Abstract
L'invention vise à proposer un dispositif de palier adapté pour une utilisation dans une roue et ayant un capteur de vitesse de rotation, lequel dispositif de palier est réduit en poids et en dimension et a une aptitude à l'assemblage améliorée pour réduire son coût. A cet effet, un porte-capteur (10) a une section de maintien en résine synthétique (12) dans laquelle un capteur de vitesse de rotation (14) est incorporé, et a également un élément de recouvrement (11) construit à partir d'une section d'adaptation de type tube circulaire (11a) adaptée sur une extrémité d'un élément externe (5), d'une section de bride (11b) s'étendant radialement vers l'intérieur à partir de la section d'adaptation (11a) et en contact étroit avec une surface d'extrémité de l'élément externe (5), et d'une section inférieure (11c) s'étendant encore radialement vers l'intérieur à partir de la section de bride (11b). Un joint d'étanchéité interne (9) a un chasse-goutte (15) et une plaque d'étanchéité annulaire (17) qui est installée sur l'élément externe (5) de façon à être tournée vers le chasse-goutte (15) et est formée pour avoir une section transversale sensiblement en forme de L. Une surface d'extrémité de la plaque d'étanchéité (17) et une surface d'extrémité d'un codeur magnétique (16) sont sensiblement alignées l'une avec l'autre. Le diamètre externe D1 d'une section d'épaulement (23) d'un élément d'articulation externe (22) est défini plus petit que le diamètre externe D2 d'une bague interne (2). Une surface d'extrémité interne (5c) de l'élément externe (5) et une surface d'extrémité (2b) de la bague interne (2) sont sensiblement alignées l'une avec l'autre.
