Abstract

L'invention concerne un vitrage feuilleté comprenant deux carreaux de matériau de vitrage, une feuille de matériau de vitrage s'étendant entre les deux carreaux, ainsi qu'un élément électroconducteur formé (éventuellement attaqué chimiquement) à partir d'une feuille de matériau électroconducteur également positionnée entre les carreaux. L'élément électroconducteur peut être un élément chauffant qui comprend une pluralité de lignes de chauffage fines, espacées, électriquement connectées à une paire de barres omnibus. L'élément chauffant peut être divisé en au moins deux zones de chauffage, chacune présentant une densité de puissance différente, et/ou il peut comprendre une zone non chauffée. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'un tel vitrage consistant à placer un élément électroconducteur préformé et une feuille de matériau de couche de liaison intercouche sur un premier carreau de matériau de vitrage, à placer un second carreau de matériau de vitrage de manière alignée avec le premier, de sorte que l'élément électroconducteur et le matériau de couche de liaison intercouche se situent entre les deux carreaux, et à stratifier le vitrage dans un autoclave.
