Abstract
L'invention concerne une micropuce qui sépare un échantillon en un court temps avec une excellente capacité de répétition et une précision de mesure élevée. La micropuce comporte un substrat (102), et un canal formé sur la surface du substrat (102) pour faire passer une solution d'échantillon. Le canal comporte une section d'analyse (103) pour séparer la solution d'échantillon, et une section d'introduction d'échantillon (104) adjacente à la section d'analyse (103) pour introduire la solution d'échantillon. La surface de la section d'introduction d'échantillon (104) comprend une surface hydrophobe (106) et une région d'hydrophile, et la région hydrophile forme une surface hydrophile (105) en étant amenée en contact avec la surface de la section d'analyse (103).
