identifiés, on distingue les sites survenant dans les types de protéine suivants : des protéines d'échafaudage/adaptateur, des protéines de cytosquelette, des protéine de signalisation GTP, des kinases, des protéines de métabolisme, des phosphatases/phospho-diesterases/protéases, des protéines réceptrices, des protéine de traitement ARN, des protéines de transcription, des protéines de traduction, des protéine transporteuses et des protéines d'ubiquitine, ainsi que d'autres types de protéines.
